This repair shop is great! I was very upset when my computer wouldnt boot last night. Visalia Computer Technology looked at my computer right away and did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. They did not try to sell me anything I didnt need. I got some great computer advice from Robert and Carl, and a very clean computer too! Ill be coming back here whenever I need help in the future. I love that they open at 8 in the morning! My computer is working perfectly now.

The only place I would bring my computer for repairs. The gentleman that helped me out was personable and went out of his way to help me out. Gave me recommendations to save me money and after all that he did, he didnt charge me a dime. I wish more businesses in town acted as this place does.

Great, I had previously taken an older computer in for repairs. Mother board went out. It was too old and the board was obsolete. They did find a refurbished one, but it didnt work. Finally I asked if they could copy several pictures and some files to a external drive and they did. When I picked it up, no charge for anything.

I go to them with all my pc needs. Quality work and affordable rates.

Husband called to speak with someone and was meet with a lazy, rude, and sarcastic attitude. The person acted as if he was too good to be helpful and spoke to us like we were idiots. Don’t recommend this place if your looking for good service.
