My puppies loves there ice cream and now they have pip cups for them

Got a triple fudge blizzard started out good till it gets all melty and something slimy was in the bottom and I look and its I guess the triple fudge was on the bottom but it had no flavor at all it was just there had to throw it away

I love coming here! The staff is always friendly and attentive. Usually, I ask to clean the wand because of allergies, and they always do with no complaints. I dont ever have any issues with the staff. The young lady that took my complicated order this morning was patient and lovely. This place is a step above the rest!

I had their new cake shake today and it was really gross. After a few sips my stomach really hurt so it all went to waste. However, this location didnt have a line which was nice but since they are on a busy street accessing this location isnt all the best. With the construction and the intersection less than half a mile away the cars really block up around their entrance.

You know youre ready for some warmer weather when you cant resist a DQ cone. I had to drive like a NASCAR champion to get into & out of the DQ on Kempsville Road(lots of construction going on)...but need I say ..it was well worth it...Fan food indeed...

Great desserts at a good price. The 5 star ones are Landstown and on the strip at the Beach. They have a grill and good hot food also.

A quick in out of the the drive-thru at one of my favorite ice-cream joints on a Friday night with my son. Surprisingly this was my first visit at this store and they did not disappoint.The store located off Kempsville and just North of Indian River is an interesting one to access. The pull through lanes offer either driver, or passenger service and the lanes are tight. The passenger side was closed. Customers can also walk up. The appearance of the building looked neat.Ordering was flawless and the voice friendly. A total was given on the Cookie Dough Blizzard and Strawberry Shake. With one car ahead just finishing I pulled up and paid. Payment was processed quickly and the high school aged girl was a sweetheart. Their signature Blizzard was flipped back and forth before handing over with the shake. Napkins were provided.My Strawberry Shake was delicious with whip cream on top. If youve never had one they use real strawberries. Chunks can get caught in the straw. My son loves their cookie dough and reported it was great.I would return to the store if in the area. I frequent one in Bayside thats close to my home, this store is far. DQ has been a family favorite for years and continues to produce wonderful ice-cream products.

Worst service and worst “BANANA SPLIT”. I have requested/mentioned to include peanuts and caramel and they haven’t included these but they have charged me more ($5.99). And this is the worst banana split in USA Andy’s banana split is far better than this s**t.

Every single time I ask for a cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake chunks, I always get extra strawberries and 1-2 pieces of cheesecake. I am so annoyed because this is something I keep paying for but never getting what I actually wanted. If you can’t physically put more chunks in then don’t offer the option.

Twice I have been here made a simple order a banana split with all strawberry toppings. Twice they have been wrong first time it had the normal toppings and tonight I got not 1 but 2 blizzards. Simple order BANANA SPLIT ALL STRAWBERRY. will not return to this place again but will be getting my order fixed. Stop being so worried about how fast you get a customer out @and worry more about getting the order correct.

It was a little slow they didnt have but one window open and then they didnt even take my order at the Voicebox I had to give it to them at the window but the ice cream was delicious

Stopped by here on a sunny Saturday afternoon. We went through the drive-thru which was quick.You can walk up and order as well if you want to but we werent far from home so the drive thru was convenient.I ordered a medium vanilla, chocolate dipped cone and Dave order a butter finger blizzard.Yummy yummy in my tummy!

This particular Dairy Queen was even more amazing than usual. I like their stuff in general but today I took my kids for ice cream and they were feeling especially creative with their requests. I felt bad asking but needless to say Dairy Queen came through with what my kids wanted and I have to say it was actually really super good. So a super big thank you to this Dairy Queen and if I could Id give more than just 5 stars 😀

Took my lil dude there as a treat. Got myself an old fashion Coke Float for $1. But the memories it brought back was priceless.

Drive thru went really quick and staff was really nice.

Why is it every time I go there something is not working. How can the chocolate machine not be working - you sell ice cream - have someone come fix the machine. It is 7pm at night not 10am. I’m sure it’s not that busy to have items fixed. Employees have zero personality and the drive thru speaker sucks!

