I hate that this store is so convenient to my house. If you have ever seen the Seinfeld episode of the soup nzi then you will know how your experience will be when you go in to ship a package. I cringe on how they treat each customer. How does this place stay open.I found out you can go online to UPS and weigh your package, measure your box input the info and then pay for it online then print off the shipping label, then you take your package to Taylors on 30th street and drop off. BOOM...so easy and convenient and you are treated better.
Such a great store. All of the workers are super polite and helpful. They work hard, and were especially efficient during covid. I am thankful for everything they do!!

Being forced to wait outside while holding a arm full of boxes until people leave the store, STILL requiring masks and TELLING customers to spread out is a bit much now that we are 2 weeks post new guidelines. Pretty poor customer service. Pretty rude employee working today.
I will continue to drive to this location and pass the other two on the way from my house. The young man with the dreads deserves a compliment. He went above and beyond to fulfill my request. Being a hospitality manager this goes unnoticed way too often. We need all the kindness we can get today!! Thank you so much Birdneck staff!

I have only great things to say about this UPS store. The lady who seems to be the manager is very professional and kind. Everytime I visit this place she greets me with a smile and she is always willing to help with my needs. Im surprised on how many negative ratings this place has....I have been a regular customer here for the past 8 month and never had a single issue. I feel like the staffs here definitely needs more recognition on what they do, especially with the COVID19 situation going on. They have always kept strict standards since the beginning of the pandemic (even during the time when most people were not wearing a mask!!!). Other UPS stores should definitely learn what customer service is from this place.
Rudest store ever. Someone get the manager out of there. She literally hung up on me on the phone. And she never acknowledges people when they walk in the actual store.

They charged me $3.50 to tape up my box and didn’t notify me prior. Customer service is about setting the expectation in the beginning. First time that has ever happened to me at a UPS store.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the store is packed with customers and the staff always maintains their composure under pressure. I appreciate them !!
Review of Phone Call - Called to receive information on mailing. Mid-question the representative said wait - and quickly put me on hold. I hung up after 20 minutes of waiting. Called back and phone line was turned off.

I love this store and staff with my whole heart. What a great addition to our neighborhood.They bring the sass and class. Hugs when needed too. These ladies have really been friends to me during a dark and tough time in my life. Plus they do an all around great job as their business offers.They are the ultimate multi-taskers and just 100% all around great ladies.
In short they suck and they are rude; they didnt even acknowledge me when I came in with the package, all they were doing is looking for their phone, which somehow made their business cease. The Postman was much more help and told me of another UPS store with really qualified staff and a more professional attitude. These folks were totally unprofessional, they dont even deserve one star.
Would give zero stars if I could. My first time in there yesterday (6/7/19) and EXTREMELY rude manager, Michelle Hill (glasses/wig), and uninformed clerk at the desk (Destiny Henry) whose idea of multi-tasking is skipping you in line to help the next person b/c she doesnt know the answer to your question.So disappointed with my service, I got the info of the manager over the stores email (Jackie) and UPS Corporate office info and sent a complaint.I am a business owner and i find that people tend to forget that w/o customers, they/their business would no longer exist. It sure would be a much better world if people who dont want to work in the customer service industry and are just rude, would not do so.I read the other complaints prior to posting my review and hopefully, if their customer service doesnt improve then perhaps if enough people stop giving them business, it will close down and get re-opened by someone who appreciates and knows how to treat customers.
Went in yesterday August 9th Michael helped me.. I give him a five stars, he was polite made eye contact was very thorough, perfect, however there was a older dark skin lady with a wig who was yelling at the other employees I think she was training them very unprofessional to speak to your employees like that in front of customers she should not be training staff

