They are the best people that works there. They explain everything the best way possible. And will make sure that what ever the problem with your vehicle is fix wright and safes way possible the first time.

Went to Haigood automotive today they had me in and out very fast. Great price. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to anybody.

I have been to them several times over the years and at first they were good and then new staff and mechanics but after shelling out lots of money and no one being able to figure out what exactly is wrong anyone would be frustrated. Never again will I return. Not impressed they will NEVER ever get another dime or another referral.

A bit too high in pricing, some areas much worse than others. Battery replacement was $43.50 in labor (not counting price of battery). Replacing a battery takes less than 5 minutes, and most retailers offer free installation, so be sure to check before you agree to any amount.

We live in Dallas and our son is in school in Waco. When my son had car problems, I called Haigood. Since we were doing this long distance over the phone, I was concerned about them taking advantage of the situation. I was pleasantly suprised. Haigood worked with me long distance over the phone. They provided towing, diagnostic and repairs on our sons vehicle. Haigood completed the repairs in one day and at a suprisingly reasonable price.
