So its been a very busy week for me and my client and today he had a hearing aid appointment. His daughter relay the message to me letting me know that his appointment was at 11:30. Get here and find out that the appointment was for 11 and the doctor is not in but on lunch and the secretary was getting ready to leave for class. Being that it was my first time taking my client to his hearing aid appointment I was kind of flabbergasted on what to do. Even though she had a class to go to Deja🥰 took the time to clean his hearing aids and refill his batteries and just as she finished the doctor walked in to continue the rest of the appointment! 😊Thank you so much it was a great experience he is all set and I am truly thankful that you guys were able to take care of him even though we were supposed to be there at 11🤗🤗🤗😍😍

I recently had a checkup of my hearing aids, and with a little adjustment on the volume to balance the sound coming to both ears all was fine.I’m very pleased with the professional care I receive as well as the warm friendly staff at Beach Hearing.Sincerely thankfulDoug Kist

The staff at Beach Hearing have been very professional and helpful to me for the last 12 years. I recently purchased new aids that are rechargeable and am having problems with them staying charged. It is now admitted that the manufacturer has a problem with rechargeable aids, and they may have to be returned for service every one to two years, meaning Im without an aid for about a week each time. if Im under warranty there is no charge for this service but if the warranty has expired Im responsible for hundreds of dollars each time they are returned. I feel that the manufacturer should replace the aids.

I would recommend this office and Brad Yoho to anyone. Brad adjusted my hearing aids and add some choices to choose from and it was amazing the diffrence it mad. I from out of town and wish my doctor took the time Brad did to explain the care and maintenance going foward.

Spoke with Mrs. Johnson at the front desk here, I just want to say she was very much helpful. she was knowledgeable and had a very informative answer to every question had. she made this very easy for me while I shop for my fathers hearing aid. I definitely will be making my appointment just because of Mrs. Johnson. I can see why she is working directly with customers, Im not sure what they are paying her but Im sure she deserves a raise. The staff and technician, Steven Yohe, are very friendly and take the time to explain things, esp. to those getting their hearing aids for the first time. Additionally. for someone whose schedule can vary hourly like mine, they are very understanding and do their best to make things work for you. Highly recommend this place!!

Audiology Clinic at Portsmouth Naval Hospital was unavailable to repair my hearing aids. I called Beach Hearing Aid Center. Brad Yohe said to come in right away and he could take care of it. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Very professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend Brad at Beach Hearing Aid Center in Virginia for you audiology needs.

Hearing aids always seem to need some type of adjustment. Beach Hearing has been very helpful & available for me.

I am very happy with Beach Hearing Center. I like my hearing aids especially since they are without external wires.

I needed one of my hearing aids repaired, and I usually go to the VA (they are closed due to covid). So I searched the net and found Beach Hearing Aid Centers and they gave me a same day appointment. They confirmed that they could fix my hearing aid and have it back in about a week for a pretty reasonable fee. For me it was pay the fee or be deaf, that simple. This was a no brainer and Beach Hearing Aid Centers could have charged much more but provided a solution that was reasonable and fair to all. Thank you very much for the service. With the VA being down, I know where Ill be going for future hearing aid problems.

I have been driving from Suffolk, VA to Virginia Beach for several years to enjoy the benefits of Beach Hearing on Edwin Drive. The staff has ALWAYS welcomed me and the service has been exemplary. Beach hearing was the first to my knowledge to offer hearing aids with the perforated ear domes. Their Audibel hearing aids have helped me immensely. When my wife need hearing aids I knew it would have to be Beach Hearing. Now were both doing so much better.
