Advanced Hearing Systems is great! Bill Morgan and his staff are easy going experts. On my first visit I went in deaf as a post. I was tested and given a loaner which was tweaked to my hearing loss. I now have hearing aids that are comfortable, almost invisible, rechargeable, and I hear again! I cant say enough good things.

Bill, the hearing specialist and owner, is a US Navy veteran. The character and integrity of his military service is, in my experience, clearly demonstrated in his business practices and to me, an important contributor to the high quality of professional care and service Bill brings to his patients. Today’s hearing technology on offer has advanced significantly and an optimal fitting requires a deep working knowledge of the latest complex computer software and competing designs to best match every patient’s unique hearing challenges. I was a difficult case due to my one sided hearing loss. But Bill’s patience, his perseverance, intellectual curiosity to get it right and keen working knowledge of the various manufacturers’ software and designs choices, over a period of weeks, resulted in what I believe to be the best outcome I could have hope for. In short, I just cannot imagine anyone being able to do this complex work better than Bill. The tidewater area is fortunate to have his services. I certainly am.