Went in to get something notarized-I have never gotten something notarized before and apparently filled out the form wrong. Instead of nicely telling me, the lady was incredibly rude and talked to me like I was stupid when I asked what I did wrong. Will find somewhere else to get anything shipped and notarized.
I dropped off a package for a shipment to Amazon. My firm is a new supplier of products to Amazon. I was told by the man processing my order that he was experienced working with Amazon suppliers. He was not and incorrectly labeled the item with a UPS tracking number generated from the store system. The package already had an Amazon created UPS tracking number attached to the package and did not require a store generated tracking number. This error has caused myself and Amazon a lot of time and money. I contacted The UPS Store headquarters to make them aware of the situation and they assured me the owner of this franchise would contact us. We never received any communication or follow up from the owner. Mistakes happen but at least have the decency to own up to them.
Friendly local UPS store with a notary on staff. I drop off and ship packages here all the time.
Sign says store opens at 8:30, but (young man) employee pulled up in his car at 8:42. After flicking his cigarette butt in front of the neighboring CPA’s office, he went inside. When I went in a couple minutes later, he made me wait a few minutes while he did God-knows-what in the back room. He had walked right past me waiting in my car and must’ve known I would be in soon. Note to owner: two customers left while I was waiting for an employee to show. This customer will drive out of her way to use another provider in the future.
Worst customer service. We came in for notary, a guy named Joe helped us and he was rushing us out of the store. Its not even busy we were the only one there! Very rude! no customer service at all!

