I don’t often write reviews but had to for these guys!! I stopped for an oil change after work and was able to drive right in. I stayed in my car and couldn’t believe how quickly they were done, pretty sure it took me longer to vacuum out my car (before the free car wash with oil change!) than it did for them to change my oil. Incredibly fast and friendly service!! I will definitely be making this my go-to spot for an oil change.

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! Im standing outside the business was told to get out of the lobby. I informed the person I just needed a price on an oil change and proceeded out of their lobby. Ive been standing here 10 minutes and no one has spoken to me. apparently they have to finish the oil change service theyre working on before they can speak to me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Clearly Im in the wrong place and will not return

Went with my sister to get her oil changed. They let us sit in the car, so we didnt have to worry about covid. They were also super quick!

I have been coming to this place for 3 years. They are fast, friendly and professional. I recently moved to China Springs and was considering a closer option but Im very happy. Why take a chance, plus you get a free car wash.

I like going for a quick oil change, even inspections on Mondays. They dont seem to do inspections on Saturday.

Dont trust this place!!! I try to get a oil change last Saturday and it seemed as if I was going to get my car serviced. But a short guy who took my information said there was a dent in my oil pan and the screw was stripped out and couldnt do the work that I needed to return to the people who did it. Well I did just that and they knew off hand what place had said this. The short guy at regal was lying about the information, only cause they didnt want to service my vehicle. Im not sure if it was my car wasnt expensive or cause of my race. I have a 2010 jeep and am Hispanic. Whatever their reason it was wrong!! Dont give this place your service for lying to people who are just trying to be lazy workers and picking and choosing their customers. Maybe the business bureau need to know about what goes on here

I brought my vehicle here to get my old change every time. Yes I was little over on miles,but I still same place. I went in today and they tell me that they cant get the nut off the bottom of the old pain because it was over tightened. The Boss tried to tell me how it was not their fault and I tell them that it was you and your employees that work on my car last. Long story short I now have to go to the dealership and get my car looked at because of what they did to my car. I never thought that I would say that the dealer is better but I guess now they are. I will never go back here again.

I went there for an oil change and the service was fast. Went here because the usual place I go to was full, so this is a nice back up. You also get a free car wash after a service, which was nice of them.

Showed up a few minutes after 8 to get my car inspected. Pulled up to the inspection bay and parked my car. I was waiting for someone to walk up to my car. There were three guys walking around only one of them doing something. The other two just stood there talking. Waited several minutes and the two were still just standing there talking. So I left. I have been coming here for years and this is the first time this has happened. Pretty sad. Need to give a lesson on customer service.

First time ever I have gone into an oil change place with my 1995 Nissan pickup and be told they were not capable of doing the oil change. Wouldnt recommend them. As a fair followup to this, I went to Auto Zone and bought the filter and oil. I am not a mechanic nor an trained oil changer. I had no problem pulling the oil filter and changing the oil. The boss guy there said they couldnt do it as they would have to tear down part of my engine. REALLY!! Is this lazy or just incompetent?

They always do a great job plus you get a free car wash with an oil change. Side note: the car wash is really good for an automatic drive through car wash.

I would not go at lunch time and expect to get in and out. Other than one other car in a bay, I was the only customer. There were four people working, one guy running the car wash, the manager, and two techs. I was told by one of the techs who had just pulled up from getting food for everyone that I would need to wait about 45minutes, they needed to eat lunch. Are you kidding me? The manager was out there under the hood of the other customers car, but did not come over when I asked if they closed for lunch. The technician said no, but they were short handed. So I guess all four guys had to eat together. They couldnt stagger their lunches and take care of any customers. Horrible customer service. I had lost my sticker so I asked the rude technician what was the mileage when I was in before. He sent the other guy to the back of the car to get my license plate as he walked away to hand out the chicken nuggets. You could see the kid doing the math in his head and having a difficult time with it, so I had to walk over to him and ask him what was the mileage when I was in before? It was amazing. I have two vehicles that Ive brought here before, mainly because of convenience to my home. But this was enough to send my business elsewhere. Im all about customer service, and this was not it.

They changed my oil on a 22 year old truck that had never had a leak. I then moved an hour away and had it changed again and was told that it was severely overfilled which blew some seals. I called Regal and told them about it. The manager told me the guy that did my oil change made a lot of mistakes and they fired him. I asked them to pay to have my truck fixed and the manager stated it the incident had to be run through their safety guy for an investigation. That was April 18. They have not contacted me and no one at Regal remembers that. Im going to have to buy a new truck because of their negligence. The cost to fix mine is about how much the truck is worth.

Just fyi, this is not Danny - this is his wife, Tracy. I showed up two different days to get my oil changed during my lunch. The first day (9/17), I showed up at 11:30 and was told the pit-guy just went to lunch and it would be 30 minutes to wait. The second day (9/18), I went back earlier at 11:10 and was told they were eating lunch and it would be at least 30 minutes to wait. When I told the guy I was at lunch and would have to leave, he just shrugged his shoulders. Just curious if all other places dont service during lunch??? Ill find out today.

I had my car washed this week and it was one of the best car washes I have been to!I really liked that they prescrubbed my windshield, the front of my car where all the dead bugs were and they even prescrubbed my back window. Their vacuums are the best around! They had the hose end where it could get between the seats and crevices and it was a great working vacuum! I will definitely be back!!

Great guys who work together to get you done right. Even though it was right at closing they still serviced my truck without hesitation. The manager even came out afterward to give me a receipt and a website to visit for a promotion they offer. Not many places left like this. I work long hours and its difficult to get an oil change during the week thats open by the time I get off and drive into town, but these guys broke their back to make it happen. Could have easily said no.

Great Service and Followup. I had my oil changed on Saturday and notice my car was leaking oil on Tuesday. When we called them the manager drove to our house to look at the car before we drove it in. He didnt want us to cause any damage to the car. After he checked it all out and saw the problem he said it was safe to drive to the shop. They took complete care of us and fixed everything. I have always received great server from their team, but todays service seals the deal. I wont be taking any of my cars anywhere else.

Went for an oil change and inspect. Saw the 30.06 “gun free zone” sign. No way am I disarming and leaving my weapon in my truck while an unknown employee gets inside for the inspection. I’ll never go back.

We take our car and pick up there regularly. Service is always quick and efficient. They always have the types of oil we need and even keep high mileage oil in stock.

Ive gone here for years but the last few times Ive gone they have done a terrible job. They dont check the fluids like they’re supposed to and charge you for changing a filter that they just cleaned. Then they tried to charge me $80 for it..I guess because Im a female they thought I wouldnt know. Do NOT go here.

For years Ive been going here and every Friday weather permitting for a car wash. Yesterday I went for an inspection & was treated very rudely & even yelled at by a worker for starting to pull into the bay. I will not go back again !!!

Took my wife’s car to get washed and dried. So many areas of her car still dirty. That’s twice!!!

Great place to wash your vehicle

Got my oil changed here early in the year. Went to another oil changing place and they found my oil cap shaft with the built in filter had 2 tabs broken off. Regal never said anything about breaking off the shaft. Now, I dont know if the tabs have fallen into the engine. At least they paid me for the part, but never going back again!

Car wash and vacuum for only $4, it is better than touch free car wash.

Always fair! Treat my wife great and with respect as well which is very important to me as Im not always able to come in myself.

We have taken our vehicles here several times. We purchased 2 (new to us) 2013 Mazda CX9 & 2004 VW Beetle. Guys refused to change the oil. Ridiculous! Save your time and money, go to another location!!!

I like that you pay for a car wash and use vacuums for free but the wash isnt the best. Several places still had dirt on them.
