Chad came on time Monday; he was friendly, professional and quickly found the leak in my hot tub (a cracked rubber gasket on the heater). He answered all my questions and recommended we leave the ticket “open” and monitor my hot tub water levels and let East Coast Leisure know at the end of the week if there was any problems. The water levels did not drop during the eeek with regular use so called today to let them know that I was very happy with the service and that we could close the ticket. I would highly recommend East Coast Leisure (and Chad) for their service !

Technician, Chad, was on time, courteous and replaced the entire control box on our swim spa in a timely manner. He also timed his visit at the perfect time on a windy & rainy day during the allotted time spot given the week before. We have been pleased with East Coast’s service throughout our 10 plus years of working with them. Only improvement would have been if to include a discount…earned by being a or a long standing customer (&/or a senior discount) We would definitely recommend East Coast Leisure for their products and service

We love the product, but it did not come when it was supposed to. I can’t blame them for this as we have had a pandemic, ice storms where they are manufactured in Texas, etc., I would have appreciated more communication throughout the process as I am a planner, but once it arrived, scheduling installation was easy and delivery was fantastic. The team that set us up was professional, knowledgeable and patient. We love having this and don’t regret the purchase at all!

After calling about a leak and bulb replacement on our spa, the response was fast, the techs were on time, worked efficiently and made the appropriate repairs. There are so many times with other companies and contractors where things are not done well, communication is poor and getting work done is super frustrating. East Coast has been caring for our beautiful pool prior to us purchasing our house. I called them the week of our move and we were able to very easily transition service and they were able to come out within just a few days. Jon walked around the pool and taught me how to care for it in between their treatments.

Pretty bad unfortunately. I spent $4,500 with East Coast Leisure to get a new pump and liner. The pump went bad within the first month. It started making such high-pitched noise that neighbors started complaining. I called East Coast Leisure and asked someone to come out and fix the issue. Its basically still a brand new pump but the response was so nonchalant. They said they would come out in 4 days. I asked to come out sooner because it is summer. I have to keep the pool running and I am pretty sure the pump is on the verge of breaking. They just said: No. They really do not care.

Quick and thorough. Removed and Packed away the cover and balanced the pool. Got the pump running and made sure that everything was in working order. Technicians were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommended

East Coast Leisure service has serviced my Jacuzzi spa on multiple occasions. The tech is always friendly, on-time, professional and is clearly a subject matter expert. Best family decision ever, thanks to East Coast Leisure. We should have purchased a fiberglass pools years ago. We decided to pull the trigger once we found out our youngest needed a spinal fusion. The pool was used as a form of therapy to help her through the recovery. By the end of summer she was back better than ever. My preferred way to unwind after long day is to relax in the tub. However, my two teenagers share the only bathroom with a bathtub and even after a deep clean, candles, and aromatherapy, it is still not a relaxing experience. I began thinking hard about purchasing a hot tub. I first started researching the inexpensive inflatable hot tubs like maybe you have. I was pretty convinced that was the way to go. Then the weekend after Valentines Day, my hubby and I took a trip to East Coast Leisure to see our options but had no intention on purchasing. Well within an hour, we put a deposit on a Jacuzzi hot tub that was a perfect fit with features and price. We were told we had to wait until May for delivery and though disappointed, it was the right amount of time for us to get prepared. So here is what you need to know.1. Great hot tubs, great price, excellent team. Christian is a great guy. We had fun purchasing from him.2. We got steps and the hot tub cover with the metal arm- I don’t know what it is called but I can open and closed my tub with one arm. It is a game changer.3. We were told everything we needed to have ready from electrical setup to getting the base ready. Pay attention to this and do what they say. They know their stuff.4. Delivery was about two weeks early and though I wasn’t here, my husband loved the guys who delivered it and he said we was surprised at house fast setup was. They talked him through everything, setup the cover, and gave the hot tub an initial treatment for immediate use.5. Three days later we brought a water sample to East Coast Leisure for testing and were given clear and specific directions on how to get our hot tub where we needed it. We already had all the chemicals need from our delivery so no additional purchase was necessary. However we did purchase an oil absorbing sponge and a little cleaning block for under $13 just to have on hand.The first time in our hot tub, I looked at my beautiful family as we sat together in it and told them that this was the best day of my life.I have used my new hot tub almost every day and I never smell chemicals or feel like it is “work” to get in it or close it up after use. Every one there is so helpful and nice. I am so glad to have done business with them and look forward to continuing.

