I’m posting another review because I have yet to get the missing part to my refrigerator! I purchased this fridge last September we’re almost coming up on a year.. they’ll call me 3 times on a Saturday to give me a “friendly” reminder that my payment is due Saturday (like I don’t know) they call me at 9am and through out the whole day. I believe I have till before they close to make my payment??? I work night shifts so I hate when they call me early but when I answer and ask about my missing part they’ll make 101 excuses to why I haven’t got it. This last excuse was due to covid they aren’t receiving anything and that includes new furniture too. They said it could take up to a year! If that’s true why do I get calls asking if I want to start a plan on something new??? I will not be purchasing anything else from this place after I pay off this fridge! I wanted to pay off this fridge early but I’m afraid if I do they’ll never give me my part to my fridge!!! Don’t go here .. try another place. Waste of time and money.

Well this place many years ago was a very good place to rent from the store manager was good at getting fixed and sending you something else until it got fixed, but he is longer there. Now the new store manager Rudy is always a great guy to talk too and do business with but I cannot speak about his other staff. I do agree with the other guy that commented about Adilene she is very rude and disrespectful and I hated dealing with. Now I’ve bought many things from this place my husband and I and we loved buying fromHere but towards the end I don’t know what happened. After I bought a bedroom set not one but two they did not Set up for you like they said they would and it was not the easiest thing too set up. Then I got table and chairs I thought it was gonna be new, by the time I got it I had scratches and dings I made one payment after the I was done returned it. I will never buy from this place again. I hate to say it but when they cannot do what they like order new parts or anything like that they literally become deaf 🧏‍♂️ like they don’t even hear 👂 you. That’s why this pace is a Big NO for me.

I will never rent to own from this place again! What a joke! I fully paid off a couch here and thought a refrigerator would be a great idea but I was wrong! Let’s start off by saying they told me it would be $80 down but when I checked my account they took $280 I had to bring it up to them and even then it was no big deal. I don’t like how they charged my account for more than they had confirmed with me. When they delivered this fridge the delivery guy had told me a previous family had it in their possession for only “15 minutes” prior but returned it because bottom freezer wouldn’t close. Supposedly they fixed the issue but within a couple weeks I had the same issue and it took them forever to send someone to fix it just for my husband to have to fix the bolt twice after that incident! I’m paying for a hunk of junk! It’s missing pieces! I got this fridge back in September and yet to receive the missing parts due to “covid” but yet they can harass me for a missing payment? I’m sick at home with covid and they’ve showed up twice after the fact I told them they would get payment Friday (my payday) I am sick and quarantining. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & DONT RENT TO OWN FROM HERE.

Stay away from this location the staff are terrible!! Adeleine has an attitude that needs to be checked every single time I call she has a freaking attitude I hate dealing with her the manager on the other hand is always nice and helpful but is very hard to get a hold of I call asked to speak with the manager and I get the runaround from Adaline she’s continuously told me the manager would not contact me back she’s just all in all rude I will never ever do business with this Rent-A-Center location again because of her if I could change store locations I would. unfortunately I’m stuck until this is paid off.

They have great employees. They treat you well very friendly. This place has changed over the years. Really like RAC Ben Maddox great place for me who and they work with you,thats what i love TY RAC

The ready so you stuff give you stuff and I understand a job is a job theyve had their chance to come pick up an item they dont want to thats their problem they need to stop calling me and harassing me

Customer Service is outstanding. Just missing that beautiful young man that was working there not to long ago. He was very helpful and polite and knowledgeable, hard worker that young man.

I had a washer dryer refig delivered the washer was used and has not worked right since day one does not spin water out it fills and kinda drains leaving you wringing the clothes out by hand called about 4 days into having it after trying different cycles to see if any of them worked there sending a loaner and repair guy tomorrow they wouldnt remove one weeks rent smh the damn thing didnt work and having to run the dryer twice to get the sopping wet clothes dry bad business... at there terms id like to offer my extra phones for rent they all turn on but have no other attributes of a smart phone 20 bucks a week and takers?

Last yr our refrigerator started acting up so we needed something asap. I explained what I wanted. They checked around real quick and found the refrigerator I requested. We had our new fridge in a couple days. No problems at all. We just got a sectional in December and again havent had any issues. EVERY associate Ive come in contact with at this store. The salesmen to the delivery team have been knowledgable & friendly. For those of you complaining that the salesman were playing Xbox...youve obviously never worked at a furniture store on a slow day. Get over yourself.

Terrible customer service. My wife rented some furniture because we had family coming on from about of state for Thanksgiving. We paid for the furniture that was supposed to be delivered and set up. After waiting all day we called. They said their driver called in sick so they couldn’t deliver. Would have been nice to get a phone call.

Never again will I rent from this place.Family flying in from across the country needed the furniture for spare bedroomWent in on Saturday did paperwork,wasPromised delivery between 2-6 on following Tuesday... so of course I arranged my schedule to be available..I get a call at 3:30 delivery guy out sick so they can’t deliver until Friday after the holiday....mind you there’s more staff that work there I get a weak apology from the manager .Luckily my brother In law was available with a trailer and was able To go pick up furniture before they closed for the holiday . Another thing I noticed was while I was at the store someone was in another office door open on speaker phone making collection calls ... unprofessionalWon’t be back

The employees have become the quality of their products complete crap. Their customer service is a joke. My husband and I got what was supposed to be brand new couches from them and in less than a month they were broke down really bad. We sent them off to get fixed but received them back in the same state we needed them fixed for and could never get them to send them back off to actually get them repaired. For over 6 months we fought with them and the bad part is we kept getting lied to. They said they put us down in the book for them to picked up to be repaired but they never showed up or even called to let us know they werent coming. But we still paid for the couches the whole time. But that was our fault for believing theyd be true to their word. But never again. Dont bother with them theyre a waste of your time and money!!!!

All the employees at rent a center are respectful and friendly. They get me what I want when I want it.

I just finished pay my washer and dryer off and now i just leased couchesthey are beatiful and im getting a great deal on them for being a great coustomer.....

Worst service ever and they call there customer liars when you have made your payments and take the equipment away from your home. If I was anyone I would never use rent a center. A employee lied too me telling me they will make note on my account and from there I have had nothing but trouble after I have invested over half of what they charged for the equipment