Dairy Queen is the best ice cream and food place I know! My cone, banana split, and buzzards I ordered are always good and sooo tasty and the ice cream is always the same consistency! The cashier was also very nice and friendly!

Buy 5 blizzards, get 5 blizzards... DQ is a must to beat the heat

The young lady at the drive-thru was extraordinarily kind and my blizzard was satisfying like all other times. The service was very fast today! Even if it wouldve been slow, the friendly customer service and taste are worthwhile rewards!!!

This is not a classic burger and fries place. Those things are not available. I ended up with two chicken melts, chips, sodas and small sundaes. Too much sugar and my sundaes melted because I had to waitfor the chicken melts. There were unpleasant gastric effects from the food. I do not think I will return. And yes, I had a difficult time trying to understand the drive up speaker.

Quick drive-thru service.

This location is run slightly better than if it were run by loosely trained monkeys. I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes and when we finally got up to the window, the manager needed to retake our order because she had forgotten it. Trust me, drive to a different location. It will save you time.

You dont leave a new girl to take orders and fill them for two large food orders and keep the drive thru moving while your people stand in the heat and wait. Then give the new girl Hailey hell. She is only as good as she is trained.

Great ice cream. Love to go and sit at the tables out back to enjoy a treat in the evening. Drive thru is nice if youre headed somewhere else.

Typical DQ with amazing choices and consistent quality. Drive-thru can be a lengthy wait on summer nights (expected). No complaints.

Worst dairy queen i have ever been too. They put the lid on our cup wrong so when we grabbed it, it exploded. They put no ketchup or mustard on my hotdog when I asked for it and had no packets so I had to bring my hotdog back up to them, making it cold. They gave us no cheese for our pretzel sticks and were apparently too busy to talk to us so we had to stand there for ever to get a refund. They were rude and unhelpful. And I am not going here again. Supposed to be a 15-20 minutes lunch date turned into a 45 minute disaster. Dont go here!!

The Bomb real nice place 2 eat & i stay in Cali & was out in Norfolk/ Va. Beach & it was Real Nice bomb food & real clean & helpfull waitress..

I work at the Public Storage next door and everytime I go there for lunch, Holly and her lunch crew are amazing .(not sure of everyones name). When I go to the drive thru at night, for another blizzard, Miyah is fantastic as well. Shoutouts to Holly, Miyah, the tall African American gentleman, and the Caucasian gentleman with the glasses. Yall ROCK!!

If I could give zero stars, I would!!! I got my children a blizzard and there was hair in the blizzard! I called the manager and he seemed to not really care. This location should have a complete overhaul on management and employees!!

I would give this a 5 but the manager, Hope, today almost turned me of from buying here. I was looking for a quick bite on my break and ordered the chicken bacon bbq melts and the first thing out of her mouth was, I hate those! Uhm well okay.. she said they take too long to cook. Thats my my problem. Get a happier manager, your staff is great but today was a bad experience.

This DQ provides quick service and my blizzard is always made right. The intercom system in the drive thru is old and sometimes it is hard to hear what the employees are saying.

Enjoyed my Sundae. I was disappointed they were no longer running the special for the 2 medium sundaes for $4.

Very friendly. Easy access. Quick service.Well. Rerated. Not so friendly, manager could care less and it showed when guy in training was hopelessly lost. He asked question...she said whippity bang,pointed at register and left. He stared at the whippity bang buttons and tried. She finally came back and scolded him for pushing wrong buttons.Also, need to point out...unless it was the manager since she nuked the meal. DO NOT come here for anything other than soft serve ice cream or blizzard. Anything hot is NOT.Bumped back up 2 stars. Not sure if DQ monitors these reviews but manager and staff were very friendly. Food came out hot too.

Every time my husband and I try to order from here using a delivery service, this DQ either cancels our order is super lazy. 830pm- they say they aren’t making anymore food. Or they don’t have chocolate ice cream. Crappy and lazy service. Super disappointed.
