I really want to thank bebrick collision for helping me fight with insurance the past month who were trying to repair my Tahoe. The insurance appraiser did a initial appraisal off pictures and then the shop went in and added more damage to the report and said it was not repairable. After insurance still wanted the vehicle fixed the shop did a triage and sent another report showing how structurally damaged the vehicle was and needed to be totaled. The shop went above and beyond sending everything insurance needed to show it was structurally unsound. If you need a collision shop I highly recommend them.

I took my olgirl in to have my window repaired and I got back way more than I expected. The staff was so sweet and Craig is a superstar. Not only did they fix my window but they also cleaned my car for me as well. I am a single mom with two full time jobs and 3 kiddos under age 10 so needless to say I dont have much time to clean and detail my car as I would like. It was that extra mile they took to do that for me that had me driving home with tears in my eyes. Its the small things that someone can do that means more to you than they know. I will absolutely bring my car back to Bebrick for any future car needs...why wouldnt I? they are the best in town. Thank you guys so very much!

If you’re needing collision repair in Waco, don’t go anywhere other than Bebrick. My Volvo needed extensive repairs, along with paint-matchin, and they did an immaculate job. They’re extremely thorough, professional, and most importantly, they’re not out for your money. They truly care about their customers, and that’s hard to find in body shops today. My vehicle was in the shop for a month and a half, and they had to book me a couple weeks out post-estimate, but they did a great job of keeping me updated and I got email responses usually within the hour. This shop is run by a great owner and it shows through their work and customer service. So please don’t go anywhere else but Bebrick’s.

Great folks! I have a bunch of kids so Ive had to use them too many times over the years. They always do an awesome job & stand behind their work.

I have used Bebrick two times in the past few years. The first time was an insurance claim as my wifes car was hit when someone backed into her. Bebrick fixed the car like new and everything looked great. The radiator was replaced as part of the repairs. Six months later the radiator failed as it appears we just got unlucky with a bad part. Dennis and his staff took over getting the new part, as it was still under warranty, and fixing the vehicle free of charge.Recently, our babysitter hit the side of the house while pulling into the garage in one of our vehicles. The bumper and front fender had a good amount of paint transfer and some scratches. I set up an appointment to get an estimate with Bebrick assuming I was about to be out a few thousand dollars. Dennis looked at the vehicle and said hold on. He came back with a rag and rubbed off the paint transfer with lacquer thinner instantly leaving only a few minor scratches. He then got his buffer and worked on the bumper for a minute and it looked great. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing and would not accept anything when i pressed him. Some shops would have wheeled my car to the back and sent me a serious bill later when I apparently only had a small problem. I will continue to use Dennis and Bebrick when the next unfortunate vehicle situation arises because I know them to do quality work in a professional manner that brings good value to their customers.

This is the best place you can go in Waco. They did an amazing job on my rear bumper and side panel above my passenger side tire well. Their professionalism is unmatched. Every time they had a concern they made sure to alert me. Everything price and labor wise came in effectively. I’m extremely impressed by their work and would go to them with anything in the future.

My experience with Dennis and his team was awesome, start to finish. He helped calm my nerves about the damage done to my car, and while he helped me understand what needed to be done and where I could potentially save money, he was real with me about potential costs and safety concerns. His front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and they paid extra attention to sanitation concerns in the midst of the current health scare. Repairs looks great and the drive home was a-okay. You dont want to ever need a body shop, but I certainly know where Im going if I do.

Bebrick Collision Center is awesome!!! My wife had a accident in her brand new Ram truck. It was pretty severe, and both pass side doors had to be repaired. Serious with great integrity, including the few mechanics I met. I switched from Service King because Berick performed a scan afterwards to be sure everything was running right. And it only took one day compared to four.Upon completion and leaving I had three dumb issues I questioned them about and had them put one issue in writing. They complied graciously and they were in the right each time. No attitudes, no impatience.And my car was detailed, a BIG job as I had lived in it for over two months and it stunk and it looks brand new!

Great place to go for your car repairs! When I came to pick up my car, the owner even filled up my tires because I had to drive back to Houston that day. Everyone is courteous and their technicians do their jobs well. The only issue I had was the wait time for repairs, since it was very busy with the amount of work they had, but that just shows you how many people trust Bebrick with their cars.

Never go to this place, I hit a gator in the road (tire) coming into Waco and it went through the front and out the back radiator was busted keep in mind this happened in September they recive my car I pay my deductible they have my car for a little over a month. At this point I think Im good turns out I was mistaken I get my car back it and it breaks down again not even 15mins of picking it up Dennis and his staff say its due to a small plug not being replaced? Okay but my radiator fluid is spraying form the top cap and open hole were a hose is suppose to be they give me a rental only good thing that came out of it. I get my car back for a third time the first time my car was missing a overflow tank, and a hose that connected to the tank I tell him that he says well we pulled a tank from a totaled vehicle on the lot..... That car was a Honda my car is a infiniti you couldnt get my a Nissan one? Im on my way through Waco to get to Houston car starts reading errors again I call the shop they say get to a mechanic and call us well pay to fix it I do that they not only tell me that my engine harness is split in half they said didnt you get your car from a Collison shop why didnt that give you the undertray also? I said sir Idk I would expect them to get my car back to OEM turns out they didnt replace my hose that ran to my radiator they claim they did so that busted on me coming back home to the ftw area car blows transmission what I dont understand if you replaced my hose like you said you did why did the mechanic that had to tow me told me he took off a hose that looks like its never been replaced that sat right in front in direct line of the tire going underneath my car and Ohhhh this is the good part the engine harness that was ripped was right behind the hose so you tell me Bebrick claims my car is too low which yes its on coilovers but that means its more upgraded in suspension then stock my car was raised that night I got it home the first time and my car never scraped its funny how I can show you a clean bill of health for a year of my car being at that hight needed nothing but standard oil changes and now as soon as Bebrick receives my car things are breaking all around from the radiator like honor and respect your pledge so now my car needs a new engine and tranny all from just needing a new bumper and a radiator fixed Im out 7.5k in damages I have full coverage but my insurance is saying its the Collison shops fault which makes sense but I would expect my insurance to be on my side and help turns out I shouldve done more research on my insurance company kind of like the liberty mutual commercials honestly I tried working with them but it never seemed to help all I asked in the end is they take blame for their actions and help I will never bring my future cars here. I never ever leave reviews but after 3 months of back and forth and now me out of a car and I cant even enjoy my holidays and now my credit and everything has been affected I cant even purchase a new car due to this one still having a auto loan out on it Im a young 22 year old male finally getting things going in life right and this happens its okay God never gives you more then you cant handle The lady at the front desk Britnea you are awsome.
