Rebecca McCarthy, HIS conducted a Hearing Test & Adjusted Moms Hearing aids accordingly. She is a soft spoken Technician, was very thorough & Patient with Mom. Definitely the best decision that I ever made. The staff was not only friendly, warm and inviting. We made me very comfortable, relaxed and at ease through the entire process. I felt as if we were family the way I was welcomed and treated. I explained thoroughly the process from step to step. Starting with the initial consultation all the way to the fitting. You really get personal service and doesnt end there. You get way more than your moneys worth with all the free extras. It such a great deal, I only wish that I had done it sooner. You wont be rushed in and out. It is a complete comprehensive exam. Oh. And the office visit is free. What are you kidding. You book an appointment now.I absolutely would recommend this company over any other. You just cant beat this deal anywhere. I rate them a five star plus plus plus.
