Absolutely HUGE prices compared to other places and swore everything needed to be done. They might have been taking advantage of me because I am a student but my quote was 3900 bucks here and when I went to another place it was 2100. Absolutely a rip off do not come here

I went to have an estimate done of my Jeep that had body damage and Deborah took a task I was dreading in the heat of the day with my cranky one year old and turned it into a pleasant experience. She was friendly, fast, and thorough which I appreciate so much.

Worst experience ever, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was told my vehicle would be ready on a Friday so I had plans to go out of town that weekend thinking I would have my vehicle when they said, Friday came and they told me it wouldn’t be ready until Monday forcing me to cancel my plans, I call Monday and they apologize and tell me it will be ready Tuesday, Tuesday comes and they apologize yet again and tell me they will DELIVER my vehicle to me Wednesday for the inconvenience. I waited all day Wednesday only to call them before they close to be told yet AGAIN “we’re sorry but it’ll be ready tomorrow” very unprofessional and horrible communication between staff.
I had an accident that required body work on my new Blazer. Service King took great care of me as a customer and made this stressful situation easier with constant communication and friendly service. Tracy is amazing! The work was beautiful and my car looks brand new.

I had to edit this. Terrible job honestly. They didnt sand it correctly, paint looks foggy with swirls, buff machine marks, and to top it off they forgot to put a $950 rim on my car. (Insurance fraud in the act). This place is a nightmare. Go to MAACO!! CORRUPTION KING. Will get a free repaint and they WILL pay for my rental or Ill file a lawsuit.
Someone bumped into my car causing damage to my bumper so I had to use their insurance to fix my car... but Service King made the process super easy and they were quick. I dropped my car off on Wed and it was ready on Fri. Kaylee who works in the office when above and beyond the call of duty. She called enterprise and made sure my rental was ready and I was able to leave the rental at Service King when I went to pick up my car...Excellent experience...Highly recommend...
My insurance company USAA recommended them for my repair. I admit I was a bit hesitate because when I was trying to get quotes the person doing quotes didnt have a mask on for the covid. Needless to say 1st impression was not good. But I decided to give them a chance on USAA recommendation. They did have my car for 30 days. When I got it back it was missing parts and was not the best of jobs I had seen either. I immediately reached out to USAA. Service King called me immediately. Service King was great. They went well over and beyond to make things right. I couldnt be more satisfied now. So if you wonder if their guarantee is real it most certainly is.Now I peak out my door ever so often to look at my beautiful car again!Thank you Service King and of course USAA for paying for it all.

Had my truck for 42 days after an accident. Didnt repair all the issues and I broke down. Took it back. They had it for 16 more days and STILL WASNT FIXED
Still waiting on a part that could have been bought at any auto parts store since the 13th. Bumper they fixed still has a dent
Getting into even a minor accident is always a headache, and mine was no different. The other insurance company accepted 100% fault and the initial repair was completed painlessly by Service King a few days earlier than quoted, but somewhere along the line I ended up with additional damage that the insurance company deemed to not be accident-related.When the car was returned to me with the new damage I was pretty upset with both Farmers and Service King. There was a dispute as to how/when the damage occurred and who should be liable, but ultimately Service King was the one to step up and make it right and I appreciate that. The paint work theyve done matches perfectly and the panels that were hit all look brand new. Despite the initial frustration (and I still cant stand dealing with Farmers), the folks at Service King understand customer service.
Quality service. After reading some reviews about the place, decided to take my truck in to repair some minor damage. Kind of slow when I took it in, but turned out they were having computer problems. After I dropped it off, took about a week for the repairs, which was fine as I did not need it any quicker. I did have to call, because I had not heard anything after a couple of days, but after that had frequent text messages on the status, updating the progress. The work was really good.Giving 4 stars, and I know some people might be concerned it is not a 5, but i would not read it that way. The work was excellent and the people were nice. There was an initial lag in communication, and it took a bit longer than i was expecting, so I could not give it a 5, but those were relatively small issues.
A young lady hit my car and had usaa insurance. They referred me to service king. Ill admit I was sceptical being the insurance companies pic. These guys done a great job and got me in and our asap. Very professional. Even detailed our car inside and out.
This has to be the single worst repair station Ive ever been to. Had to take my car in 3 times in a row because theyre too incompetent to replace a door warning actuator (the switch in the door that sets off the door ajar warning and doesnt let you lock your door if it is open) and when having to have my insurance company fight tooth and nail to get them to take it the 3rd and final time, they said they would cover the rental. However, they had cut my rental off for 6 days and did not notify me that my car was ready to be picked up and they were terminating the rental. I only finally found out because the rental car company took over $115 out of my account and told me what had happened - they said Service King told them they notified me multiple times, even though Service King did not contact me even once I found out that they had 2 incorrect phone numbers for me. Now, even though they had the wrong phone numbers (I gave them the correct one when I initially dropped my car off) they still had my correct email address, yet failed to send me a single email. In the end, they forced my insurance company to once again come to my side and pay the hundred dollar rental charge, and Mr. Corey, the one who made this mistake, didnt even have the gall or guts to apologize. Save yourself the trouble, this place is an absolute joke.
Corey and his staff were great, had to have some warranty repairs made from work done in San Antonio and they took care of everything with no questions and made my car like new again, did a great job. I highly recommend this shop for your body repairs
I took my mother-in-law here to pick up her car. They were so nice and friendly. The lady secretary was a hoot. She made Mom feel more comfortable and made her laugh. Thank you to everyone who helped momma Smathers. Thank you for taking care of the rent car for her.
Had to take my husband 2020 toyota truck there, had an accident ( hit & run) . They replaced back light, fixed a dent and also fixed and painted scratches, they did a awesome job, looks like nothing ever happened, Thanks guys, I highly recommend these guys .

