First of all, the Reeds Jewelers in Lynhaven Mall is absolutely beautiful inside and out. I walked in with no expectations and being in sales I know how salesman and saleswomen can be but I respect the hustle. Robert made the experience even better than I could have imagined. I love watches and if you are going there to buy watches, he will let you know the history, who has wore the watch, and other information that the timepieces have to offer. For our 10 year anniversary, my husband took me to look for an upgraded wedding set. Went in looking for an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé, and when I tell you Jerome was just the perfect wingman when it came to trying to choose cause lord knows I had no idea what I was doing. The Lynnhaven location is by far the best jewelry and watch retail storefront that Ive ever been to. Theyre an authorized retailer of some of the best watch manufacturers and Ive purchased multiple watches from them. Ive dealt with Robert, Carol, and Jerome. My recent purchase of a Hamilton Murph watch, from the movie Interstellar, was made possible by these fine folks at REEDS. I mentioned my interest in the watch before it came out. I could of bought this watch online, but I would not get the feeling of appreciation and gratitude I receive from the staff. They were looking out for me. They called me when they were going to get a shipment in, & they were able to obtain the limited edition Tesseract box for me. This was a big bonus, since this limited edition box was suppose to be completely sold out. This would not of happened if I bought it online. Spending Christmas in VA and visited this Reeds store to purchase a Rolex watch. Upon walking in we were greeted by the stores manager, Jerome, who was warm and welcoming and assisted us right away. Just wanted to thank Jerome, Carol & Robert for helping with an anniversary ring for my wife. I ordered the ring at the end of 2019, but my anniversary wasnt until May 19th. It wasnt suppose to be delivered until the beginning of this year, but Jerome had it for me right before Christmas of 2019. The wife loved it, and I cant forget about Vu, the jeweler, over at Reeds. He sized it perfect to her index finger. Vu did such a great job on this ring, I took him one of my wifes existing rings for a repair. It came back repaired, polished, cleaned & with another perfect fit. I swear the ring looked brand new. This has been about my 10th purchase from Reeds in the past 3 years. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, My husband and I have been in the market to purchase a wedding ring for a year after 2 bad experiences with a different jewler. We walked into Reeds to compare prices and just to window shop we were immediately greeted by Carol who asked if she could help and if anything had caught my eye. I fell in love with one of the first rings I saw and asked questions about the stone, Carol introduced us to Robert, the stores Gemologist who took the time to answer all of my questions, give me advice, and share his knowledge. As an added bonus they offer a lifetime warranty that is not crazy priced ($64) which I was never offered at any other jelwer. They also offer resizing at no cost. I had a fantastic experience at Reeds in the Lynhaven Mall. Jerome Gray, but also all the other staff members, are very friendly and knowledgeable. They really take the time for you, even if you are not directly buying jewelry. For instance, during my first visit I spend an hour talking about specific watches telling Jerome I was not yet going to buy one. It did not matter to him. He still dedicated a full hour to me going over specific models and designs. Three months later I made my purchase and became part of the family. It has also has resulted in the fact that I won’t visit another store anymore and just do my business with them. Seriously, great people and please visit them.

Oh my gosh Carol and Robert were the best at the lynnhaven mall location! We are so happy to have Reeds as our jewelers! Not only did they help us find exactly what my husband and I wanted for rings after eloping but we also learned we can have his watches repaired there. The whole staff was very welcoming and helpful. A great experience from when I ordered my watch and received it. I have purchased many pieces from them however I am very disappointed in the 2 tone tennis bracelet i spent almost 1500 on. Very cheaply made clasp.has broken 4xs Ive had repaired 3xs very annoying. Assistant manager Brandon promised they would order a lobster clasp and have it switched out well this is now going on 3 weeks I was told when it came in I would be called. 3 weeks no call yet I gave tried to.call phone just rings and ringsVery disappointed I cant even wear the bracelet. Sad because my anniversary was yesterday I planned to make another purchase for this but I wont be spending anymore money here. Would give 0 stars if this was an option!

I have a Citizens watch and was having problems resetting it after I forgot to keep it in sunlight to charge. Jerome was not only fantastic to work with but got the watch reset quickly and would let me pay for his time.

I went to the mall to get a new g-shock, and reeds is the only one that had the one I wanted. I was nervous that the store was going to be too fancy for me, but Brandon was amazing. He took his time and answered all of my questions, and made me really feel like a part of the family. 10/10 would recommend reeds and Brandon if you want to feel like a valued customer.

