Worked on my quad and dirt bike and excellent work
Great shop! I’ve been in twice with my bike and have always received fast, friendly service. Great prices, knowledgeable staff, and quality work. I’ve moved out to Portsmouth, but will not take my bike anywhere else – it’s definitely worth the trip.
This shop is great and has a friendly staff, the owner is a straight shooter and you can tell he knows what is he doing and takes pride in his work. Best of luck and continue to crush it with your business.. also wanted to say THANK YOU for service, this guys is one of the hardest working guys I have had the pleasure of meeting! Thanks again!
This is hands down the best motorcycle shop in Hampton roads. The staff is super friendly knowledgeable and best of all fair! I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs anything motorcycle or hot rod related. I have been taking by bikes here for a couple years and have had nothing but a great experience.
GDG is the best! They are considerably faster and better priced than Harley Davidson for routine maintenance. The guys, Justin, Alex and Pat are fantastic and have gone out of the way to provide outstanding customer service. I recently had my bike in for an oil pan rupture and they were able to get the job done quickly and worked with me to get the best price and get me back on the road! Highly recommend for all your motorcycle service!
I highly-recommend Green Devil Garage for all of your motorcycle needs. I took my bike in for routine service and the knowledgeable staff immediately identified safety issues on the bike I was not aware of. They provided videos and photos of what they identified and explained each to me. When I picked up the bike and rode it I could feel a noticeable difference in its handling and comfort as well. Motorcycling has enough inherent risk but it is great to have a bike shop you can trust to look out for you and your safety. All this, on top of the bad-ass original builds... Happy to support this local business!
I wanted to have saddle bags installed on my Fatboy to make sure they were installed properly and also get an oil change. My brother-n-law recommend Green Devil Garage. They did an outstanding job starting with Anna on the phone, Frank going over my options on how to install them, and Pat going above and beyond fixing a ding on my rear fender and paint! Hands down........NOBODY BETTER!~ Thank you.
I was looking for a place to store my bike, since I am serving overseas. Found this place, and stopped by. I was met with a smile and friendly service. The price they charge is less than half, of what I used to pay. As it is run by veterans, I know they are no nonsense. Enjoyed doing business, see you soon.
These guys are real professionals. Fast service at an awesome price way below Harley Davidson service. I wanted a set of handlebars they usually dont carry so they became official dealers for the part. I dropped the bike off the night before and they had it internally wired and installed the next day. I work in the cycle industry and will refer everyone I know to these guys.
Green Devil Garage will not disappoint you! Alex kept me updated very well throughout the process. My key got misplaced somewhere during the process (not blaming you #Justin) and they were quick to reimburse me for the price of the keys and the inconvenience. Great shop and employees, phenomenal customer service, and quality work! Thanks again Green Devil Garage!
Top notch establishment. Fast, reliable service. Awesome ground up custom builds from mild to wild from this Veteran owned/operated company. Highly recommended!
These guys know what they are doing. Best customer service in the area and great work. GDG fixed my 76 Shovel the right way the first time for a fair price. Bring your work to them.
These guys are awesome. I just moved to town and needed help getting my motorcycle off my truck bed from the move. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. Green Devil is officially my motorcycle garage of choice!
Very cool group of guys and excellent customer service. Whatever questions or concerns I had about my bike whether it was maintenance or custom work I wanted in the future they were very helpful on the process of my needs.anyone that needs any work whether its maintenence a paint job or even just stopping in to say hi THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO
I asked Pat and Alex to complete a small but different project on my bike. Its wasnt the norm for them but they took it on and got it done for me and I couldnt be happier. Great guys. Anytime I need something done Ill come back to them, assuming they want to deal with me hah!
I just moved in across the way from these guys. I came over to check out their work and I was very impressed. They are military owned and operated. These dudes are definitely doing my bike in the future.