First phone call to Service King, I was given info to perform a vehicle drop off. I stated ‘NO’ to this person (Dave) that we would NOT leave our vehicle there indefinitely--one day only for the bumper replacement. He said that’s fine, and made us an appointment Wed. 11/21 at 9am to see a ‘Phillip’ at Service King in Waco.We drove 80 miles to arrive before 9am, and Phillip never did show. A standard cop-out was given by another person who looked at our van, and accumulated all required info. We assumed he is a service advisor. Later learned from ‘Veronica’ that he is a helper or someone grabbed off the street. So as a substitute, did he really represent Service King? Also, he did not know a ‘Dave’. Since we live far out, and if we could arrive the day for the repair, the parts will already be here. He said he trusted us to be here, and that would not be a problem to be ready with the bumper parts for the one day repair.Late afternoon 11/26, Veronica phoned us, and wished to know what day to drop off vehicle. Of course it was to leave van on their premises indefinably. I mentioned our twice oral agreement, and she stated she would phone back. This is the first that Service King actually did what they promised. I also requested to Veronica to have their company supervisor phone me. Never happened. She immediately found no-show Phillip, and he told her that there will be no pre-ordering of parts. I assume they cannot trust their native customers to ‘show’ just like their employees--if ordered parts are sitting there without the vehicle being there first.A ‘Cory” phoned me 11/28, 7.06 pm to schedule an appointment??--for what, if SK has no parts. Stated to him Service King broke the oral contract requested and approved twice, and now owes me $15.00 for gas as actual damages, and 3 hours pay for our wasted time.Linda and Steve
Customer service is great. Though, they stole anything I left in there (i.e. CDs and a 18v car adapter) and when I called to figure out they just ignored me. My own fault but they also ordered the wrong part to my car twice for two different parts. Took a month to fix it. Would advise somewhere else
Came by with my Lexus and after sitting in the lobby with other waiting customers without being addressed I got up and stood at the desk. When a man did ask what he could do I said I wanted to get an estimate on body work. He said oh no we dont take walk ins you need to call back for an appointment. I then left and DID get a walk in estimate from Jeff Hunter and Crow and Roberts. Guess Service King doesnt need business. Customer service * wink wink

This is the worst place that I know when it comes to auto body repair the work is less than amateur quality the staff is very unprofessional they care nothing about their customers and they steal from your vehicle. All they care about is running them cars out of there as fast as they can they care nothing about the quality of work their doing,been dealing with Service Queens since March 23 and my vehicle still is not fixed. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a zero!
The friendliest and most helpful staff. They were kind enough to get our donut spare on the car after a flat tire, and to suggest a conveniently located tire place as well.
I came by to pick up my yukon Saturday morning after someone reversed into my car and left me to deal with it, anyway the service king was absolutely amazing to me they were friendly professional and very fast service they fixed my car just how it was when i bought it it looks great as if nothing happened to it at all. Dont trust this place. They do charge storage fees and they will contact your leinholder and get yout vehicle repod even if your payments are current. Even told my insurance company never again. The manager is a liar.
Hired to repair my car through allstate insurance when someone backed into my car while in the movie theater. Did repair how car look but did not repair mechanics was told to take to a mechanic then bring back the estimate and how it was related to collision .now allstate says they deny claim saying it wasnt due to wreck . And service kings are mechanics they wouldnt have told me that . Needless to say they are contracted through allstate and will give u false info to keep there business with company even if it means putting you in a unsafe vehicle
