We bought a fridge, fridge hose, fridge installation, fridge warranty, a washer with install, and a dryer with install. The day of delivery it was determined that the fridge would not fit. So the delivery team from Best Buy took it with them and said I would have a refund in 5 days. They also refused to install the dryer because, they could not confirm where the dryer vent went. Ah, it goes outside to the vent immediately behind the dryer? And then they installed the washer wrong. I had to install both the washer and the dryer.I contacted Best Buy to request a refund on the washer/dryer installation and to check on the fridge refunds. They said it would take up to a month. A month! Well, I never received it. I called and emailed Best Buy 5 times to get my refunds and got nowhere with them. By the end of October I had still gotten nowhere, so I issued a charge back on my credit card. To this day, when I log into my Best Buy account and try to find information on this order, it isnt there. When I contact them for support, they cannot help. And yet the full charge for all items was still on my credit card.This was a complete and total failure of customer support.
The inventory here is a little lacking; some spots I see equal amounts of open packages as new product. Order pickup was very quick, however. Interesting side note: I placed a pick up order for an item that said was on stock online but I couldn’t find in store; the order was completed in 1 minutes while I was in the store and viola: they had found and fulfilled the item. Employees were friendly and seemed knowledgeable enough in the basics.

Amanda, the manager of Geek Squad in Best Buy, is such an amazing manager and I can see why she has her title. She went above and beyond for my husband and I. Our Geek Squad Protection expired the day we decided to get our phones replaced. We had no idea, but she made sure we were taken care of. She went through so many steps and although it took about 30-45 minutes, she got it done and made sure the people in line behind us got taken care of as well. Thank you so much Amanda!
Worst experience apparently only 3 people working cashier trainee n guy who couldnt get over yo help us for 20 mins. Cashier was snappy n rude sorry you dont have enough emoyees but maybe its you not going g back again.
They use OnTrac the worst delivery service. They dont care about there customers when they hand our purchases to this negligent delivery service. They dont handle packages with care. They never have delivered any of my orders on time. I am very disappointed that you associate with such a bad service. Don’t order online and don’t use Best buy until they use a reputable delivery service. I never would have purchased from you if I knew you hired OnTrac for my delivery. Very disappointed.
Awesome customer service from Trey he helped my mom and I get a refrigerator and then he helped us with getting Ring camera. We were on the fence with getting one but he went ahead and showed us his own home ring camera. Then walked us through how the ring camera and app worked and how helpful it was to him. It was nice to get first his personal perspective and convinced us to get it.

Went out to celebrate our anniversary, it was our first time at strings. We had a very delicious dinner. The waitress was helpful and kind. The food was delicious and available at a good price. And we even had leftovers to take home. If you love pastas and Italian food, you should definitely try this place out.
Good luck getting someone to help you. When I finally found an employee he was short with me, acted like he didnt have time to be bothered. I would like to say that this was the first time something like this has happened, but that would be a fib.

I love Best buy! I casually shop their website in the comfort of my home for products with the best features and prices. Then I check the availability at my local store and head down there. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

A bit on the pricey side of common electronics, but definitely plenty of variety in their selections. I like being able to walk around and look at all of the readily available items and having friendly staff willing to help if needed. Some things have potential to be great buys, but a bit out of my range. My friend bought a brand new television from here and so far has no complaints. I definitely look forward to a return to this location.

Ordered a dishwasher from there after the employee told us it was in stock and that I would be able to pick it up in 2 days. It has been over a week and the product still hasnt shipped. Its so difficult to get any info through the phone. Called multiple times and put on hold for over 15 minutes just to be hung up on multiple times.Worthless customer service who cant handle anything. They just put you on hold and then you get hung up on.