Jerome at Reeds is amazing. My engagement ring was a size 7 and we needed to get it down to a size 4.5. We tried several jewelry stores and were told that there was no way it could be done because resizing it that much would compromise the diamonds running half way down the band. We had just gotten engaged and were so excited and so determined to get the sizing done so that I could wear the ring, but when one jewelry store told my fiancé he needed to return the ring and buy a smaller one from them because there was absolutely no way to size it that small, we started feeling down. Then we came across Reeds!Where everyone else instantly told us no, Reeds immediately said they could do it - that their jeweler was top notch and if he couldn’t do it then they could send it off to their warranty center and use their machines to get the job done. We signed up for their lifetime warranty, which covers unlimited resizing, unlimited rhodium dips, wear and tear, and replacing any diamonds if they fall out. It brought us the peace of mind we needed.Once we got our ring covered under the Reeds warranty, Jerome did us a huge favor and was able to push for it to be resized that very day! At first we thought it was too good to be true, but sure enough, the jeweler resized it to a 4 1/2 and we picked it up that evening. It was still a little big once I got it past the knuckle, but he worked on it for me right there on the spot with me trying it on in between adjustments until I was finally able to wear it! 🥰 We are so pleased with our experience at Reeds. As it was explained to me: you can imagine it as Rachel and Robert (REEDS) are the jewelry mother and father, with two children Brandon and Bernadette (2 Bs)... I had never had any experience with buying an engagement ring or where to go to buy one, but I am so glad I walked into REEDS instead of any other place... The jewelry is amazing and the prices are truly affordable. Brandon greeted me as if he genuinely cared about my needs and desires instead of just a sale. Rachel helped me with getting a finance plan that suits me as an individual and she explained in detail how everything would work out, which cleared up my fears of being messed over with hidden fees and interest... I walked into another jewelry store and stood around for about 10 minutes. No one helped me. I walked out and into REEDS. The moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles from everyone. Carol walked up to me and shook my hand. We spoke about what I wanted and she told me about a jewelers event taking place at REEDS. She introduce me to Robert in case she wasn’t there and Robert was just as friendly and helpful.I returned for the event and had a very nice onyx stone set into a white gold ring and sized within an hour. I recently visited this location with my significant other to look at wedding bands for our upcoming wedding and the customer service was exemplary. Stop by there the other night to see if they can order a luxury watch that I was having trouble finding. They had zero interest in helping me find what I was looking for and less I had purchased from them at sometime in the past. The sales lady was very nice and she introduced me to the manager and told him what I was looking for and he just smiled and went over to another corner in the store. I purchased the watch at a competitor store.

Rachel and Robert, and the rest of the staff at Reeds Lynnhaven Mall are AMAZING! Rachel helped us from the beginning of our engagement ring hunt. We decided to buy a stone separately and have it set in a Reeds setting. She gave us the best advice on which setting would be best for us. Fast forward 6 months and the worst possible thing happened- I crushed my ring between two pieces of heavy furniture causing a diamond to fall out, the entire band to be all sorts of messed up, AND my stone (not covered under their warranty) ended up chipped. We luckily had the Reeds lifetime warranty which covers practically everything that could go wrong. When it was ready to be picked up, the ring looked amazing and we were thrilled even knowing my stone was chipped. Rachel informed us that they decided to REPLACE my stone!! They were not obligated to replace it by any means, but it just shows how amazing Rachel and the staff really are. Its safe to say that we will forever recommend Reeds to everyone we know. Going to Reeds has been the best decision my fiancé and I have made since getting engaged! My original engagement ring is incredibly beautiful but it is tall with a swirl like design in the arch. It made it very difficult to find a wedding band that fit the ring comfortably and didn’t look funny and of course the ring I got didn’t come with a matching band. The jeweler we got the ring from said they could make a band to fit but it would cost more than my ring is worth so they suggested we just buy a brand new set. They were pushy and not very empathetic about the situation. I was clearly upset because they also told us we could trade that ring in for another one as well and being newly engaged it was just a lot to take in. We ended up leaving the ring to get sized and decided we will look around at other jewelers to see what other options we had. That brings us to Reeds! Walking into Reeds we met Jerome the manager and he took the utmost amazing care of us. He listened to our story, our issue with the other store and our concerns and helped us make the best decision on a new set. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. All of the other employees cane over and spoke with us as well in between other customers too. It felt like we had been coming here for years and it had been our first time walking in the store. I cannot express enough how happy, impressed and grateful I am for Reeds. We still have over a year until the wedding and now the stress of the wedding band is gone. We even found a wedding band my fiancé loved and he’s a hard cookie to please. I will NEVER go anywhere else for any kind of jewelry again. The customer service here is the best I’ve ever experienced. I am so excited to see the photos from the wedding and see our rings shinning in the sun. Thanks again Reeds!

