I did not expect to have such an easy experience as I did buying a mattress set for a seldom used guest room. Two other stores tried to hustle or shame me into spending way more than I intended. I walked into Mattress Firm and let them know right off I wanted a medium priced set, which they obliged in very good humor. I was shown a group of last year’s remainder at a price I was willing to pay. The higher end mattresses which would be very welcome for a nightly used sleep were fantastic. When I am ready to switch out mine for something new, I will certainly go back. My sales associate could not have conducted my sales any better than he did. And I am a very picky person!

Love this place! I’ve purchased 3 mattresses so far, thinking about a fourth. Noah is absolutely amazing, such a doll! He is extremely knowledgeable on mattresses and sleep, very charming!

They delivered the wrong bed. Couldnt deliver the correct one in a timely manner so I canceled. Took weeks to come get the wrong bed back. Took weeks to get all charges removed from the store credit card. They did let me keep an adjustable base at no cost for my troubles.

Had to wait for a text then a call back from them. Are they that busy? Really? So I bought a mattress set else where 😗

The salesperson was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all mattresses. He answered our questions thoroughly so we could decide which was the best choice for our situation. A quote was created and printed off for us to take home and mull over; however, after seeing the prices for the three mattress sets we had in mind, we decided nobody else would make better offers. They could also be delivered the week which fit our schedule best! We look forward to having our old mattresses removed and our three bedrooms with new beds!

UPDATE: Walked in Mattress Firm because I was in the area and interested in purchasing a bigger bed frame for my daughter, and later on a bed to go with it. Brian politely greeted me and showed me the options I asked for and did not feel pressured towards a sell. When I decided what bed frame I wanted, I was offered a deal for a mattress and he would throw in the bed frame at no charge. After all was said and done I saved $320 and it was delivered for pickup next day. Thank you for saving time and money. UPDATE: They have done it again. This time I was greeted by Noah and long story short I was in and out with a great deal on a bed and frame for my son. Thanks again Matress Firm.

After visiting a number of other mattress centers and quickly leaving because of the hovering (which I cannot stand), my daughter and I happened by Mattress Firm, in Central Texas Marketplace. Ms. Q, aka Quadren, was friendly, attentive, and informed BUT she did not hover. She let us try mattress after mattress, so she knew what we both liked. She helped us pick the perfect mattresses; then she made sure we understood the 120 day guarantee (LOVE THAT!). We bought 2 mattresses so she worked with me to get the best price and delivery to 2 addresses. Quadren is GREAT...if you need a mattress she can definitely help you!!!!

Noah was really laid back no pressure and helpful. Was looking for 2 twin XL for my king sized adjustable base. Shopped around town for a week getting prices anywhere from $1000-8000 for 2 twin XL mattresses. Went to mattress firm, got 2 really good ones for a total of $750. I bought a mattress in hopes that i would get it within a few days. However it was out of stock so they told me I would have to wait a week from that day to get it which I was fine with. They were having trouble getting it to me so they offered me another bed that they could get to on time with several discounts. I was frustrated at first but they took care of it very quickly.
