I was in the market for a new bed and went to the sleep number location in Waco at Central Texas Marketplace. I met with a gentleman that was very kind and and spent a large amount of time going over the different features and models of the different sleep number beds. I explained to him what I was looking for and there was no pressure for price or anything else. I decided to go with the cheapest model in the store and there was no disagreement or argument and the paperwork was processed quickly and efficiently and and an appointment was scheduled for installation. The gentleman commended me on my choice and was gracious throughout the entire meeting.

Stan was extremely informative, showed several different beds,explained the differences on each bed, also offered up a fresh new pillow still, it was great. The place was clean and inviting.

Mark helped me update my order. When it came time to make my payment Stanley not only helped but set up my delivery date! Stanley was great! I’ve never been to the store all of this was done over the phone! I’m very happy

The sales staff in Waco are wonderful ! They went the extra mile to get us a veterans discount and were a great aid in our making a decision on a bed.

Stan was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain each mattress they sell. He did not try and oversell the most expensive bed they have and instead took the time to listen to what we were needing. I would highly recommend not only this store but Stan. We are looking forward to our new bed!

Buyer Beware.My wife and I purchased a bed and base from the store in Waco. We paid close 9,000 dollars for both. When we were there they did tell us that the base is non refundable.The bed turned out to be a real lemon, an overpriced air mattress. One night my wife was actually put into a 45 degree angle while she was sleeping. We had to unplug the bed for it to come back online. The bed will also not adjust to a different sleepnumber while you are in it. I set mine at a 45 while out of the bed, when I get in it its shows its at an 80. When you try to adjust it will deflate to 0.Sleep number sent out a tech to install a kit. This did nothing. Same results.We called and they are refunding the bed. There is a $215 charge for them to come out and pick up your no hastle 90 nights free bed. The overpriced base is now ours to keep, for the low low cost of $3500.The sales experience was great, and the delivery was great. The bed and base were not. I saw another review to get the 300 base and upgrade if you want to later, so you are only out the $300. Hopefully your experience isnt as bad as ours.My current sleepnumber is couch 2.0.

Went to this store because of the special offer of the C4 Sleep Number mattress. My intention was to actually purchase the C2 mattress but after Kevin allowed me to try out three different mattresses in the store, I decided to go with the C4. Kevin was very patient with my questions and very knowledgeable about the product and I left feeling like I made the right choice. The mattress will be delivered to my home the second week of January and will be a birthday surprise for my husband.

The Manager, Mark, is very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. This is an investment and we felt very good about it.

This location has exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate our special situation. We appreciated their no-pressure approach and consideration of our needs.

The store was fine, but i had gone in a few weeks earlier and picked out a different bed the one i really wanted, but i could not get it because it was no longer on sale the sales assoc. told me. i think this is wrong because the store was closed for like 2 months and i had tried to call to make an appt. but the store remained closed, most of the month that the bed was on sale that i wanted, so i could not check it out until the last few days of the sale. i dont think thats right because if covid 19, the company should let me get the bed i wanted the special edition, but like i said the store was closed most of may except for the last week of May, how could i go in and check it out and make a decision ib a few days, i was going to buy it but i came home abd was changing my bed room, when i twisted my knee the dr. had me stay off of it for a week and a 1/2 then when i went back to buy the special edition it was not on sale anymore and i could not get it, i think thats wrong

I’m giving them 3 stars only because of the available appointments they had for delivery. I have to wait for a whole month to be able to get the bed I just purchased. The knowledge and customer service was amazing, but they have to be able to have more appointments available!

Ive never had a better nights sleep. We bought a long. We love it. They are very pricy, but its worth every penny. When you get a chance, go check it out and see what you are missing. Wish I would have bought the base too.

Great service until youve made the purchase then if you have any issues they cant do anything for you. Then you call customer service they just screw everything up. They are completely incompetent and if I didnt love the bed I would not have given them 3 stars.

All I can say is Bethany is #1 in my book. I called her the other day trying to get some help in finding bedsheets for my Extended Queen Sleep Number Bed and she found them for me online. Thanks Bethany for going above and beyond. One of these days I will come into the store and say Thanks in person.