It’s a Monday, this store is supposed to be open at 8:30am... 8:45am and I’m still waiting for it to open. So much for me running errands prior to being on time for work.
Not sure how you can get so many bad reviews for so long and keep the person who keeps making you get them. Rude everytime my wife and I go in. We changed stores and drive the extra few miles not to deal with her! I don’t even have to say who it is due to all the other reviews! Your letting your employee drive your business to the ground with her nasty attitude for no reason!
Make sure you put DO NOT STACK on your FRAGILE items.Putting fragile on your items means UPS will still stack hundred of pounds of items on your Fragile items.This created a huge headache for me for a little over 3 months as I could not figure out why my Fragile items were delivered damaged. Luckily, the company receiving my packages took ownership for the items when I shipped them and they reimbursed me the cost of the broken inventory.If you do not have the same system set up make sure you protect your packages with UPS as Fragile does not deem your item to be protected from stacking hundred of pounds of boxes on top of your fragile items.The help at UPS is great. The girls who work there are wonderful and always willing to help. However, the policy UPS enforces that has nothing to do with this individual store or its employees is very risky for businesses shipping inventory.
2nd time going there, Same rude employee. I walked in by myself in the afternoon, and an older lady with glasses and I think a wig gave me the meanest attitude. She handed me my reciept and said Youre done, youre reciept! And I simply asked if I needed to stick anything on the box, because it wasnt labeled yet. She rudely repeated herself as if I was slow or def and did not hear her. She aggressively grabbed my box and slapped a label on it. I TOLD her Thank you have a nice day. First time there a few months back there was a 3 person line and she was frantic and rude, but seeming to be purposly slow, but not as rude as she was yesterday when it was just me and her. I will drive further to another location. I understand some people have a bad day, but this lady should not be dealing with customers at all and should see somone about her anger issues.
USED to be a nice neighborhood/family/business, uplifting place. In every regard. Circling the drain now. Its pretty awful to see and painful to watch.The very definition of dysfunction.These ladies had my heart and carelessly tossed it aside for what I am not sure. They dont even seem to notice whats happening. Maybe they just do not know what to do.Angela, you have morally degraded me for the last time. I dont have to take your abuse any longer. You are a bully pure and simple. You just are just wrong on every level and you need to check yourself. Dumping all over customers consistently and every coworker, your owner, everyone under the sun. You are vicious.Possibly the absentee owner has some answers, she sure owes the loyal neighbors and customers quite a few explanations and her employess too...for starters. Whatever it is, it will be way too little too late anyway. Unfortunately, at this point, everybody is in way over their head and things have been ignored for far too long. Probably past the point of no return.This is a rapidly sinking ship. My mail is chronically tampered with, Im blamed, Angela is h e l l on wheels and taking liberties of knowing me in ways she does not. Her basic way of speaking to me is just completely unacceptable. The only thing I can assume is that because Ive formed a naturally occurring closeness that comes from time with Kim and Michelle, Angela clumsily came along and assumed she also could participate in that role, but in a completely nasty and abusive manner. Well that was a wrong conclusion on her part.Her behavior and just general attitude is consistently shocking, inappropriate, disappointing, and I cant believe what this place has become. Basically a haven for sloppiness, errors, bullying, intolerance and outright reaching into my pocket for nothing offered.Its all such a loss. Im really heartbroken over all of it.Goodbye to my friends Michelle and Kim. Thank you for being my loyal and true friends and neighbors for these last YEARS, getting me through a suicide attempt among many other ups and downs of life. I miss you guys so much it hurts. I wish you both well in whatever your futures hold, even if it is with this store. Well, especially if it is with this store. My prayers of hope go to you with all sincerity.BUT...I have several pieces of current examples of mail tampering. Because what has been going on, that Ive been PAYING for is wrong.Thanks for the SCRIBBLE on my certified return receipt and other concerning troubles for starters and also mention that I was refused to close this box where all of this concerning trouble has been going on.You blocking me from closing my box? I cannot stop it? I dont think so. Not only is this morally wrong, mail tampering is a federal offense. You guys KNOW that.I did address all of these issues with Jackie on my only encounter with her at the store on 11/20/2017. She refused to even look at the envelope I was discussing while I was talking about it and trying to show how somebody illegally signed my return receipt. Suffice to say, that complaint isnt ever going anywhere. I mean if she will let her store deteriorate to this sad state, I cant fool myself into thinking me, as one customer matters in any regard. I get it.Nothing seems to phase you guys these days. My mail isnt even secure, and thats just the last straw. I cant support this business any longer. In any fashion or stay silent about these glaring issue either.I am moving on with anything else non USPS related. I found a much more convenient neighborhood business center and a lot pay LESS on all of the general business services that I normally perform. Minus the atrocious Angela attitude AND save on gas. Thats worth a lot right there. Priceless really (sans attitude). Plus I have informed delivery now and see what is really happening with my mail.Hey they can actually keep their equipment running and be professional at the new mail center! What an incredible business model!
They have no clue what they are doing. We were here for over a hour and we still didn’t get our things sent out, the one girl that “helped” us caused more stress then anything she kept putting our address wrong that we sending it to and it was written down!! How do you mess that up? Then she type in something wrong and said it would be $50 to send something that we under pound. I asked her to recheck because I’ve never encountered that price before and then she admitted she typed it in wrong and it was only $10 and some change instead, That’s a HUGE difference. This wasn’t our first time coming here either the first time I was trying to get something copied and the same girl couldn’t get my note copied it took her 25 mins to try to copy it before her co worker came over and did it in less then 5 seconds. I thought I would give them a second chance but no just avoid this place I rather drive further to a place that knows what they are doing then save gas to come here. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Should have read the previous ratings from others before I even attempted to call this location. Rude and unwilling to discuss doing business with a national online business.
Words cannot explain the lack of professionalism that this store location has.
Used to like this place until I had something I needed to pick up. Their hours say 830am. It was 915 and they were still closed. Hard to plan accordingly when they post incorrect hours on their door.
Posted business hours for Saturday 9am -3pm. Out front at 9:16...locked up tight. Three customers have come and gone. Poor customer service.
Store used to be horrible but they really turned it around!

Patronizing and rude woman working here, talking down to her coworker who was just trying to do her job. That same woman told me it was my fault I put two packages on her scale and she didn’t see when I ask if she scanned both. Use ups for work and have to go in daily, so I’ve been to most locations in Hampton roads. This one was the worst.
