Great location and selection. Shopping is easy and convenient except in the morning when its the busiest right before folks go to work or school. The express lanes and self checkout lanes are closed. These need to be open so people can grab and go. Nobodys trying to do their whole house shopping that early in the morning. Everybody needs to be able to get in and out quickly.

I like this grocery store for the amount of room in the aisles. The selection is great. The prices are variable for those with patience to wait. If youre not happy with the produce just ask for help.Greg at checkout is speedy and attentive.

One of my go to places on that side of town. I had to limit my purchases because they had no Sanitized carts in the stall. The store is very well organized, clean and neat.

Just got back from Albertson’s on Vista Way. Good stuff— large mostly well stocked store, large produce section with good looking fruits and vegetables. Store is clean and well lit. Bad stuff—check out. Only one line for more than 15 items. Two carts ahead of us. Cart at checkers an un masked white male who took more than five minutes to figure out how to pay, cart in front of us four women all in masks. So decent people. As I was loading our items onto the conveyor belt, I heard “ dry ice”. I finish loading conveyor belt quickly wondering why its not moving. I look at checker. She is gone. My wife ( crippled with autoimmune arthritis and exhausted) and I wait and wait and wait and wait and wait for the checker to return after ten minutes or so I start getting loud, wondering is checker had a bad fish type emergency and if so where is her back up. Finally I started just yelling, “ checker needed here, checker! Manager comes over. OK maybe she will get a checker or at least check us out. She says checker went to get “ dry ice” like that is all the explanation necessary for making customers including a disabled women wait without knowing how long or why. My wife was completely exhausted. There were so many other ways to handle dry ice. Charge a set price, finish with the women’s check out have them move to the side, check us out. Or call for someone in the back to find out the price charge the women, go on with the next customer, or have the manager finish the check out. None of that happened. Incompetence, pure and simple. Albertons needs to prioritize the check out.

My first time to this location, it was a great store. Plenty of selection, very roomie, so it didnt seem crowded. The only complaint would be there were only 2 registers open at 4:45pm, probably not their fault just short staffed.

Wonderful staff that welcome you by name. They obviously have great management and training because the store is spotless, runs efficiently and is well stocked. With a fresh produce, baked goods, deli, and a butcher the variety is above board. I would recommend this location to friends and family. Blessings in Jesus Name.

This was my got to place for ALL my cakes but now that Veronica is gone will Never go back the other lady is rude and not willing to listen to customers needs please if anyone know Veronica I would like to know where she went.

Wonderful experience today! Bella was so genuinely friendly and helpful as I was looking for a particular product and she knew exactly where it was! Thank you for being there for all of us shoppers. By the way, first time shopping at this location. Definitely will stop by more often.

Nice very organized store whit lack a cashier they like you use the self service, instead pay personal to do the job. Look like food for less whit higher prices .

Gotten expensive and overpriced. The only time I can afford to shop for some things here is when theyre on sale or on the clearance rack. Plus cashiers are always haphazardly (mis)handling my produce items, causing them to be bruised and damaged.

Normally my go to store for most things. I just purchased peeled and deveined shrimp only to find a good amount of my shrimp with not deveined. I personally don’t care about eating the ol’ duct however, when I feed my family and pay for deveined shrimp I expect deveined shrimp.

The organic produce selection is better than Sprouts or Frazier Farms. I have shopped here since 2002, tried Sprouts. when they opened across the street, for about 3 months. Im back here! Larger store, more items, wider aisles, less crowded.

This Albertsons has its moments, not all of them good. Take today for example, the white bearded guy needs to learn some manners. I was trying to get in line without noticing that they had a central line. The gentleman said, Maam the line is over there. I told him that I had tried to get a cart because my arms were full. Did he offer to help? Nope. Im glad I dont go to this one very often.

A girlfriend use to make us bean burger.My friends and I would watch science fiction, and eat it. It was so good. Its been years now and lost contact with her.At Albertsons, I found beans with meat. Two different kinds, one regular. And one barbaque (bean burger) never seen it anywhere else. Albertsons really has diversity.

Everything was neat clean and organized. We picked up paper towels they had plenty of toilet paper.They have staff to and signage to control flow of traffic and capacity.

Albertsons customer service is top notch; today when I went to purchase some last minute dinner items, an employee who happened to notice my choice of eggnog swapped out a fresher (same brand) one for me.Thats above and beyond -and exemplary.

This place is great if you like buying expired food. I’ve been here on multiple occasions where I had to dig through expired food to find items that were still good. On one occasion I let a worker know every single item on the shelf was expired and he just shrugged it off. I wish this place was better but I’d honestly rather drive out of my way to go somewhere where I don’t have to constantly worry about buying expired food.

I has a personal injury and one of the employees was amazing . she actually came with genuine compassion AMD kindness . above and beyond her job .at the rime it was to me remarkable and a bit of much needed hope in a bad time . I will nit forget that . I haven t seen her in sometime . i hope she is well and if she reads this ....thank u

I was there to pick buy a cake. Was awaiting for about 10 min and asked the people on the meat department if there was anyone working on the deli department. One of the workers was super rude and just said no with no other explanation. One of the other ladies working there told me she would help me, just to give her a few minutes. She did and she was super sweet.

I love this store and the people. I rarely ever had a problem with their food. I love the variety of choices at all levels. Their produce is fresh. Its a neighborhood store where you get to know the clerks by name because there isnt a high turn over rate. You cant beat the cleanliness of Albertsons stores that Albertsons provides for their customers and workers.

Usually has everything I need bit missed on a couple basics. Very glad they started to carry beef kabobs.

Was great. Even with the pandemic, I feel like there were no hiccups here. Social distancing & wearing a mask has not been a problem here & everyone has followed the rules. And every time I go, Im not waiting in a huge line & I had no issues during self check out. Yay!

The line is a complete circus these days. Telling people to get out of line a re line up and everyone is losing their place and causing overall anarchy. Person managing the line will just leave causing confusion. Ill go to stater bros from now on

Best customer service offered by any Albertsons. The clerks always go above and beyond to make your shopping experience easy. With 3 kids its hard to grab everything and make sure your getting the best bargain. There had been countless times in told of a bargain Im missing out on because I was to wick to rush in and out. Vince is the best manager as he listens and actually gets the job done.
