15 years of repeating myself to my Boyfriend whos had poor hearing for most of his life.We feel its worth posting this review....Bobby once had the real expensive hearing aids that the doctor gave him($3000) but kept hearing echoes.. he stopped using them due to the annoying sounds & headaches. We started watching t.v again and saw the commercial for HearingAssist for just $600, he said no way are they going to work, but was willing to try since it was money back if not satisfied. After he purchased he was so excited to try them on when they were delivered. After reading the instructions and downloading the app on his cell, he walked around the house asking us all to talk and kept repeating the word Wow with tears in his eyes. He says there amazing no echoes, no static! PERFECT! The next morning he woke me up early to tell me how great they are and to please go online and give them 5 stars. (he never gives 5 stars) he seems to find fault in something. But not these. So if your wondering if they work well? Its a big YES!!! Priceless, signed happy girlfriend🤗

Horrible customer service. I recently purchased these for my husband. Less then 40 days after purchase one broke and the ear piece and hearing aid were separated. He didnt realize because the ear piece was still in his ear. The company and the extended warranty company both refused to replace. Defective products and they wouldnt replace.

I purchased the hearing assist from walmart october2020. after 2 months one of the hearing aids stopped working, contacted the company online customer chat i was instructed to send it back the the address given to me . contacted the company after 2 weeks they acknowledged receiving it but i was told they have a problem with the supply . waited 2 more weeks and contacted again Sheila who replied to my email. havent heard a word from them.have bought an extended warranty when i purchased the device, i was told the manufacture warranty should apply first . now we lost the money and the device . bad customer service .dont recomment it to any one.

Been wearing these hearing aids for about 2 months now. Love them! Wore expensive hearing aids for 30 years and frankly these are far superior to my old oticon pairs that cost thousands. Always felt I was being ripped off. I was and every time I needed them repaired it would cost me 100 to 200 dollars and the repairs lasted only for a few months. I always suspected it was humidity/water/wax issues etc. Now I can maintain my own at no cost. The other thing is the newer model with the app is the balls! I can easily manage!/control them my self with several effective and easy to use options!If I could give them 10 stars I would! Their wicked awesome!👍

Bought these aids on Amazon, they work great! Have had them since march 2019 and bragged about them my father in law also bought a pair. After about a month the left hearing tube had the threads strip. I was afraid I would lose the hearing aid part so I called ( on Memorial Day ). Very nice young man named Nathan or Nathanial got my info and sent me 2 new tubes for each ear! Super customer service and the product Id excellent for the price! A lot better then the thousands you spend on other hearing aids!Thanks,Chris

Absolutely Best way to waste your money.

Horrible customer service and hearing aides don’t even work! I purchased these for my father with the additional warranty. Right after we received them in the mail my father went into a nursing home for rehab and didn’t want to try new hearing aids on top of everything so he waited until he got home. Upon returning home he tried them several times and said they did nothing. I live in Florida and he in IL so I told him I would return them when I returned to IL the following week. Upon my return hospice was called in and he was gone within a couple weeks. After the funeral I remembered the hearing aides and I thought I would see if my mom could them. They were brand new and my dad never was able to use them bc he said they didn’t work. I took them to my mom and she tried them and she too said it was not good. After both my parents tried them I contacted customer service because we were slightly past the trial period. I explained everything and offered to send the rehab info showing how long he was in rehab and when hospice came and his dearth certificiate. They said there was nothing they could refund but they would be happy to send a free Return Label to get their product back!!! We asked to speak to a supervisor and were told they would call us back. A week has gone by and no call!