If youre a woman, dont go here. If youre a widow, dont go here. I had the worst experience with the employees and owner, Pat. I was told by the employee that picked up my motorcycle that it would be ready for pick up the following Monday, so I scheduled the trailer and my life around picking up the bike. After repeated calls and voicemails on Friday, (I called back in the afternoon, and he answered to tell me he was on the phone with an ambulance and then hung up on me) and then again on Monday, the owner finally called me back at 3:30pm on Monday, after Id already picked up the trailer and on my way to his shop to tell me the bike wasnt ready. Not that big of a deal, because Ill have someone work on it on the other end, but he proceeded to yell at me about how I was lying about his employee telling me it would be ready on Monday. Why in the heck would I lie about that? He continued to blame me telling me it was MY communication error. (Someone was there on Monday when a family member of mine called to pay for their services and they didnt not tell them it wasnt going to be ready. I also called immediately after their phone call and no one answered the phone, so I left another voicemail on the business phone.) When I told him that there were other employees there when the bike got picked up to verify he said Monday, Pat said, well, they dont speak English. He then proceeded to belittle me, assuring me he doesnt need my business (Ive got plenty of business, I dont need yours.) and his shop isnt in the business of doing work like that. Even though they were open until 6pm, I had to wait there until 6:20pm for his employees to show up to give me the bike back. This was the same employee that told me the bike would be ready on Monday. When I simply asked him, You said it would be ready today. His response was, I dont want to fight. He then rolled the bike out out of the shop and put it at the end of the trailer. He turned to the people in the shop and said, Nope, Im leaving it right here. She can figure it out. They hadnt even done a single thing to the bike the entire time they had it (simple oil change and tires was all it needed). Thank God a friend came to help me load my late husbands motorcycle so I didnt drop it. This all could have been avoided if someone would have called me to tell me it wasnt going to be ready. I could have adjusted my schedule OR they could have just not taken the job from the beginning. My advice, unless youre dropping a dime, he doesnt want your business. And if hes wrong, he will verbally abuse you to make himself feel good. Its a small world, until we meet again.
Solid business ran by quality folk. If you’re looking for an honest, no bs shop, you’ve found it.
The Green Devil crew did an excellent job on the 20,000 mile service on my 2005 Softail - bike rides like new! Fast, very thorough and professional service and superior customer service. Check them out - you wont be sorry!!
Tuned up the engine, redid all the pulleys, and put in a new gas tank on my C10 build. Truck has been running like a top ever since. Professional and easy to work with.
What can I say, this place ROCKS! Pat is one of the good ones, Green Devil Garage is the best shop that I have ever worked with. Not only did they fix up my bike on time but the detail and costumer service that went into explaining the problems that my bike was having was without a doubt above and beyond. Pat throughly explained the issues he fixed onsite and a few weeks later he walked me through re-jetting my carb over the phone. His knowledge about custom bikes has me sold and personally I will be trusting him with my bike from now on.
Never been there but I need my tire changed
Very professional and knowledgable. Wont be dissapointed!
Had some problems with my harley. Southside harley tried to make me pay for brand new parts totaling over $3k. After trying every Avenue with them from trying to use my warranty, to almost selling my bike to harley for a fraction of its worth. I finally heard from a friend to go to green devil. I called harley to get my bike ready for pick up, they charged me 200 bucks to basically tell me there was nothing they could do. I took my bike along with all of my parts (in boxes) courtesy of southside harley...and I drove it in a back of a truck over to green devil. Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted with excellent customer service and the assurance I would get my bike fixed. A day later I was told that those parts I had were perfectly fine, other than a few small things. Long story short my bike was up and running in 1 day...and I only spent $700 for parts and labor. The team at green devil are true professionals in their craft and they treat you like individuals.I recommend any and everyone to go see them if you are having motorcycle issues, they will take care of you!
Quick and thorough. Will definitely be back!
A company vehicle (most likely the owner) decided to brake check me multiple times on a windy back road. I can’t speak for the quality of work, but the quality of person is not there.
Great shop, Alex is always very helpful and knowledgeable
