Sweet dreams! Virginia Beach is well known for Forbes Salt Water Taffy! Every time I travel I take boxes with me to give as gifts! The flavorful assorted flavored taffy pieces melt in your mouth! I love classic vanilla, pumpkin and peppermint taffy for the holidays!

Line was ridiculous. Waited a half hour to purchase our daughter some taffy but it did come in a cute little collectors pail with her name on one side.

I was very disappointed Friday August 20, 2021 I bought fudge at Forbes and it tasted old, hard to cut and too dense. Giving as a gift and was embarrassed when they said it didn’t taste right. Then bought fudge at Oh’ Fudge no comparison in taste and quality. Taffy is one thing but Fudge is a different story, you want good fresh fudge go to Oh’Fudge there’s nothing like it! I’m ticked off that Forbes seemed old and sensed!My boyfriend said I should’ve returned it I should’ve tried it before I left the beach, next time I know better!

This is a shop my mom always makes us stop in when shes in town for a visit and were at the oceanfront.In addition to taffy and other types of sweets and gummy treats, they have a fully-stocked, fresh fudge counter with about a dozen or so flavors that you can sample and purchase fresh fudge to take home with you.Thats the star of the show for my mom, she always tastes and buys a box or two of fudge to enjoy. She has a serious sweet tooth.The inside also has a wide variety of beach-themed decorative home decor, some is pretty cute and a bit different from what youll find at the Sunsations beach stores. These are more decor for your home with a few small souvenir trinkets mixed in.Staff are always friendly and happy to let you sample the fudge. I enjoy browsing for lamps and wall decor while my mom makes her choices.Its easy to find just off Atlantic between 23rd and 24th street.

My husband loves fresh Taffy and they have a lot to select from. Plus an assortment of chocolate goodies!

If you like candy/sweets, this is where you get them at the beach. Lots of great tourist collectables too!

I tried to put this on their website but it wouldnt work,Hello,I would like to thank you for the great addition to my pre-honeymoon, the ladies at the forbes on 2318 Atlantic Ave. made me and my soon to be wife very at home and we loved the chocolate covered bacon. The young lady who helped us with looking for souvenirs and other treats for the way back home was a blast. i think her name was Natalie,its been quite a while since we last visited VA Beach but we would love to return if the hospitality was still there.

Great candy and fudge. Reminds me of times when I was a kid in the 1960s going to Atlantic City for fudge and Rock candy. Reasonable prices too.
