We always receive good customer service from here. Everyone is so friendly and professional. We came in last year for a dinning table and returned this year for a mattres, both times we were treated so nicely. The store is huge but not overwhelming because the layout flows well and makes it enjoyable to browse/shop around.
Donna has been so good to work with. She has answered questions and worked with us to find a new mattress and to make sure it was what we needed. She was the same when we bought our sofa and love seat last year. She is one reason we came back to Havertys in Waco for our mattress and will go there if we have any other furniture needs.

Submitted a warranty claim Oct. 2020 told January 21 for the part. Now being told Oct 2021. If you want furniture you can use, I suggest shopping elsewhere.
Mary Brannen helped me and my husband find our dream dinning room table! She also helped us find the perfect chairs to go with it, when we didn’t want the chairs that went with the original table. She was so helpful and sweet! Will be going back again when we need to add more decor to our home!!

I came here and she showed me their vast collection of furniture as well as online. She was able to get me to purchase a genuine, magnificent leather love seat. It is so supple and lovely. Seth did a great job of educating us about the product, shipping processes, and protection plan. We went home to think about it and came back to buy our table, chairs, and bench cash. Because we knew what we wanted he got us in the door, the transaction completed, and back out the door quicker than we anticipated. We would be glad to work with him again on our next Havertys purchase!
Super easy.....went in weeks and weeks ago our rep enter the products we were interested in ....contacted him for July 4th sale all over text...sent payment link and done ...super fast and easy...holding for me for a month !!!! until our room is ready.
Today was my first visit to Havertys. I was very pleased by the store layout and the overall helpfulness of the staff. Seth Gregory greeted me right away and pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for. He gave me time to look around on my own. He did not follow me around like a vulture. I didnt feel rushed to make a purchase. Havertys is now going to be my first, probably only, stop for my future furniture purchases.

Our Salesman (Sales Manager Branson Morris) was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture in his store. He was able to answer almost every question we had about numerous products around the store, off the top of his head, including product manufacturers, construction techniques, availability, options, etc. He was very patient and attentive while showing all the available options and prices. He was very forthcoming with all the information that he had on the products, including realistic availability dates on certain products. There was never any pressure to buy and we were dealt with fairly. All possible discounts were readily made available to us. The actual purchase process was fast, simple, and efficient.

UPDATE - 5/27/21-I had to cancel My order... due to the non-intelligence person I had to deal with today! Ashley front desk... she has no manners at all. Very unprofessional! I called to check the status of my order there was some billing issues.. someone was going to get back with me and they did not.. which I am aware people stay busy. My thing was I mentioned to her I might cancel, she straight said ok it’s been canceled! When she never even tried to give me an update or check on the acct! I SAID EXCUSE ME!She said what do you want from me! I canceled it! Her other words where - what ! CURSE AT ME OR SCREAM AT ME I DONT CARE IM JUST AN HOURLY EMPLOYEE HERE!I went to the store and she changed up the story! I tried to explain to her there was no need of her information of being unhappy with her job!Travis the store manager did call. Which he apologized . I still ended up canceling .. due to the unprofessional attitude I received from Ashley! I won’t be back at this store!She should be out of this store with that street attitude she has!But I have the 2 starts for Judy! She was wonderful and on her part I give her 20 starts! Judy is an awesome person! Great personality! Great customer service!! She is very honest! Assured me that havertys is a good quality store for my future furniture!

We bought some furniture from them after moving to Waco this summer. The customer service was excellent, especially with me being particular on a few different items. Bransen helped us a lot. Even when I couldn’t decide on chairs for our kitchen table (after returning the first set), he helped me and would send me pictures of different chairs or combos I could try. We ended up finding a pair that worked perfect in our kitchen! Definitely recommend for some solid pieces for your home.
Mary Brennan at the waco store has been extremely helpful with our situation. We purchased a sectional 3 yrs ago with a warranty. One of the reclining chairs broke and our sectional is no longer available. The warranty company is crediting us for what we purchased the original sectional for. Mary has answered all our questions and made sure all the paperwork went smoothly. Havertys waco is definitely our 1st choice when shopping for furniture!

The manager and the sales lady were helpful and ordering was easy. However, they sent me two right arm facing gliders instead of a left and a right. Also, the console had some sort of marks on the back that looked like it was written on. I was told someone would call me about getting the left arm glider and I could let them know about the markings. Nobody called. I only got an email to schedule the delivery of the new piece and there are no dates available until JULY 15. I called and spoke to a gentleman who told me the item is on backorder and thats why the delivery dates are set so far back and hes sorry for the inconvenience. I ordered the pieces on May 3 and all of them were in stock at that time. If youre ready to potentially wait two and half months for a piece of furniture, then I would recommend Havertys.

I was very pleaded with the Sales Staff but was disappointed in the delivery time frame. When purchasing the items I was told and agreed when they would be delivered but after I paid for them the delivery date changed to a much later date. We have purched several pieces if furniture from Havertys and have always liked the quality of their furniture and have had our children to buy from them also. I am really dissapointed in the delivery time..

We have received top notch customer service from the moment we walked into the doors. Because of COVID-19 we had to delay delivery of our furniture, but Havertys has been very accommodating despite the delay.
William was great, he didnt hesitate to help us, but left us alone to walk around and look at we pleased. He was patient with us while we were deciding (a week!) and didnt bother us by calling or being pushy! The furniture was much better quality than another nameless store in the same area. There was a little hiccup with the colors of our sectional once ordered, but they quickly took care of this issue. The furniture is set to arrive within a couple days and we are confident that if there are any issues they will be handled appropriately.
