Just went to the store for the first time today and overall great little hole in the wall. :) the service was great, clean store, and lots of variety. I’m only giving 4 stars because of the prices. The store had items that can be found in average grocery stores and their prices were higher. Which I kind of understand, because it’s not a chain store. I’d probably go shopping their more if they had lower prices.

This was my 2nd or 3rd time coming here and it has been great so far, I couldnt figure out who the manager was but from what i could tell it was the shorter haired grouchy older woman that just seemed to be moving stuff from random selves to other ones. I had to ask the woman behind the counter for help because the store seemed so disorganized, but she was extremely helpful. She was the tall brunette woman and luckily she knew where everything was, got me what I needed, and checked out. Great place to get everything I needed, just needs a bit better organization.

Was hung up on twice when I inquired of positions within the establishment, as help wanted signs were posted. The owner hung up on me, in which during the second call and stated verbatim, We only hire people who know how to use the phone.I am profoundly taken aback by the unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service as it is pertaining to answering and addressing inquiries via phone. I can assuredly say, I would never work for any employer that would exemplify their professionalism in this way; not to mention purchasing any goods there.One star does not begin to express my experience: ZERO ZERO ZERO!!!

They have the best staff always friendly and it may be small but you can always find great stuff

When my family member went omni to vegan we needed help. Not only did we receive great advice and products, there was zero judgement past or present of our choices. The staff members were so friendly and kind. They always have the best unique things to try. The sales shelf is always full but the truth is the prices are very reasonable.

Friendly, helpful and good supplier of organic products. You can order items online and have your order waiting for pickup once a week. Quality of fresh produce is very good and organic options much better than any of our local grocery stores.

This is a great store with great service excellent selection. Not only of food but of great essential oils and anything else organic one could could think of. They have beauty products, fresh vegetables and fruits and the best fresh aged garlic in Hampton roads. LOVE OGFD!!!!

Awesome place, locally owned, and suuper friendly staff! Ive never had an issue here as other reviews have said, but maybe I was in the right place at the right time? Anyhow, this place has a lot of items that I can only find here such as Louisville Vegan Jerky! Also, they have a lot of items you can buy in bulk + a discount if you are a member. If they dont have the item in store they can order for you and ship it to their store.Overall highly recommend!

Excellent selection of products - and much of the organic, locally grown produce is the same or less cost than the chain grocery stores. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.They have a great selection of vitamins, proteins, and other health items beyond food too - and the pricing is excellent. Their online shopping is great, and you save 15% just by shopping online. Definitely will be a regular!

I love Organic Depot. They have wonderful selections of organic foods. The staff are amazing & always have information I need to help with my health issues. They have a large selection of Gluten-free foods & a large refrigerated room full of freshorganic produce & other specialty foods I highly recommend them.

Yesterday I bought a bunch of discounted products. Kefir, Jersey, protein bars, cookies. All of it is expired by many months. Some in March, some in April, some in May. The kefir has mold inside and the manager said that they always sell dairy products 7 days passed their sell by date saying that the product is still good. Child that expired in february. Horrible. Jersey that expired in March, that’s meat!!!! Disgusting. I will never shop here again.