This is by far the best jewelry store/watch store I have been to. Their customer service is awesome! I have purchased 7 Rolex within the past 10 months and got every watch I have ever dreamed of! The watches include GMT LN, BLNR,BLRO and Daytona LN and deepsea(James Cameron), submariner date, and a 34mm date. But I felt welcomed right from the first experience and will continue to come back here. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get the perfect gift for a loved one or getting something nice for yourself.

Called in early to see if they had someone available to resize a watch that I bought from another store, and the in store process was quick and only took a few minutes. The customer service is very friendly. Beware, if you didnt purchase the watch from their store, it costs 20$ for the first sizing. I recommend that you purchase from authorized dealers, but a few hundred in savings can negate any extra costs.

My boyfriend and I are finally ready to make that purchase of a lifetime that showcases our eternal love for one another. We visited a few jewelry stores at Lynnhaven Mall and were completely blown away by the professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service of Carol and Robert Stabnow at Reeds Jewelers. Not only did they go above and beyond to try to get to know my boyfriend and I as people and not just numbers, but we also felt extremely comfortable discussing a multitude of topics not even related to jewelry. Not once did we ever feel pressured to purchase anything, even after I made it known that we were just looking that day.When Carol and Robert found out that I had fallen in love with an engagement ring from another jewelry store months ago and the ring unfortunately was no longer sold or able to be viewed online, they did everything in their power to help me recreate my perfect ring. From assisting me browse rings on their tablet on the Reeds website to attempting to find the old sku to my beloved ring to inviting us to a jewelry showcase, I appreciated the effort they put forth in to helping make my dreams come true. While one jewelry store in the mall brushed my boyfriend and I off without even showing us their ring selection to another store overwhelming us with customer service representatives that pushed us to purchase a ring that same day and then gave us their website without putting forth the extra effort, my boyfriend and I returned to Reeds to thank Carol and Robert for their superior service.If youre looking for great prices and financing options paired with excellent customer service, stop by Reeds at Lynnhaven Mall. We had a fantastic experience at Reeds today getting my watch sized.Brandon and Robert were very welcoming.Brandon was great in ensuring I found the right fit for my watch, making multiple adjustments, while Robert patiently showed us their collection, let us try on some Rolexes, and gave us a brief historical overview of Reeds.We will definitely be coming back for our future watch and jewelry needs to Brandon and Robert at Reeds.Also when you are there, ask them about the eco friendly forevermark diamonds - great collection.

The people who work here are spoiled and arrogant. It todays age you can obtain time pieces at a fraction of retail price online. Their unwillingness to work with pricing, nonsense about demand (clearly I cant drive down the street or use a computer), and outright pressure to get you to buy it immediately/ use credit makes this store a complete turn off. There are plenty of businesses that are willing to work with you for sub par valued items. Want to know what your selection looks like in person? Step right in. Want a good deal? Step right out.

I give most of the staff in this store 5 stars but over all my experience of this store was horrible mainly with the jewelry repair. I purchased a wedding band a month ago along with my wedding ring to be resized and have them all soldered together, along with some stones to be switched out. Originally told that it would be max of 2 weeks for it to be done. Got a call week one that it was done remind them that it was to be soldered to the band they tell me ok. Call me the fallowing week tell me its all done, they call back 15 min later saying oh no its not there was an issue having the right stone. Ok let that one go, week 3 they call tell me its done I ask if they are sure they said yes. Get to the store the next day my orginal wedding ring wasnt soldered in to the bamd nor was the ring ever put inside they band(its a double band) to make sure it fit or to fit it. All I get is an apology and it will be 1 more week its a simple process but it will be 1 week. Get called week 4 same thing ask if its done they say yes I ask if they are sure they said yes. I get there today and it wasnt even size correctly. I really though there was nothing else you could do to mess it up but I was wrong. I am sooo disappointed with your customer service up to today, I want to give a shout out to your manager on duty today at March 7th 2019 @ about 3pm because you went above and beyond what was expected of you and what your store manager even provided to us. You had our ring drove over and fixed on the spot, something your manager could of had done last week when the band wasnt soldered in but didnt. This whole purchase has been a nightmare its not like it was just a couple hundred dollars no it was over $1000 and I expected so much more out of your comany.
