Wonderful job! We had 2 different garage doors replaced that were broken and old. Owner and workers were very friendly & took pride in their work. Getting a quote was easy & quick. Prices are fair considering they installed everything from new tracks, seals, doors, & also removed & hauled away the existing doors. Paying through an online invoice that was emailed to me was convenient, & after we paid half upfront, it was a quick process from ordering to installing. Lifetime warranty on the doors is a big plus, but I dont think we will be worrying about that if or anytime soon as everything is very well made and glides super smoothly. I had four seasons come out and replace my garage door motor and track and they put an awesome new smart system motor in with remotes and showed me how to program it all on my phone. So I have never written an online review before because in most cases the service performed did not warrant an effort on my part to take the time to provide a detailed review or in the case of extremely poor service any desire to enter into a public debate.At the onset, Id say that the reason for my review and the deserved 5 stars is not so much the actual door installation itself but rather the personal service and apparent level of integrity of the owner Matt Bruso. The door (now 2 months after installation) looks great, preforms as expected and I have no issues or complaints. It is a garage door after all and the level of complexity is not that high that I should expect anything less so I cannot justify my review based solely upon the door and its functionality. Instead I point out that all interactions with Matt were prompt, professional, informative and courteous. I will provide examples below in bullet format.- Contacted Matt for the first time on 7/18/20 by leaving a detailed message on his website (I already knew what I wanted so I gave him the exact description). Keep in mind, this is a Saturday morning and I received 2 quotes (asked for 2 options) by email within 2 hours. This was followed up by Matt calling me to verify I had received the information and discuss any specifics with him. We talked for 10 minutes as he answer all of my questions clearly and in detail. By the way, the quote was for one higher end 16x7 door with new hardware and tracks (opener was relatively new and working fine). Matts quote was the cheapest of the 3 I received from other providers ($100 less in one case and $700 in the other).- I accepted one of the quotes within the next 2 days and will point out here that I traditionally prefer to talk with someone directly when placing a service order (not just ordering an item off of amazon) only because most automated ordering systems Ive encountered are somewhat cumbersome and often dont leave you with the feeling that you know everything was received correctly and will be scheduled without me having to follow up with a phone call. I found the system Matt used to be very efficient and easy to understand. A verification of initial payment and service was immediately confirmed.- As promised, Matt called me a week before the door delivery to confirm an install date. The installer (not Matt himself) arrived within the time window expected and completed the install within 3 hours of arrival.- Before the installer left I noticed a slight gap towards one side of the door where it contacted the driveway. This was not due to any installation issue but rather a sloped driveway. He commented that they do make an extra seal they can attach for a small fee and it would fill the gap but unfortunately he did not have one with him. He asked me to contact Matt and let him know. I did so shortly after he left. I explained to Matt the issue and he told me he would be out the next day to take a look (I will point out that I received an email verification for his follow up visit....another minor detail but shows communication is important to him). Matt showed up 15 minutes early and had the extra seal with him. He had it installed in 10 minutes and there was no charge for the extra seal (considering I live 40 minutes away from VB that too is impressive).- My last comment is more of an intangible. The sum total of time talking with Matt is only 15-20 minutes between phone calls and his visit the day after the install. That being said, however, when talking with people, you generally get a feeling for their personality and their approach to dealing with things. You pick these things up in what they say, how they say it and their mannerisms. Many of those in the service sector tend to have a salesman approach and can often come across as insincere or worse, dishonest. All I can say is that in Matts case my gut feeling is that he is hard working, honest and genuinely wants to do a good job for his customers. In this day and age, thats not something I can say very often.

I had a wonderful experience with Four Seasons! I recently bought a house and discovered some severe damage from termites in the area surrounding my garage door, so I decided to replace the door itself as part of the process of fixing everything. I needed the door taken down, and then a new one put up a week or so later after all of the damage was corrected. They were easy to work with and very accommodating in working with my weird schedule, and before I knew it I had a new garage door! I readily admit that Im extremely particular, and the initial install had a couple of relatively small imperfections (things like this wire is not perfectly straight and went over my decorative conduit instead of under it, I am filled with woe), but Matt listened to my concerns and got a new tech out to correct everything beyond my expectations. I now have the beautiful garage door of my perfectionist hearts wildest dreams. I only mention all of this because Matts honesty and integrity in standing behind his companys product and installation and ensuring that even his most particular customers are thoroughly happy is more impressive to me than anything else. Anyone whos tried to get a contractor back out to fix small issues knows that theyre more likely to vanish into the wind than actually come out, so you can rest assured with Four Seasons that youll get an excellent product, and on the off chance that some small issue occurs (which can happen, were all human) then it will be made right as quickly as possible. As a result, I highly recommend Four Seasons, and would to anyone who wants a premium, gorgeous garage door in their home.

Matt called me about an hour before arrival and let me know he was on the way. He was very personable and honest and was eager to answer any questions I had. Quality work. Happy with results. Will be using them for any garage door needs.

Can not recommend them enough. When one of the panels in my old door collapsed, they were out the next day to give me an estimate and go over all my options. They arrived right on our scheduled time. I explained what I was looking for and the never tried to up sell me to something I didn’t want or need. Two days later they were back to install my new door and opener. They were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. This will be the only company I ever use for any of my garage door needs.