Dont get me wrong, some staff members are wonderful and others are you know what you are .. with their poor customer service. They promise you things and think about themselves before the customer.. I have been patient enough . They could have told me I could have picked my item up at another location instead of waiting. I could have gone to Fresno and picked it up the same day. Best Buy is bad business! After this issue its the last time Im ever shopping here.
Im giving a 3 star because whenever we go in they never have what we are looking for in stock nor is it available online. The employees are helpful when you can find one that is actually available.
Best buy on Mooney BLVD..Not a good experience. Lack of effort and help on employees .. Not to much knowledge on curtain products... Employees are not allowed to help in other areas of the store at least thats what I was told and didnt get much help... Products are great, but employees need to be more trained... Went in ready to buy a new Ipad for School, truthfully now I don’t know if you have to look like money to get helped, stood around waiting and waiting… When I did ask for help it seem as a burden and was more concerned letting everyone know what will sell instead of making one then and there. Thats fine, the reps are commissioned. I wasn’t really upset until I stood in the mobile line for 20 mins, and again my apologies for interrupting the flirt counter that I mixed up for a phone activation station. Excellent customer service!Visalia-Mooney Boulevard Location.We purchased a new Television set. Our old one started turning Black and White at any given moment. So time for a new TV. We found the size, brand, price and features that we wanted on-line. So we knew what we wanted. The trouble is it was NOT on display in the showroom. Even though there were many open areas. The clerk did find the model in the backroom and she did an excellent job taking care of us. She escorted us out to load it and she made sure that we transported it standing up instead of laying flat! Thanks for the tip and helping us with no hassle and friendly smile!***My only issue is that all of the models should be on display, NOT in the backroom!!!*** Rp

Worst customer service! This is why brick and mortar stores are going away. Customer service like “Best Buy” is why I shop on Amazon. I got turned away at 4 different departments because nobody knows what they are doing. It’s really sad how customers get treated. WE are the reason Best Buy employees get a paycheck and this is how we are treated? Will not be shopping at Best Buy any time soon.

Amazon at least connects u to helpful customer service people, for now.

I bought a laptop a year ago from Best Buy. I was so happy with it and it helped me with my schoolwork. Now the hinges have broken and I sought help from geek-squad to fix the issue. However, it was not pleasant as I was told that the computer will probably be a junk out because of its condition if it were sent to its manufacturer. I spent hard-earned money on that laptop because I’m already struggling enough in life as it is and now I’m being told that I may have to buy a new laptop altogether? Never again will I have my business at any Best Buy again. Even for the littlest purchase I would rather go to a dollar store.😡😡😡If I was able to give no stars I would have done it.

Literally the worst Best Buy store. Why? Because bestbuy doesnt care about this store, today 29 July 2021, graphics card drop, and guess what? I was able to add to cart and when i was going to check out, it says no pick up within 250 miles????????????? You want me to drive 4-5 hours to pick it up? Trash place, just shut it down if youre not gonna supply them.

Went to go pick up an order and it wasn’t ready. Came back to pick it up and they told me it was already picked up. They also charged me twice. I called them and now it’s under investigation . So now I’m out 300$.
Waited so long for assistance. Almost one hour. Once, I did receive assistance gentleman provided excellent one on one personal assistance with Android cell, e-book resources. After waiting so long the cell phone, I was going to purchase was not on stock 🤨Providing further assistance to customers would enhance productivity, and cause less wait, frustration for the customer.
Rename this store Best Waste of Time because that was MY experience after combing the electronics isles for 30 minutes without seeing anything I was searching for and there werent any employees available to help. Circled the store numerous times and NO ONE asked me for assistance....nor could I find ANYONE for assistance! I walked out frustrated. I wont go back...Ill just shop for my electronics needs on Amazon and ask technical questions online or directly to the manufacturers customer support center since Best Buy cant keep up with sales stock/customer support of products in high demand.
I shop here about once every 2 months buying some kind of gadget lol but the store is average whats expected of best buy but in my experience doing curbside has been smooth also Ive had the lucky of always finding open designated curbside parking but 50/50 percent of the time I do want something from best buy they dont got it in store so got order in wait but it could just be the stuff I order I dunno but with all my rambling like I said its just average store no above n beyond employees or nothing to be wowed by unless your local best buy didnt have what you needed and had to drive a few towns down this one then its a wow store haha jk happy shopping :-)
Aaron was a GREAT help. I wish I could give him more than just 5 stars.There was another lady there who we asked for help. I wish I had caught her name. She just briskly told us to look online then went back to talking to another employee. Within moments, Aaron stepped in and answered all of our questions all with a great attitude.

