Nice place to visit especially at this time of year. We got a large caramel macchiotto milk shake for $7.50 to share. Came to us pretty liquidy but it was tasty. Nice employees. Gave a $2 tip. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We might return.

Good ice cream (yes, fresher than the cartons), friendly staff, quick service, and clean environment. Portions were just right. It does melt fast (lol).They accept exact change & cards only.

Ice cream was just as it was expected to be, but there was a slight piece of ice (freezer burn?) and the waffle cone was stale. The employee was pleasant but didn’t seem very socialable. Nonetheless, he answered any question asked. The place was clean and had that factory B&J sugary-goodness scent.

I stopped in here after dinner. The place was busy, but the employees kept the line moving fast. I had a banana split and chose 3 different flavors of ice cream to go on it. I was impressed with the taste and quality of the ice cream. I would give this place more stars if i could.

The ice creams we got were amazing! The service was also very quick and we had no waiting time. Only thing that would be better is adding seating, as it was hard to eat when walking while its windy out

This place is very nice and well done. The small amount of staff here is perfect for the job that needs to be done. The interior is nice as well as the staff. The ice cream is nice and rich creamy. And as a big plastic saver myself, this place has paper cups and wooden spoons.

Great ice cream, super rude service from the young man who waited on us. He even rolled his eyes when my husband ordered a sundae and filled the cup less than half full. Will NOT be a repeat customer.

This place saved the day! As the hotel restaurants closed around 9pm, and with a sudden sweets craving, three of us stumbled on this late night spot. It must have been after 10PM and we were not the only ones. Niceeeee

Ben & Jerrys was a great experience but it was hard to hear employees. The ice cream was great and that is the only complaint I have.

**If youre heading here, remember its credit/card only during this time !!That said, I only had cash on me today and they had already made my Lil cuzzos ice cream (I unfortunately did not notice the sign outside) - but they were very understanding and nice about it !! Im not a big fan of carrying coins around anyways so I didnt mind not getting change back and having the rest as tip. Its been 3yrs since I last came here to have Ice cream and its still as great as I remember 😁. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for being able to get some happiness in a wafflecone from them today :)I got the brownie ice cream andthey served it pretty fast! For the extra-mile and trouble that it was, Ill be sure to leave a big tip next time I come here.

The employee we dealt with was extremely rude. There were three other employees standing there doing nothing, which seemed excessive. We ended up not getting anything because they do not accept cash. I dont like using my debit card when I am out of state.

First I got to be honest we actually did not buy anything from Ben & Jerrys as I am lactose intolerant. However that said walking by the store was extremely hard to not go in and buy something. Husband I had something else in mind for a snack so we ended up not going but just have to give them mad props for the Amazing smells coming out of the store! If were in the area again will definitely be stopping in to pick up some Ben & Jerrys as its my favorite. My only question is do they have any dairy free options?

The cashier made my family HIGHLY uncomfortable and PRESSURED me at checkout by directly asking, Would you like to leave a tip for us today? with a large expecting smile and tone.How do you say no to that question (with the way she worded it) without feeling like you did something wrong?? You cant. Her confrontative question made me feel OBLIGATED to leave a $2 tip when I was already stressed about buying the already expensive ice-cream.Im fairly certain she WASNT EVEN ALLOWED to ask that pressuring question as it did NOT made the Ben & Jerrys chain look professional. Large corporations want consistency at every location and every franchise and I have NEVER been asked this at ANY other location.I see the tip sign. If I want to leave a tip, I will. I dont need to be asked for more money while you are holding my credit card in your hand (especially during a pandemic where many are suffering financially). You are not a waitress!I just want to enjoy the weekend with my family and not be pressured into emptying my wallet at Ben & Jerrys ice-cream shop, a place that is meant to make people happy.There are lots of other icecream shops on the strip. Will not be returning unless change is made.If change is made, I would be willing to delete my review.

Upon arriving at the store the staff greeted me with a big smile with their faces and they are really friendly. Its good too that you can try any flavors first before getting it. Keep it up!

This location of the Vermont based ice creamery is great. The ice cream is delicious and familiar to fans of the grocery store pints. They have most of the flavors available in a large grocery store including limited runs. They have plenty of cone choices and the prices are consistent with other boardwalk ice cream shops.The staff working when we visited were helpful and gracious. They helped us figure out sizes and flavors that everyone would enjoy. We used a coupon we got from Cherie’s Bike Rental to get a small cup free with the purchase of a large cup or cone. If you are planning on renting a bike, do that first and enjoy the ice cream coupon after.Good location, great ice cream. Enjoyed our stop for dessert here.

