Sometimes its busy and you will have to wait, good crew of guys here. They try and get you back up and running asap. They also do tires, oil changes, and alignments on regular vehicles. First come, first serve.

I went in to buy two batteries and an oil change for the company drill truck. They tested the batteries and said they were good. Just tightened the terminals. Great!

Took over 2 hrs to put 2 new tires on a semi trailer. Guys walking around everywhere, stop and go to the food truck. Slowly get back to work. Then they send the guy working on my trailer on a service call. Proceed to tell me they will have a guy back here in 5 mins to start working on my trailer.

I was referred to this place by a mechanic that I have come to trust and respect!!The shop I use doesnt do front end alignments.After getting some stuff replaced on the front end of my truck, I was told that they would do his referrals for 45-50$ for an alignment!!I called and I was told it would be 70.00 to 90.00 dollars to get it aligned!!So this place isnt a place to trust on a regular basis!! Just wanted to thank you for the great service on my 2012 Avalon. You caught the low spare inflation and saved me the cost of replacing a tire sensor. A front end alignment and I was back on the road quickly. You have earned my business!

Horrible experience. Ill never go back or recommend them. They lied to me about what my vehicle needed and what they done. They​ told me that they were putting in top of the line ball joints. The charged me for the top of the line buy installed the cheapest ones money can buy. They also put installed a starter, it was supposed to be new but was a rebuilt one. The starter went out, they replaced it after arguing with me for over an hour. The second starter also went out, then they refused to replace it. I had to do it my self. They broke the recline lever on my driver seat and paid another shop (that called me with all of the stuff that Southern Tire Mart missed) to install another one. Overall opinion SOUTHERN TIRE MART SUCKS. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I do not know what happened to this place. Ive been buying my tires here since they opened. I go get a quote for my drive tires on the big truck after sending my friends here and they telling me how expensive they are. They were not wrong. $120 higher than a TA or Petro? Freaking really. When the man behind the desk load like hes looking up numbers then just pulls numbers out of the air. WOW! Just WOW. Back to Goodyear dealers I go. Sad day

I do not normally write reviews, but my service was so good I felt like I needed to. They helped me out with a tractor tire and could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them!

Wait time is way too long. Had to wait 30 minutes to pick up a truck that was done the day before.

Headed over to Southern Tire Mart after having trouble with Wal-Mart. They do cars, trucks and about anything else. Staff was very friendly. Facility was very clean and modern. Had all 4 tires replaced, wheels balanced and aligned for a good price. I have confidence in the job they did. And although I think the service cost me a little more the tires were actually a couple of dollars cheaper than Wal-Mart. I spent 2 1/2 days trying to get my tires replaced at Wal-Mart. Southern Tire Mart got it all done in 1 1/2 hour. Outstanding!

Traveling through Waco, I tried checking the air in my rv tires. and couldnt get air into one of the inside rear duallys. I called and a gentlemen said he could take care of it. 7 minutes later I was at Southern Tire Mart, about 2 minutes later the manager had one of his guys jacking up my rv, and pulling the troubled wheel off. About 15 minutes later the technician had the wheels back on, and I was ready to roll. Informed me that the valve for the inside tire just wasnt tight enough (but still had to be removed to repair, because of the outer dually being in the way) manager told me no charge, easy fix! It was absolutely wonderful being 1200 miles away from home, and expecting another costly, time consuming repair, to have the guys at Southern Tire Mart going above and beyond! ! I suggest if you are traveling, and reading this review because you need repairs, call this place, they will take care of you, and give you peace of mind!