Great customer service! I purchased an open box TV (online) that was identified by BestBuy cooperate (not the store) as satisfactory condition. The TV should have been identified as a paper weight. It was missing its tuner making the TV completely worthless. The manager and staff at the store worked with me to get another TV at a great price.Thank You

Tried doing the phone upgrade & data upgrade with att via the phone but it sucked. So we went into best buy & talked with Naomi in the cell phone area. She was amazing & when she had done all she could on her part she handed us over to Trevon (hopefully I spelled that correctly). He was also amazing! They were both very helpful & explained everything in detail. Helped us get a good deal on a new phone & helped us switch everything over. I had to go back today & we made sure to look for them today! Luckily they assisted us again & we sure did appreciate all their help! Thank you Trevon & Naomi!

I ended up coming back the second time and he recognized me and remembered every detail I needed to help me out with my next purchases. This is probably the best customer service Ive had in years. Thanks again Travon. Also left feedback on the best buy site but couldnt find a direct customer service survey to fill out. Happy to do that as well if thats available.. Ill definitely be back.

I came in to possibly buy a new tv. I browsed for a bit and had employees walk by and not stop and ask if I needed help. When I went to look for someone, no one was around. After about 20 minutes or so, went to one of the registers and someone was there. They apologized for me waiting in line and I told them that I was looking for someone to help me. They said they would let someone know. After about 5 minutes, I walked out and not buying a tv. Store was empty so how difficult is it for an employee to do their job. Never coming back to this particular Best Buy. I work in the customer service industry and that is not a way to treat potential customers.

Shelving of certain objects in places you wouldnt have looked. Maybe a rearrangement would help the flow of shopping. Honestly I would suggest looking and ordering through the app/website before visiting this location. At least to see if they carry that item.
Go there for big items not accessories. Go to the website and have it delivered.

Maybe I was there on an off day but, the floor staff didnt seem very willing to help but they would answer whatever you asked they just seemed more interested in talking to each other rather than the customer

Ive purchased a 55 in Insignia smart TV and the furniture stand that goes with it a Linksys extending Wi-Fi, and we scheduled for a delivery and they cancel on us and brought it the next day which was a day I had an appointment somehow I made it happened and it was delivered to us but the TV furniture stand did not come with it so I went back to Best buy to let them know so they had a hard time rescheduling it and when they finally did schedule it as soon as I got home from Best buy to my home 15 minutes away more or less it was rescheduled again not according to my original schedule, the people that delivered were not Best buy it was some third party truck driver that look like a construction worker and they were supposed to call before they come they did not weve had the Smart TV one day and Im having trouble with the apps on the TV...I am highly unsatisfied and will never again buy from Best buy they dont take care of their customers.
I went to Best Buy 2 days ago to go purchase a GPS and while I was there I asked one employee who was with another employee just next to me who were discussing about an item they were putting in the middle ilse. I asked if they can assist me and one did however he wasnt familiar with a GPS let alone what I wanted. He pretty much told me, Whatever is on the shelf is what we have. I asked if he can check if any are in stock in the back and his reply was that I needed to find the employee who is in charge of it. So of course i left disappointed being that I really didnt get any help.Well today I went back so I can ask someone if they can check the nearby Best Buys to see if they had that GPS in stock but I decided to give it another try first and ask someone else to help me. Although, the store was busy with last minute shoppers I decided to see if maybe someone different could assist me however I couldnt find anyone. I saw a GPS similar to the one I wanted in the shelf but I wanted to confirm it was the correct one.I contacted one of the employees in the TV section and he went out of his ways to give me a price check explain the difference on both, overview and specifications. In the end the last one was the expensive one. However, he did not stop there and tell me the typical excuse that some use, Sorry whatever is on the shelves is what we have! He told me to wait while he went to the back and see if there are anymore and if not he was going to assist me in finding Best Buy near our area who would have it.He came out with one and told me it was the last one. I was so glad he went out of his way to help me. They need to have more like him.
Ordered a washer and dryer late Thursday night and it was ready for me to pick up on Saturday after being shipped from another store. The two gentleman that brought out my items loaded them onto my truck with no complaints and a smile thank you so much!
