Omg where do I start !!!! I have loved mini coopers since Austin Powers ( haha ) I know right. But really! The movie came out when I was 7 years old and I said omg I love that car. When I was in middle school I wanted a bugie but of course they discontinued.. I’ve never really been into cars or wanted something like a Porsche or a jaguar like most people’s dream car. I always said “I’m going to get a Mini Cooper like Austin powers!” What’s crazy is, I never grew out of that phase. I thought it was just a phase at one point.. but the older I got I still loved mini coopers. So when I finally looked them up realized they were foreign cars I said oh wow I can’t afford that. I’ll just dream. Well, my 30th bday is approaching and I said I think I’m ready to make a “big girl purchase” HaHa !! I didn’t buy the first day because I’m one of those people who HAS to process things. Cost, maintenance, if I’m really ready.. will my insurance skyrocket.. I did it! I joined the Mini Cooper car club! I love my Mini! I wanted a 2-door and I wanted it fast. The Checkerd Flag Mini Cooper dealership was very intimate. There are just two sales’ associates. Diana was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Two weeks ago, I test drove 2 Minis. I ended up walking away without purchasing. Diana kept in touch with me but not in a way that made me feel like she was hassling me. I made my decision to purchase from home at around 7:15pm Monday. They closed at 8. I was given a choice as to whether I wanted to come in then or wait until the following day. Guess what, I was on my way. Just brought home my 3rd Mini from Checkered Flag! After Mini #2 was unexpectedly totaled by tornado debris, Diana was able to quickly get me into a new set of wheels. She was patient with my 6 year old who tagged along - while it’s not optimal to car shop with a youngster in tow, Diana rolled with the punches. Thank you for your help Diana. I’m loving my Mini!

Did some research ahead of time, so I generally knew what I was looking for. Justin Hogan did a great job answering any questions I had. He knows his prodct thoroughly as he also owns a mini. We went for a test drive and he took me through the cockpit instruments, then he explained all the features when we arrived back at the dealership.I received a very fair trade-in of my current vehicle so the closing went smoothly. At one point during the closing Justin was assisting 3 of his return customers all at once but not once did I feel neglected. He literally ran between buildings. Also, great job to the support team Tom (sales manager), and Stan closing the finances. I came from out of town for a visit and they got me on the road when it was time to leave.A fantastic experience and I love my new Countryman. I need to figure out a nickname!!

I just leased a Mini Clubman from Checkered Flag this past weekend. I LOVE this car! We took her on a little tour of the area, and cut out 300 miles from my cap, in ONE day...totally worth it. But okay, this isnt about the car. This is about Checkered Flag MINI. Yesica Ramirez was my MINI motoring advisor (fancy name for a sales person), and she was AWESOME! First of all; totally down-to-earth, laid back personality. Just a natural, genuine person...a car salesperson...I know, it threw me a bit, too! Secondly, even though they were slammin busy, she made sure I had what I needed, was able to test-drive a couple of MINIs to find the one for me. She answered all my questions, and got me through the process reasonably fast (as I said they were busy). I also got to meet Vicki, and worked with Argo on the financial documents. Great team at Checkered Flag MINI! I highly recommend them! Just look at that beauty! Too bad you missed it, but they have more.

Jonathon helped me pull off the surprise of the year! I came in looking to surprise my wife with a new car for her birthday/wedding anniversary. He not only went out of his way to help me get the right car, but organized all the details ahead of time complete with balloons! All we had to do when I got her there was sign the paperwork and go! I just purchased my third Mini Cooper from Checkered Flag and I ( once again ) had excellent service. Justin helped me find the perfect one. The whole staff at BMW Mini Cooper went out of their way to make me happy and accommodate me even rolling out the red carpet for me once I picked the perfect one and put a big red bow on my car and took pictures.

Diana was amazing. She worked with us so we could buy our new Countryman from another state, then even drove it to our new house in VA once we arrived right after the holidays. Everything was easy & effortless. They sent specs and pics, then sent our contract in the mail with a pre-paid return label. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Just bought a fabulous MINI from Justin! My wifes BMW was ready for retirement, so we went to Checkered Flag Mini. (We have bought from this Checkered Flag 2 BMW 328is, 1 BMW Z3, and now a Mini). Justin is already, in his short tenure, an accomplished Mini representative. But where he distinguished himself was to point out that the car Cindy (wife) liked was in short supply and that the limited time offer (that made the price attractive) was ending within a day or two. Otherwise, we would have waited - and lost the opportunity. Did Justin save the day? YES!His overall approach was that of a 20-year professional: confident, relaxed, yet on-point. While we were at the dealership, we were one of three potential sales in the store at one time! He handled this extremely well. He went back and forth between his customers and had no one waiting for attention. He kept his composure, was totally smooth, and made everyone happy. And when he did not have a ready answer for a question, he got immediate help/support from his co-workers and management. In summary, he did a prefect job.
