Easy to find....parking was very adequate and moved very freely compared to other Home Depot locations. Ordered custom mixed paint and the paint department was prompt and polite. Great selection of plants and trees and flowers. Clean store, maybe lot as large as others but will stocked. Cashiers moved pretty efficiently it seemed but I used the self checkout. Very quick.

It was a great visit. I got the shower doors 🚪 for my bathroom. I did not have to wait to get help... Great customer services.

The Home Depot has a beautiful plant selection, especially house plants. I shopped for a dinning room light fixture, good selection; light bulbs, horrible selection for decorative bulbs; area rugs, okay selection, yet none in my color palette; and flooring, good display selection, but zero sample pieces of high quality flooring. I understand this is a warehouse type store, but everything was covered in a lot of dust. Like months and months of dust. I did encounter one associate who was less than helpful, but one bad egg doesnt spoil the bunch!

Hard to get hell locating items. Most employess dont know their own store.

Wish I could give it a better rating. Whet back to replace brass coupler and found the same dirt and dust from 2 years ago when I bought it last. House keeping needs to be a lot better.

Home Depot is a wonderful place to shop however I give it a low point only because the employees dont know the store you have to walk around to find an employee and when you see them at a distance they seem to shrug or hide come on home Depot teach your employees about the different departments so they can direct instead of send me to six different departments and I have a bad leg and I have to walk because somebody gave me wrong directions of where I could find a product other than that your store is clean

I used to always tell people to go to home depot but lately all I hear are complaints. My pregnant wife went in today and could not get help after asking 5 different employees. Customer service has really gone down. Definitely wont recommend them anymore.

Went for some patio furniture for the ladies room at my work. The customer service was nice and I really appreciated how the there was actual merchandise I can buy that matched the furniture that was out for display. I know that seems like a silly thing to give kudos for, but I also went to Lowes and they had multiple furniture sets out on display that were not available to purchase in store. In fact I tracked down an employee and with her help we Still could Not order the displayed furniture online!!!🤷🏽‍♂️

Tammy in flooring went above and beyond to help us with all of our flooring needs. We really appreciate her outstanding customer service.

Took 30 minutes to return a rental tool. I called 2X for assistance and in 30 minutes no one ever responded. The poor guy in tool rental was drowning back there while 10 people are waiting to return tools.

The store was okay. The employees are doin the same thing profiling as other stores do. They like to watch and stare.

Just got keys made, wanted some of the cute designs but they werent the right size for my key. Other than that everything was fine

The employees are always really nice. They will go out of their way to help. I REALLY love the new pick-up lockers they have. If you order online (and your item fits) youll receive a code to enter. The locker with your item will open & you take it without even needing to go inside. Awesome.

Had a bad experience before but the management did what they can to make it right I will give them the benefit of the doubt as I know how tough times are right now with this pandemic, etas, workers, etc glad they were able to turn around my experience thank you management at Home Depot.

Staffing could be better.Been waiting over 15 minutes for someone to cut my rail.I even called the store while standing here, waiting, the lumber associate is at lunch, trying to find someone elseSERIOUSLY? I have no issue with the guy taking lunch. My issue is the management, under staffing and using c19 as the excuse for it! Should have gone to Lowes. Oh wait, I can. I will.

Most employees are antisocial especially in the garden department. They seem to lack training on how to interact with customers. There is one or two maybe that have good PR skills.

Pro desk is great, store employees are good, but Customer service employees arent the most helpful.

I think it used to be a very good place to get almost anything that I could need for my home. Unfortunately the place was just very empty due to the people that it’s not working due to the Pandemic situation

Lots of parts. Unfortunately only few staff members actually know much about inventory and products in general. But some of the older staff are very helpful.Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank dreamed up The Home Depot from a coffee shop in Los Angeles in 1978. Went in to find supplies I needed for a home repair. Store was disorganized. Employee was annoyed when I asked for assistance and was not helpful. I finally found a piece of lumber that I needed cut and they couldnt do it because BOTH of their machines were down! Waste of time. Went to Lowes and found everything I needed fast.

They helped me find the things I needed. Their help with the paint was excellent.

Went to Home Depot in need of a screwdriver. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a very helpful lady named Candace. After receiving a warm welcome, Candace made my experience so much easier by letting me know which aisle I could find my item in. The rest of the staff were so helpful and knowledgable I couldn’t help but buy a screwdriver AND a the perfect shade of paint for my new apartment!!So happy!! Will be coming back!

Asked for help 6 times. Kept getting told the person who could place order for 3 sets of closet doors was busy with other people. Other people who asked for help after me were being helped before us. One young lady apologized twice to us. She was trying to get someone over to help us. We gave up and left.I like Home Depot. But short handed or bad service this time..Will check around for closet doors.

Mainly come here just to get my 5-gallon bottled water and maybe an item or two. Could use friendlier customer service though.

Slowest employees I’ve ever seen at any retail establishment. Waited around for 20 minutes for someone to help cut some carpet. If you want to go to a Home Depot go to Tulare. They are much nicer and seem to actually care about the job.

Found the light switches that I needed, but I was looking for person in electrical dept t o explain difference between single box and 10 component box. Home Depot need more people on the floor to help people, I looked down 3 or 4 isles in electrical department and no Home Depot personnel.

Great shopping experience

Went to buy a paint sprayer that I saw they had on their website. It was advertised at let price online than it was in the store. Store manager would not price match to the websites advertised price. So I went to Lowes, they matched Home Depots price and I was able to finish my project. Ill start using Lowes instead of Home Depot for most of projects now.
