My car is slightly lowered. I bought some new tires and was referred to Discount Alignment so I decided to take my car there. I’m glad I did! I must say, I was impressed with the professionalism. I am also impressed with the service I received, and the price! Felipe even took the time to explain and show me on the alignment computer what he was doing. I appreciated that. It told me Felipe is a honest and fair man. More importantly, he did an outstanding job aligning all four wheels. I am happy with the service received and would recommend Discount Alignment. Felipe told me I needed repairs on my car he said he can do. He charged me for services. An oil change and lost my original oil cap 1 time. He works with my dealership and didnt replace my original cap. I know this cause he gets the oil filter from them when I would go for an oil change. My car ended up with bad valve because of this.He also told me I needed my motor mounts fixed. Spent $800 cash for this and other services. 1 month later I took it to Allens and Ford. They both said I needed my motor mounts replaced. He obviously robbed me and I had to buy a new car. Repairs were at 8 gs and the car value was 1-/4. Dont show him cash. Horrible business

Discount alignment did a nice job on my 1990 Volvo 240. They seem very knowledgeable, are friendly oh, and I even got a printout with all of the parameters for my alignment. My only suggestion for them is that they could use some new signs. Otherwise Im very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Very profesional and fast turn around time. I gotta say their alignment is on point. I’ve been at the other shops for alignment and it’s frustrating because I have to go back to get it done right. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I brought my lifted suburban here to get aligned and they did a phenomenal job for a GREAT price and they did it the rite way. I had it Aligned two previous times to this. One was that a small shop in Escondido and the other one was at Off Road Warehouse of Escondido. Those two shops couldn’t get It right. The first shop overfilled my driver side tire because he couldn’t figure out how to adjust the alignment, and the off-road warehouse took forever and it still was off. I’m glad I found this shop and I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a quality work, These guys take the time to do it right and that’s how it should be. Thanks guys! Went becuase I thought I needed an alignment really bad. I wouldnt have gone if my alignment wasnt that bad. I asked if he could check what the problem was... He does the alignment And tells me that my tires are worn, causing my car to go right. and he couldnt do the alignment on my rear wheel becuase he couldnt adjust it. And at the end, doesnt bother to help me understand why my car is still going right. Just tells me to pay. Never going again. but Im sure hes a good mechanic, just not for me.

Six stars if I could! Philipe was awesome. With my picky classic car, I don’t like people who make informed guesses to impress a customer.. Discount Alignment was the sixth shop I visited today, and Philipe was the only person today to bring me into the shop to show me answers to my questions. Not only that, but he paused for a few seconds to dust off an old book to confirm what he was telling me. I LOVE this kind of service, and I promise I’ll be back with all my other cars!

Couldnt of went to a better place. Wonderful customer service. Did not try to up sell me in fact did everything to work with what was on the car already. Made multiple adjustments on the alignment and got it close to perfection. Id recommend them anyone needing work done on their vehicle. Good genuine people! Im very impressed.

I had just installed all new control arms front and rear as well as struts and springs in my old datsun and was looking for a shop willing to align my suspension as it was now fully adjustable and fairly complex even for a modern car. Felipe didnt bat and eye and had it done in two hours. These guys are legends. 10/10. 100% coming back for all alignments here.

Very impressed! Just bought new tires for my car, and I assumed some of the wear problems with the old tires were the result of misalignment. Got a call 15 minutes after I dropped the car off at Neri Discount Alignment. They told me that no alignment was needed - and they would not charge me for the inspection! As a first-time customer to the shop, I was impressed by their honesty and great service. I will be returning for more of our routine service needs in the future.

These guys are great! I don’t write reviews but this shop is deserving of one. Called around all day trying to find a shop to do my alignment after I got off work and no one would take the car. Called Phillipe answered and said yes no problem come on by, did an awesome job showed me what was off and how they corrected it. Said to come on by if I was dissatisfied with how it drove. So far car drives great.
