My battery went out on me while I was at work and I couldnt leave my job until right before their closing time. I called asking if they would be able to help me out. (I know, I hate being that person but I was desperate.) Without even a hint of frustration in his voice, a young man told me where to pull up and there would be no problem. Excellent customer service! He worked quickly and I was out of there about 10 minutes after 5! I think his name tag said Braden, but they definitely won my business with their customer service and efficiency!

I’ve purchased two of these batteries for two different vehicles. Both went bad in less than a year. The second one went bad 3/18/2020. The store did not have a battery that fit my vehicle. They told me it would be at least a week before they got one in. They have refused to refund my money so I can buy another battery somewhere else. They offered to loan me a used battery until one came in. At this point I no longer trust their product and don’t want to get stranded with a used battery. This is really poor customer service. Do not buy a battery here

I bought a pickup with one of these folks batteries in it. Pretty sure I killed it and they were apprised of as much and still hooked me up real fair on a new one.

People who work here are great and very helpful. The battery is awful. After buying the 30 month it died in 1 1/2 years. Interstate recharged it and died again 5 months later.

OEM battery died, they had a great replacement with a 6-year warranty versus 3-years on most competitors. Also the guys at the Waco location on Mars drive were awesome and friendly. The tech gave me great advice about my car and helped me get back on the road! A+ for these guys

Stopped here to buy a battery for my motorcycle, man told me he did not have it, when asked if he could order one, I was told they would have to order a whole pallet of them, and they did not do that. I left there and drove on over to batteries plus, and they had what I needed and seemed glad to have shop at there location, I will start there in the future, instead of this place I have purchased the last 10 or 12 batteries I bought in the last two years.

Joe was SUPER nice and very helpful. He noticed that my battery was still under warranty so instead of him charging me he was honest and mentioned the warranty therefore I was able to take it back to Richard Karr and exchange it for free. YAY!!😁❤ Thanks again Joe!!

Quick service and the staff are super helpful. Fastener bolt for my battery terminal snapped while I was trying to get the new battery in and wasnt making a good connection so the guy helped me rig it up to get going until I can get the terminals replaced.

Most of the time, they do a fantastic job with helping out the customer in dire crisis. They are cheap, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sometimes, there are a few lazy workers, but the rest are great!

I have a foreign car with a battery that is bolted down and tough to access. Interstate battery did in 10 minutes, what it took National Tire and Battery 6 hours to do. I brought books and a bottle of water to the store, assuming that I would be there for at least an hour but they had me in and out in 10 minutes, with a competive price and excellent service and installation. I wont go anywhere else in Waco.
