Probably one of the worst experiences I have had. Purchased 28 firearms for a sig sauer commemorative purchase for our unit in Afghanistan. Had no idea on updates. Staff completely clueless. In other to get nformation i had to contact sig sauer directly. Will never deal with this place again

The disconnect between their retail and other services causes nothing but problems. Management doesnt verify information causing delays and frustration between customers and employees. Would not recommend using them for any reason.

Ordered an item that was listed in stock on their site. Funds were immediately deducted, but I received no shipping or tracking. Attempted to reach out to the business multiple times, but my emails were ignored.Finally had to dispute the charge with PayPal. I even said if they provided tracking, I would keep my order. They were more than willing to refund my money same day.I wouldnt spend my money on a company that takes your payment and doesnt communicate or send the product.

Cool store with great gear. The staff Ive delt with, Chrystal and Ralph, are knowledgeable in reference to their products. The customer service is outstanding. From the floor crew to the office personnel walking through the showroom everyone speaks and asks if theres anything you need. I live on the peninsula so its a trek (tunnel traffic) every visit but well worth it.

Excellent products and no bs customer service... I only wish they had a west cost store. The people working here are prior service and know what you need, sometimes better than you know. I was in a pinch and crystal was super helpful and friendly but most of all provided great insight and information to make the best possible purchase. Does not sell items to civilians, even when pursuant to local, state and federal regulations. Dont bother going if you arent police / military, check out Double Tab down the street.

Hands down the best customer service in the biz. There is nothing they cant make happen and their Prices are always lower than anyone else around. Staff is knowledgable and they make you feel like family. If you want it they can get it & no order too large or small. Dont shop anywhere else - period.

Bought a pair of boots lasted 2 months, says it my problem, great way to run a business, ripoff first time buyer last time buyer. Sad when you lose a coustomer over what they could have fixed. Like I was told on the phone unfortunately nothing we can do, sad excuse unfortunately I wont be back and will never recommend this store. Thats like buying a car and after two months later you cant buy parts.

They didnt have a large selection of boots. There was plenty of accessories and clothing. Helpful staff, easy parking, clean store.
