I recently had my oil changed and they noticed that my vacuum line was cracked. I called Kenneth at Lampe Chrysler Dodge Jeep and he was able to help install the needed part quickly and easily with the help of one of their technicians right in the parking lot. This saved me some money and was greatly appreciate. I am so glad that I purchased my vehicle at Lampe Chrysler Dodge Jeep and when I am ready for a new one, I will definitely be visiting them. The service department did an amazing job regarding our Chrysler Pacifica. David Sandoval communicated through the whole process from when we first took our van in and stayed in touch to let us know what was going on with parts and the installation. Being in the construction trade I know materials are scarce and having long lead times. I know the Auto business is having the same issues, with that said communication is key and they hit a home run on this one great job Lampe and especially David!

420.00 Dollars for a battery install. According to Lampe, The battery was 220.00. I am sure it was marked up. And 200.00 Dollars of labor to install a battery? I will never take my Jeep there to get serviced again. I called the service manager and left a message and he/she has not called me yet. I doubt they will call me now that I paid for the service.

The worst customer service ever, plus false advertising on internet The prrson that kept calling and emailing me was named Jana she told me and my husband that there was a truck available tgat fit our description. So 9n my day off we head out there offer 20,000 down for a 40,000 dollar truck. The sales person refused to sell the truck that supposedly he already had a customer for that exact same truck we wanted. So my husband still offered him the money and our truck as a trade in and he finally said that to choose another truck because his co worker was going to give him some of his commission tomorrow as soon as he sold the truck. The only reason I did NOT push the issue to buy the truck was because the lady that kept calling me (Jana V.) Had stated it was a 4×4 online and it was NOT.I suggest you take your business elsewhere because of the way they treat their customers especially the sales person saying he was getting a cut from the other salesman the worst place Ive ever dealt with

I took my truck and n to have a sensor in the exhaust replaced, which the did, at a high cost to me. While my truck was there they found a couple of recalls to due while my truck was there. One of the recalls was an update on the PCM. When they did the update, they stopped there and didnt bother to see it through and make sure that all the sensors were reset and ready to go. Long story short, I took my truck in to get it smogged and it didnt pass. After updating the PCM they didnt bother to make sure that all the sensors were in ready mode, or even worked. There was no follow through on their part, and no attempt to get it done right. They only care about the money,and no it the customer!!! Terrible experience from Lampe Dodge. Thanks for your lamest attempt at doing business!!! Never again!!!!!!!!! They were incompetent!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT UP TO THE TASK!!!!!!

This is the worst place to take your vehicle they don’t finish the job. They had my car 6 days and still didn’t fix it so I took it back again the kept it 2 days still didn’t fix it then Elijah said he would call me Monday to get me a rental and fix the the problem today is June 16 and I still haven’t heard from him so I took it to a different place. I call service manager Jim and I’m still waiting to hear back from him and it’s been 2 days. I will never go back to lamps Chrysler!!

Pretty much worst experience ever buying a car. I was quoted 621 a month for 2 years lease on the dodge website after building and shipping not including registration taxes and fees for a charger Hellcat. But when it came in I was hit with 893 then 864 then 821 with a 9000 dollar down payment and a 800 credit score for a 3 year lease. At the very most with calculations it should of been a fair 750. Called corporate dodge and they said nothing they can do but suggest going to another dealer and that it is pretty much dealers discretion on how much they want to upcharge you. Smh i would have brought the lease back after 2 years with 8k miles or less on it. There loss. Same thing happened to a friend of mine with a custom jeep. Smh. They knew they could sell it for more to a inexperienced car buyer and thats exactly what they did. Manager stood outside and told me to my face that if he wanted he could put it online for more and it would sell tomorrow. what a joke... part of that down payment was a 2020 ford explorer in emaculent condition private blue booking at 42000 trade in at 36 to 38 with only 30000 owed on it. Smh

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!The manager completely killed a deal with his attitude. By far the worst dealership experience I’ve had thanks to him. I walked in ready to make a deal and as soon as he started talking I knew I wasn’t handing this place a cent of my hard earned money. I have never been disrespected or talked down to as bad as my experience here with him. As for the rest of the staff I dealt with, you deserve a better manager. He cost you commission and any future business from myself or my family. I’d rather walk than drive anything bought from this dealership.

