Here’s a shout out to Traci, a very nice, professional and helpful service advisor. She assessed the issue with my vehicle, consulted with a repair technician and they determined that my issue was very minor and fixed it in the time it took for me to eat a hamburger while waiting at their modern, comfortable shop.I’ve done business for several years with the Anderson family back when they were affiliated with Wade’s Auto Body and I’m happy to say they have continued their high standards of customer service and service quality under their own banner.

After my last review I was able to speak with Mr. Anderson who humbly asked for the opportunity to correct the deficiencies before mentioned. He inspected my car upon arrival and not only got the three areas I noticed but several other areas as well. After a couple of days I got the call the car was ready and upon arrival he conducted the walkthrough with me inspecting all of the areas and explained how it was corrected. The team went even further and polished the entire car in addition to mirror-clean the car’s headlights (don’t know if they provide this service but if they do it is great for old vehicles headlights). In all the car was as expected and even better. Hopefully, Mr. Anderson is able to implement some additional QA/QC steps to ensure their excellent performance is always reached.When he stated he was going to get it right; he got it right!

They were straight shooters and price was comparable. However there Honesty and professional level was over the top.

These guys are thorough and professional. I went to their location on La Salle Ave. and dealt with Bob. Ive worked with Bob since he was at a different body shop and hes always been great to work with. Once I heard he moved to Anderson, I used them instead.Ive been chasing a water leak in my truck for going on 2 years. Ive replaced weather stripping and the windshield and it didnt help. These guys spent time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and find the leak. It was not an easy job and required quite a bit of detective work as the leak was hidden and not at all obvious. They explained exactly what they found and even provided photos. I appreciate the time and effort they put in. To top it off, the price charged was reasonable. I believe they have finally fixed the issue!I plan to use these guys whenever I need a body shop down the road.

I have only gone through the estimate phase so far. However I got a same day apt, and it was completed within 30 minutes. The estimate printout was very detailed and understandable. I walked out hoping the insurance company allows the work to be done there.

Tahoe caught in hailstorm with damage pretty much all over. They got me in within a week and got it completed in less than a month. Paul called several times with progress. Picked up car yesterday and it looks like new...even smells new as they did a complete interior detail. Taking our Silverado in next week for some minor body work. Highly recommend their service.

Anderson Precision Collision did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. While having my vehicle repaired, they made sure to keep me updated on the status of the repair and communicated with the insurance company to ensure all repairs were approved. The quality of their work is unlike any other repair shop I’ve used in the past. Every employee that I came into contact with was extremely helpful and polite. They have an enterprise rental facility on site which made dropping off and picking up my vehicle extremely convenient.I highly recommend Anderson Precision Collision if you’re in need of repair work.

I normally don’t do reviews, but the level of service that I received from Jai at Anderson Collision - on point! If I could give her six to a few hundred stars I would. The insurance and car repair process is always so frustrating for everyone but Jai’s attitude and warm spirit really helped with the anxiety during the whole process. She was so detailed, thorough, and compassionate every time I spoke to her. The techs did such an amazing job with my car that it feels like new, again! Literally. I was amazed by the service I received. Jai did a wonderful job dealing with my insurance and Paul explained in detail how to care for the new paint my repair required. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional, making the whole process stress free. The body work was exceptional, and combined with the cleaning and vacuuming, made my Jeep look brand new. I highly recommend this business.

Anderson Precisions staff is extremely helpful and friendly! They provide outstanding customer service. I got rear ended in December, and needed some paint and a couple parts replaced on my bumper. The paint did not set correctly the first time, but Anderson Precision took care of it at no additional charge, and even provided me with a shuttle service while my car was getting fixed for the day! Anderson Precision is very detail-oriented and really wants to make sure everything is fixed properly and that their customers are cared for. They are just all-around good people! I would highly recommend Anderson Precision to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. If I could, I would give them 6/5 stars!Side Note: They also have an Enterprise located on site, which is super convenient if you will need a rental car.

Drove all the way from Arkansas to have my truck fixed by them. The guys at APC worked their tails off to get my truck done in 5 days as promised even with extra work added as they dug into the truck. The years of experience are unmatched compared to everybody else in this business. Recent road mishaps - grapefruit size flying rock missile and large flying rubber flung from 18-wheeler tire - sent me to Anderson’s repair facility two separate visits within a couple of months. Both visits provided the same results - excellent repair job and workmanship along with friendly office staff and knowledgeable repair associate! Oh, and a rental car place is right next door. Definitely recommend!

This guy is good. He’s got a beautiful and up to date facility, he’s been in the business most of his life, and knows how to treat people. Had $12k worth of repairs done on a Chevy truck, picked it up once completed, and never had an issue with the work. For those not in auto industry, having that much work done, and not having a return issue, is rare.

Anderson Precision Collision repaired my Mercedes GLE 350. They handled the insurance claim and set up my rental from Enterprise, conveniently located on the same property. APC made the hassle of me not having my own vehicle simple and easy. I have had vehicles repaired at other body shops in the past. On almost every repair there were things that just werent right. I have always trusted Paul Anderson with my auto body needs. It was a sad day when Wade Auto Body sold and I could never trust anyone else. When my hood got damaged on my Tahoe I got many quotes to fix it but was then told Paul was opening a new shop. I delayed fixing my Tahoe until he was open. His shop’s attention to detail is unmatched by any auto body shop in the Waco area. I tell everyone Anderson Precision Collision is the place to go. The shop is easy to get to and it is a state of the art facility.

Great local team that is professional and honest. Although I hope to never need to get my truck fixed again, if I do, Im bringing it here.
