I do not recommend. Paid upfront months ago...STILL NO HOT TUB. When I contacted Chris Miller he is rude and did not resolve the problem. He then ask if I want to cancel but will charge a restocking fee not to mention I would have to reorder and wait if I go else where. Avoid. he was so unprofessional yelling at me through the phone.

I bought my hot tub in may but due to covid everything was delayed. If you havent experienced Chris Miller he is the man, although he is extremely busy when you finally get a hold of him he is so informative,so energetic,exciting, and helpful.ANYTHING you need he figures out in a timely manner. He sent me pictures, kept me updated, seemed like he was just as excited as i was. Basically he made my experience worth the wait and I absolutely love this hudson bay xb34 6 seater plug and play. Mine came with an 120 plug i was Freaking out but chris miller came to the rescue and walked me through the process and helped me order an adapter and now we are in the tub daily. Thank you Chris Miller. You rock!!

Aqua Living and specifically Chris have been superb. I needed advice on 110 volt plug options and Chris could not have been more helpful. He provided different tub options that met our spec and we could not be happier with the Hudson Bay 34 we purchased. The all round quality of the tub and specifically the range of jets, their adjustable power and the variable mood light settings are excellent. It has added that extra level of luxury to our deck that we were looking for. We would have no hesitation in recommending Aqua Living hot tubs and especially Chris for his dedicated and professional customer care. He has also continued to follow up post delivery. I should also mention Matt and his delivery team who maneuvered the tub into position on our raised deck. He and his team took what was quite an awkward job in their stride and all with a smile throughout. Top service all round: If you’re thinking about a purchase from these guys - deal with Chris and Matt and you will not be sorry.

Chris facilitated a solution to exchanging a hot tub that was too big to get into the back yard with a smaller one. Great customer service and tubs are very well priced! A great experience so far!!

I bought an exercise spa from Aqua Living Factory Outlet and I had a few bumps in the road after I received it. I didnt receive all of the items that I ordered and it took awhile for me to resolve some of the issues that I had. But when I tell you my sales rep, Chris Miller, held my hand through every obstacle I faced and tried his best to resolve each and every one! Chris is an awesome person and a salesman who really cares for his customers. He made the experience, good and bad, worth every dime I spent. I might not be a big fan of the after purchase care I received from the people Aqua Living outsourced delivery to, but Chris Miller is a great asset to the company!

We didn’t want to buy a hot tub from a local store because of the mark up. Chris was very helpfull in helping us pick out what we wanted . He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. I’m a truck driver, very good investment for my back.

The reviews look great... UNTIL you realize they are all fake! If you click on those that have reviewed, you see that they bought 4 hot tubs from Aqua Living in 4 different states! Very disappointing.

The therapeutic water jets help relieve my arthritis and and lower back pain, we have had a great experience from start to finish and will definitely recommend this company, the sales associates were very professional and knowledgeable about the products we have used it every evening since we got it

Spa looks and works great plenty of power from the jets. I’ve used everyday to help with my lower back pain and it has helped tremendously I sleep so much better now, the sales staff was very helpful from start to finish absolutely love my new spa...