Took truck in for centerlink alignment warranty, Dealer does not do alignments and cant even look at it for 2 weeks with appointment. New tires were getting ruined meanwhile..While I was there I had the” Express Lube”do a sceduled maintenance, left the truck and had someone pick me up. the truck was at the dealer for five hours when they called me to come get it, “it was ready”.When I got home I noticed that there were greasy handprints on the fenders and none of the tire pressure’s had been changed to factory recommendations, there wer several rear tires as much as 10 psi differance so I took the truck back the next day to voice my concerns about there “Express Lube Service”The Express Manager was reluctant to here my concern at first, I got him to come outside and look at what my complaints were.- I asked if they use fender covers when working under the hood and showed him the greasy dirty hand prints- I showed him the tire pressures that the display showed when i took it ther and after the “Service”,nothing had been changed,, he then told me they wer close to factory specs and they do not let pressure out of a tire to correct air pressue if its over specs and that they need to have there “air gun calibrated” then offered to wash my truck, which I had no time to leave it.I left Lampe fustrated for the shotty service which turned out to not even be the end of the shotty service!!!Turns out that everywhere i parked my truck in my drive way and at my business, there wer oil puddles that i did not notice until it was brought to my attention by my wife.We drove to the coast and that is where I discoverd the puddles where i parked.I called the dealership Friday morning 8 AM and talk to a manager there that instructed me to crawl under the truck, look for the leak and see if I can tighten it up ( You have got to be kidding me).So I crawled under the truck wiped off the oil pan and the leak was coming from the drain plug.Tightened the plug,That fixed the leak.you would think that since it is a brand new truck and I had the service done at Lampi that they would be at least a little bit concerned enough to give me a call back and see if everything was OK, i’ve never heard back from Lampi received no emails or anything checking to see if it turned out OK or for me to bring it back to the dealer so they could look at it, very disappointed in this dealership!!

I took my 2011 dodge because my driver side door wouldnt lock, engine light was turning on, tire pressure light is not working random numbers are popping up, and when I accelerate it feel like its stalling.. We thought it could be electrical. Lpais $1023.19 for referbished computer..when I got my truck back it worse than when I took it in!??Good customer service.

I went into Lampe Dodge yesterday at 11am to just test drive the new Ram 1500 4x4 trucks. Walked out of there at 1:30pm with a new truck. The overall experience was outstanding from the time I stepped into the lot. NO SHARKS CIRCLING, which happened at all the other dealerships I’ve ever been to.From my salesman Robert, to Mike the numbers guy, to the woman in the finance department (sorry forgot her name) there was ZERO pressure. Once I chose a truck after the test drives the entire sale took less than an hour and half. What sold me on Lampe is their personal touch and the no extra cost of the lifetime power train warranty. That’s right I said LIFE TIME!!!I would recommend Lampe Dodge to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.Great job to everyone.

JR was a good salesman busy, hard working, kind, knowledgeable and not pushy, he is what eared the 4 stars and the price of the truck was great! I knocked off a star because initially the “money man” in finance came back with a 3.99% and a 4.99% offer which to me and my wife was a joke, we have very high credit scores so there was no way we were paying that high. Once our credit was run they came back at 2.55% which was more like it. I did not like the feeling of the initial offer and I also think they could have worked with us on our request for added running boards, the manager Chris said nope can’t do it for free, but I think on a car you are paying over $60k for to make your customer happy you could have included $500 fixed running boards as I am to short to enter the vehicle safely. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Otherwise pricing was great, salesman JR was great and I liked the man who finished up our paperwork.
I pretty much avoid dealerships and have some PTSD from previous experiences at other places. But this experience was great. I got the car I wanted for a great price.
Salesman was pleasant; however, we were very disappointed to find out AFTER the sale that the key fob and front and back car mats were missing. The one extra key fob was $300. Plastic was covering where floor mats were suppose to be. When we called back thinking that perhaps they neglected to put them back in, the only thing the manager, Chris, could say was somestimes they just dont come with used cars. They will probably be pricey if you try to buy them through the dealership.Never have we had an experience quite like this when buying a used car. Guess the days of good customer service are gone....it is just buyer beware. Live and learn. If you go there to by a used car. Just make sure you ask....buy the way, does this car come with floor mats and two keys to the car. It is no longer a given. IUPDATE: This morning, the very next day after my purchase, I received a call from, Ted, the man at the top of Lampe in Visalia. He apologized for my experience at the dealership and said that he was going to make sure I was reimbursed for the $300 fob and that we would be getting floor mats for our car free of charge. He further stated that, Chris, the manager I had spoke with, was a great guy and only following guidelines as instructed. He stated after reading my review, he was changing his policy at the dealership and that every car sold at his dealership from now on would have 2 fobs and car mats. He stated that customer service was very important and he wanted his dealership to project that. Needless to say, I was very impressed with Ted. Not only did he make it right for us; he reflects what every person buying a car wants...trust in the dealership.
My husband and I just purchased a truck at Lampe and we give our experience a 5 star rating. We were referred by a friend who had recently had a great experience also purchasing a truck. Reggie, Chris, Shelby and Jim took great care of us each step of the way. We were never pressured and all of our concerns and questions were graciously and accurately considered and answered. Just bought a new 2018 Dodge Journey. The salesman J.R. was very helpful and friendly. He informed us of all the specifics of the car. He showed us around 4 different vehicles and he was able to tell us all the pros and cons of all of them, basically read our minds on what we wanted. Everyone was very helpful and friendly all the way through. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends! And I will be buying my next car from them. This is the ONLY dealership Ive ever seen (and Ive worked at several and visited many more over a 30+ year time-frame) that has NO service drive other than for quick-lube. Then I stood in front of the service writers for almost 30 minutes before being acknowledged by a writer that acted like I was bothering him. Then was told they are SO busy that an a/c diagnosis would take over 24 hours. Good thing this is not my home dealership as I would have to find another to get actual service.

