I had my hearing tested at Beltone today. The staff in Great Neck was great. Jen, Amanda, Cassie and Bari took care of my friend Jeff and I wonderfully. Would recommend to anyone.

Professional, knowledgeable and family friendly. Zach Grohler tested my wife and I and was very thorough. He fitted me and made sure I was comfortable with my hearing aid.It was a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this family team to anyone who needs it.Thanks to Zach, his wife and mom.

Belltone is certainly not an inexpensive product, but after trying several of its competitors I give it the highest marks. In addition to the excellence of its hearing aids its follow-up services are unsurpassed (and this is key to sustained, successful use of the aids). I commend Dr Schulte and the staff at the Great Neck office for making every quarterly visit pleasant and productive.

Very friendly staffOnly had in for a couple hours, but can tell the difference already. Easy to put in and take out. Just a little tough with wearing a mask trying to take mask off without pulling out the hearing aid, but will get easier with practice Im sure.

Beltone hearing aides are the BEST and their staff is beyond amazing. Taylor specifically went out of her way to accommodate my 90 year old grandmother for a onsite appointment for new aides at her assisted living facility, so she didnt have to leave. Cant recommend them enough!

BELTONE hearing aids are a life changer. I wore other hearing aids for about 5 years and felt embarrassed and frustrated because they were ineffective and uncomfortable. I left BELTONE on my first visit with comfortable hearing aids that helped me hear better than I have in years. The technician was friendly and helpful as he explained the product and tested my hearing. I am a teacher, and it was challenging hearing high pitches in a busy classroom. I felt I was often guessing at what others said and constantly asking others to repeat what they said. The cafeteria was an especially difficult setting. Living like that is exhausting. I am now prepared to do my job better and to communicate more easily with my family and friends. I used to resist using my old, uncomfortable, ineffective hearing aids; now I can’t wait to use my new Beltone hearing aids each morning. Thank you, BELTONE, for improving the quality of my life.
