My husband has severe hearing loss. We switched to Dr. Bartletts office a few years ago because she was the only audiologist he called who was interested in learning more about hearing loop technology. We found that this interest in the latest technological improvements is matched by her care and attention for each individual patient. She takes all the time we need, explains things very carefully and patiently, and tries to find the best solution for each individual. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bartlett and her office assistant Sabrina!

I recently relocated here and needed to find a new audiologist to manage the settings on my hearing aids. I work in an operating room, so my hearing needs are very specific. Dr. Bartlett and her assistant, Sabrina, are by far the most helpful team that I have ever worked with. Dr. Bartlett not only recommended and fit me with new molds, but was also able to adjust the settings on my aids to give me the clearest sound quality possible. Not an easy task for someone that works in such a noisy environment. Im proud to say that my co-workers are surprised to find out that I even wear hearing aids - thats how good she is. And Sabrina is equally as amazing. She is the epitome of efficiency and kindness, and will work magic when I have an emergency to get me in as soon as possible. Would give these guys 10 stars if I could.

After having a bad experience with hearing aids, I found Dr. Bartlett and am a believer that hearing aids actually do improve hearing. She is thorough in her testing, evaluation and recommendations. Dr. Bartlett and Sabrina were very nice and very professional. I brought in two very old hearing aids. one almost 30 yrs. old and another almost 20 yrs. old. Dr. Bartlett was able to send them in for repairs! I couldnt believe it!! I now have two aids for less than $500! They amazed me!! And their coffee is really good too! :)

They dont need new clients, receptionist made me wait a long time at the reception while she was on the phone, and showed no interest at all in helping my father to buy a new hearing aid. They should put a sign on the front saying please dont come in as wellw only help you with 2 weeks notice.