After a horrible experience with Hanford jeep, (I was treated with disrespect and an inconvenience by their service manager) I was told I had no warranties and starting price was going to be $2,400. She took such great care of me and my jeep. She found my warranty and the next level care warranty that I had. Went to Lampe to car shop was only there to look, got greeted by JR and had to take the deal he gave me! One of the best experience so far as I purchased my car he gave me the best deal I saw in The Valley! JR is very honest and helpful he does not push the sale if he sees your un certain which I loved that about him it could be very overwhelming when your shopping for a car but with him helping my experience there was smooth. Definitely if your in the look out for a new car go to him!

My husband was called to schedule service for a recall on his Ram truck. We made an appointment and dropped off the truck first thing in the morning on the appointment day. Were told and given paperwork that it would be ready by end of the day. When we hadnt heard from them by 4:30pm, my husband called and was told that someone would check on it and call him back. The website said that they were open until 7pm, so we waited until around 5:30pm to call back when we still hadnt heard from them, only to find out that the service department closed at 5pm. No phone call. No communication that they didnt finish the work and needed to keep the truck. Nothing. The next morning we called first thing and again were told someone would check and call us back. Another couple hours and no return phone call, we called again to be told it was ready to pick up. Very poor customer service and communication. Only excuses that they were very busy when we expressed our disappointment.

01/2019: Jess was our service advisor. Brought our vehicle in with the early bird/late owl drop off on 01/23. Received a call first thing in the morning. Did not expect a call until later and definitely didn’t expect my vehicle to be done the same day. Both were executed with precision. I had a great experience with Jess a 2nd time and appreciate everything she has done. She got in touch with the service contract company for repairs and requested everything that was needed. Took my truck in for a new key to get programmed and an oil change. They said they would call when it was complete but never did I had to call at 4:30 then rush to pick it up after getting home I noticed a puddle of coolant under my truck. After having my truck all day and supposedly doing an oil change they never caught that my secondary upper radiator hose had a leak. Terrible service department.
Went to lampe dodge Visalia was greeted by Juan Torres he was very friendly no pressure to buy he showed us a dodge hemi etorque big horn 4x4 test drove the vehicle answered all our questions bought the truck. This dealership is awesome great prices knowledgeable and friendly staff highly recommended this dealership.
From the time I walked in the door until I took my car home, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Brian took the time to talk to the technician about the issues my vehicle was having. He was helpful, kept me informed about the progress and he was upfront about the costs so there were no surprises when I went to pay. I also truly appreciate the technician looking at an alternative for my gear shift other than a $425 replacement. He simply removed a piece that was only cosmetic and the gear shift is good as new. That was huge in my book! They could have easily charged me the $425 for a new gear shift, but they were honest and took the time to look into it more and discovered the gear shift didnt need to be replaced at all. I appreciate that so much. The shuttle was extremely convenient in getting me to and from work . The drivers were very pleasant as well. I didnt purchase my Journey at this particular dealership (I bought it from Hanford Dodge) but I will definitely seek your dealership when my car needs to be serviced again. My car has 128,000 plus miles on it but thanks to you guys, it runs and looks good as new. Thank you very much!

Unable to get a hold of the guy that was assigned to me at the service department. I called and left multiple messages yet didn’t receive a callback. I just made it in before they closed to pick up my vehicle only because I decided to go in and check without them returning my calls.