I have purchased two Jacuzzi hot tubs from East Coast Leisure since 2006. I had no issues with either one of them. I only purchased a second because I lost the first one during negotiations on the sale of our previous home. Today, I had a service appointment because I thought there was a leak with my tub Was provided an approximate estimate in advance. They arrived on time. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very patient. By that I mean, when he took the sides off the hot tub, it was obvious a “critter” made a temporary residence in the hollow space. Tech allowed me ample time to get my shop vac and clean up the evidence. He even performed an extra task at no charge. I would highly recommend East Coast Leisure.

This company installed a $80k project at my house and it has been a nightmare trying to get them to finish the job. They blame their subcontractors for shoddy work although they choose these subs.Ive tried to set up a service tech visit the past 2 weeks and the office continues to say they will call me back with options, they have not called back with options.They might be responsive for new business but taking care of previous customers doesnt appear to be a part of their culture. Id look elsewhere for install and service.When I reached out to the salesman/owners son and said that their lack of responsiveness is forcing me to go on social, google, and BBB to protect other consumers, his only response was Dont threaten me and he hung up when I tried to call him directly to discuss it.Not the service you would expect for spending so much money. Find another company.

I live in Pennsylvania, I just so happened to need some items and this was the only pool spot that has them. After calling the Virginia beach store, I came into contact with Renee White, who btw is very friendly and has a calm demeanor. We emailed back and forth and within a short amount of time I was able to get everything I needed. Easy transaction.

I highly recommend East Coast Leisure to everyone. Casey and his team were great from beginning to end. We had a tree fall in our pool during the tropical storm and the liner was completely ruined along with part of the surrounding concrete. Casey was able to come give an estimate the day after I called. The new liner arrived promptly and installation went so smooth and the concrete looks great as well. Casey made sure to check in or stop by to make sure everything was going as planned. We love the look of our new pool!

Very helpful staff, my summer waves pool pump went out unexpectedly and they had a great pool pump in stock which was just a little more than a replacement pump and the pump they had is awesome.

Mr. Tapp and his partner went out of their way to help me move my hot tub and even took away my old cover and fastened my tie down straps...great guys..keep them around!

They were great to work with this summer. We ordered a complete pool kit. It arrived 2 weeks early! While we used our own installer, their guidance with maintenance and set up has been invaluable. They are extremely service oriented and very prompt in response! I would (and have already) recommend them hands down for any above ground pool purchase.

I gave East Coast leisure a 5 star because I can say they can and did what they said they where gonna do. They put a drainage pump and a new liner. They cleaned all there mess and off they went. Great service, very professional! Installed our pool cover on a cold drizzling day and never once complained! Confirmed our sand filter was spitting sand back into pool which another company (I won’t name) said they fixed and told us that was not from the filter. Highly recommend this company & will use them for all our pool needs going forward!

Pool liner installation was fine however, we discovered lots of rough spots under the lining after the job was done. Someone came out to try to correct them but there are still places where we can feel sharp rocks under the lining. Not the smooth finish that we expected for the amount of money we spent.

I was quickly able to get my hot tub serviced and even though a part was on back order they were able to provide a temporary fix untilPart finally came in. Very satisfied with my service experience. I’m a long time customer.

Bought an above ground pool last year. First pool I’ve owned. The buying process was super awesome. Chris was that guy, he didn’t miss a beat. Great follow up and everything. Just opened the pool, for my first time, about a month ago. My only regret about pool is the service or support once reopening hasn’t been all there.

Needed service on Jacuzzi hot tub under warranty. While it took 2 calls to get a service appt likely due to covid backlog, the service tech was great. He found and took care of it promptly and took the time to answer questions I had and was very knowledgeable.
