I stopped by Mister Jewelry about a loose, clicking stone in my wedding ring. The repairman took a look at it, gave a very affordable quote, and asked me to wait a few minutes. I barely had time to look around and sit down before he was done! The staff was friendly in person and over the phone, and the location is super convenient. Took a long time for me to find a Jeweler that I trusted and who wasnt outrageously expensive to repair some custom made earrings. They were extremely reasonably prices, courteous and quick with the turn around. They also have some unique jewelry for sale. Will definitely be using their services whenever I need jewelry repair and to buy new pieces. The drive from Newport News is completely worth it!

Great staff and great service. I had a ring, previously owned by my grandfather who passed away, come into my possession. I reached out to them by email and was immediately responded to, saying they could resize it for what I thought to be an unbelievable price. Sure enough, I went to the store and they were friendly, fast, and efficient. Within less than a week, my grandfathers ring now fit perfectly and I paid hardly what I imagined I would pay. If you need jewelry serviced, this is the place to be.

I was recommended this place by my mother in law and a friend. I took 3 white gold diamond rings there, 2 bands and 1 engagement ring. One of the bands needed to be sized to the same size as the other band. Then all 3 rings solder together. Mister Jewelry did a perfect job. The ring was sized perfectly and the soldering was perfect. All the diamonds lined up and there was no damage to the rings or stones. And price and turn around was great. It was $72 for everything. Dropped off on a Friday Night and picked up the following Tuesday. I posted that Mister Jewelry did a great job on my Facebook and then a ton of friends came out of the woodwork and said they have used them a ton of times too and love them. Everyone there was super nice. This place is great.

Took a silver italian chain to have the lobster clasp replaced, and soldered back on.22.60$ and 2 days or less later and my chain is brand spanking new again!Thanks, coming back again to get my friends gold chain fixed!

DONT TAKE ANY RING HERE FOR SIZING ESPECIALLY IF DOWNSIZING!!!Not only will you get a THIN ring back, thin enough that the ring WILL warp, they will also tell you that your ring is bending because of activities like heavy lifting or mowing the lawn If downsizing they cut a piece of the ring out AND DONT EVEN GIVE YOU THE REMOVED PIECE BACK!!!!!!!DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BRING YOUR JEWELRY HERE FOR ANY PURPOSE!!
