They took care of all my needs, they found a few recall updates and fixed a leaking seal. Im very happy with their service and Brenden keep me updated on the progress. Great job!

I know they get busy sometimes but it should no take more than two hours for an oil change having an appointment.

Scheduled an appointment for an airbag issue, when I showed up, I was informed that the shop was two to three weeks behind in diagnostic work and I would need to leave the vehicle so it could be in que when the work could be done. Not acceptable. Left with the issue unaddressed, will not be back.

I called and made an appointment same day for service. I showed up on time for my appointment and was told that they were behind and that the wait would be a little longer than expected. They should have known that when I made the appointment, about an hour prior to the appointment. It took over 2 hours to do an oil change and rotate my tires. Had I not been paying attention, no idea how long I would have been sitting there waiting after my vehicle was brought around because the keys were left on the desk of the man who helped me, but he was at lunch. Seems that the people working there only take care of the customers they checked in.In the future, I will use a different dealership for my vehicle service.

A bad deal around...Car broke down in 3 days. I took it to shop and later that day I was told that car needed to many repairs and they would buy the car back and would return my full down payment. Well for 3 weeks now I been giving a new reason is to why my down payment has not been process. So the longer I have to wait and pass up good deals that I miss because of Auto Nation. The miscommunication thing is there biggest excuse..everybody there uses it..

Another swing and a miss from Autonation Chevy in Waco. We were told to make an appointment for Saturdays, because of how busy it gets. Made the appointment, got there and were told it would be over two hours wait time. What’s the point of an appointment if you’re not going to make it work. This was for a simple oil change, too.

Battery service because our battery went dead . We went and were in and out less then 10 minutes. Excellent service!@

They were extremely rude, lied constantly, and when I came in to pay the price they quoted me for the job they tried to say they never quoted it and tried to charge me an additional 400. They did an oil change on my car and as Im going through the day I find out that Im leaking oil and its literally everywhere. Im not happy about the service or the people behind the service. Do not use them!
