Found a 2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport for $16,000 online. I went to the dealership it was advertised at and test drove it. The salesman was super nice and informative. He was laid back with no pressure and listened to what I wanted. During the test drive, we talked price and stuff and I mentioned I was already approved through my bank. After the drive, we started the paperwork and I told them again, Im approved through my bank and they wanted to run the numbers and I said ok. Then, they told me the car actually isnt that price and it was a third party that runs the website and they have no control over the prices they pay. They said they would work on price, but before even running my credit, they gave me a down payment estimate and monthly price. They said couldnt fit their price into my approval even though it was very, very close. I was very disappointed to leave without the vehicle, but also feel bad for the people they said they have driving from the bay area to also look at that same car. Definitely will need to call to confirm price before ever going there again.

Excellent service very helpful to my needs for on the day of my visit I was having two cars serviced. One at the GMC dealership while the other was at the Honda dealership Id dropped one off the night before so when I showed up with the other with just a simple mention of my situation with the vehicles both locations assisted with my getting one home and getting me back for the other. Service department at Ford was slow have no oil tech available from 12pm to 1 took my car to auto oil changers in and out less than 20 minutes unlike the 2 hour wait I was told at ford

This is our 2nd truck from here & never any trouble so went back to see about a 3rd. Then we think back 🤔there were a lot of recalls & other problems like takg our 2014 GMC in for A/C repair again. This started within the 1st year durg a trip but ended up where the temp was 114° & the only thing the A/C is blowg is HOT, HOT, HOT AIR!! 😡 Its not the 1st time, its happened 3-4 times before, even though were told nothg caused it, Huh?? Told they looked at it, couldnt find a problem so they filled it with freon & told us it was Fixed. Wow!! The other times were told they have to order a special hose but will let us know when itll be delivered. Waitg... Not anymore!! 😏😄
