Needed some hangers installed on my truck. Very simple and easy to see the issue. Went by to get it done and the guy was sitting in a chair. Explained what i needed and he just sat there in awkward silence... Didnt say anything. After speaking spanish to the other employee for almost 5 minutes... he then said my truck needed to be on the lift to look at it (which it didnt) I had a trailer hooked up and told the guy i was on my way to drop it then id be back if he could just look at it real quick to give me a quote. He said no because it had a trailer. So i went and dropped the trailer off and went down the road to Graves Muffler. In and out in 20 minutes with my exhaust fixed for cheap.

Took my car in to get a catalytic converter changed and they called me an hour and half later saying they couldnt do it only to find out they put a HOLE THE SIZE OF A BASEBALL IN MY ENGINE BLOCK! Then tried to deny it even though you can see the tool marks!