Absolutely no change. No ones, no coins, no currency at all. This is Un-American where cash IS legal tender. Never purchasing from them again.

Good ice cream, especially the Cherry Garcia (my favorite). This store needs to put some kind of line structure. People can come in behind you while you are on line and skip most on line. The reason is, when the line loops from right to left and tails to the front of the store, the workers near cash register says can I help some one. The people in the back of the store cant hear them, so the people at the end of the line just jumps to them and gets served before the people on line. They need to organize that. Like if this helps.

Employees had great attitudes @930 at night! Semi long line was there maybe 7 min. Had a double scoop of triple caramel chunk in a chocolate dipped waffle cone it was DELICIOUS!

The ice cream as usual is exceptional. Problem here was that they were out of soft serve and waffle cones. It’s also a super busy spot on a main tourist street, yet they only had 2 people working the front. Aside from that, the ice cream choices and flavors satisfy every taste bud!

Higher tham for my daughters first birthday. They came on time and stayed for two hours. Everything was good and the set up was nice everyone was happy.

So most poeple who can eat ice cream regularly, dont realize how many people cant. This is due to a dairy allergy like lactose intolerance. However Ben & Jerrys started to carry a few dairy free options. For someone who cant have dairy it had made their day just knowing that on vacation they could have ice cream. So this review is really a thank you for expanding you options and catering to select people. This company took steps to include more people in the love of their ice cream, and made a full time customer along the way.

I entered into this shop while vacationing in Virginia Beach. I had a coupon for buy one large item, get a 2nd small, for free. I chose a flavor I had never tried before and it was awful !! It was extremely salty and just not sweet at all. ..very nasty-yuck! My wife and I were very disappointed. The service was good, though.

Went there at 8:15pm on 4/9/19 and they were closed after hours showed open. A little annoyed as we walked a ways to get there. I was hoping to replenish my calories with some good ice cream but they were all closed up. Might want to call before you head over.

We usually don’t have issues with this place because everyone is smiling and super friendly.But last night my friends and I came here and a girl working had the nastiest attitude. Google said they close at 10 and we got there at 8:40ish and there was a family in front of us. If we had known you guys close at 9 we wouldn’t have came in so late. We saw her lock one side of the doors but figured hat it was nothing but when we came back around 9:05, Because another friend wanted ice cream the doors were locked and she was out of uniform already. But anyway As we were about to order the people that were Inside left leaving my friends and I the only ones plus a guy in the corner. As we were looking at the ice cream it looked like it was starting to melt but we got some anyway. My friends and I ordered and we had one more person that needed to order . As the chick is waiting she looks at the guy in the corner and mouths “what the f***” and then rolls her eyes. I don’t know if she didn’t care or if she didn’t think we’ll see her do it but we did.As a local and someone that works in the Oceanfront area that type of attitude doesn’t look good for the up coming tourist season. Especially with how last minute the customers can be at night during the season.

The ice cream and prices are what you expect from a Ben & Jerrys; okay and expensive. The problem with this establishment seems to be the pushy, rushed service. It was about 8pm on a Thursday in April, but by the way we were treated you would have thought it was the middle of the summer rush at peak hours. We got so rushed that we decided to only get half of our order just to get out of there. We will not be returning, and stick with the small, mom-n-pop operations that still remember how to treat customers for future business.

Even though it was busy on a Wednesday night, I got awesome, speedy service! Obviously the Salted Caramel Blondie was just delicious.

Nice selection of ice cream. Very spacious and prime location. Very friendly staff. Parking does not exist. No parking available. Better to walk there from your hotel.

The ice cream was great but the service wasn’t so great. We walked very far to get to this location, should’ve kept walking to the Kohr Brothers or a different Ben & Jerry’s. The two young men working, clearly do not appreciate their customers. I was too afraid to even ask to sample a flavor before scooping, they seemed annoyed that there were customers in the store. They were starting their nightly cleaning when we walked in at 8:30, pretty sure they don’t close until 10. The ice cream gets 5 stars but the service is barely 1 star. I wouldn’t come back to this location if the ice cream was free.

Recieved a coupon from our hotel for buy one sundae, get one 50% off. Proceeded to select two sundaes. Was informed by mumbling associate who bumbled their way through our order that the coupon wasn’t applicable to our sundaes. So, if you like getting fleeced by incompetant employees, this is the Ben & Jerry’s for you. Have had much better experiences at other Ben & Jerry’s locations along the boardwalk. In the meanwhile, management at this one needs to do a better job of training their people.

Obviously the ice cream was delicious. The staff moved quickly, so I recommend that you go even if the line looks long.
