We werent exactly sure what we were looking for when we went in but after spending time with Perry he helped us find a great set for our patio. He was very knowledgeable. I appreciate that we didnt feel pressured and he was very patient with all my questions.

RUDE!! the lady behind the counter was not coming to us, I went to her and told her we were interested in a Lloyd Flanders wicker set. Her comment was thats very expensive at which point I told her I knew that as we were here before. Then I asked to see some fabric switches and was told to go home and look them up on my computer!!! Are you kidding me? We drove 60 miles to place an order!! I asked her for a quote and when she gave it to me it was missing what our request was. We left, saying we would contact the first lady we talked with, we sent an email, called the store and then she called us. When we got the quote, we had questions and never got another call or email. I GUESS BUSINESS IS SO GOOD, YOU CAN THROW AWAY A $9,000 SALE! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Walked in today (14 Aug) looking for some outdoor furniture for the new pool we just installed. We had been working in the yard and looking the part… apparently not worthy of conversation. There were no other customers in the store, but the staff did not greet or speak with us, nor did they acknowledge us when we left the store. We’ll spend our money with businesses who engage their customers… I suggest you do the same!!!

Kettler furniture is top of the line and lasts! They have a great selection in a variety of styles, sizes, brands etc. Great customer service and a knowledgeable staff that listened to wants and needs. Highly recommend if your looking to spruce up your outdoor space with furniture that is functional, beautiful, and you wont have to replace for years to come. Worth the investment!

Great store with a huge selection on patio furniture! Jack the manager really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and find the right furniture for our needs. Low pressure environment, very relaxing.

Very nice stuff, but if you dont have a grand to spend on outdoor stuff, dont bother they are very expensive. Though I must say if u want quality, this furniture will last you a very long time, very good quality

The Virginia Beach Kettler store personnel are the most efficient and kind people. They reflect well on a fantastic company that clearly puts customer service as a priority.The ladies will do everything in their power to help you .....even if it involves a warehouse sale item purchased two years prior.I have a good story... but the gist of it is... Kettler is a top-notch company and has amazing employees, products, and customer service.

I couldnt,t have received better service when I purchased my lawn furniture consisting of a table,four high back reclining durable plastic chairs and cushions.The best made furniture anyone could ever find, is here at Kettlers.

Today I drove my Mom 40 miles one way to Virginia Beach to pick up an Umbrella she had ordered from Kettler. It was a special order to match her patio set, and for some reason didnt ship to her home. Instead of driving to the Showroom, we inadvertently arrived at the Warehouse off London Bridge Road. There we were met by a nice gentleman who informed us that we were in the wrong place, and the correct location was Kettler Showroom 10 minutes away. The only caviat, was that the Showroom was closed on Mondays. Surprisingly, he asked us to wait while he made a few calls on our behalf. Within minutes, he had contacted Kettler Showrooms Store Manager, and arranged for him to meet us to pick up the Umbrella so that we didnt go home empty-handed. Did i mention that it was the Store Managers day off?So we drove to the Showroom, and were met by the Store Manager. He was incredibly kind, extremely helpful, and even opened the box to make sure that we received the right order.In closing, not only does Kettler provide well-made products, but they have obviously put a priority on Customer Service. These two gentleman went the extra mile and did so with a kind heart and a smile on their faces. My mom has traveled this distance many times and has been a loyal customer for many years. Now I know why! When you get this kind of service, distance is insignificant... great service always stand out. Bravo Kettler! Deb 12-07-2015

Not very helpful do not have what I was looking for three stars only because they didapologize. The inventory is over priced and overrated.
