This store failed to put any kind of notice or sign that the air pressure machine “XactAir” was out of order. Claimed that the “wind kept blowing off the signs”. So now my husband and I have a flat tire. Management wasn’t helpful in providing other options or solutions either.

They carry my monster, and the guy was nice. They also sell HDMI cords and remotes. Go figure

The fact that they are too cheap to buy the appropriate lids for their foam cups (with their branding!!) is enough to get one star. The lids come off so easily, even though other lids fit they dont stay on. The second you pick up the drink, it pops off. This is super fun on car rides when you are trying to grab your drink with one hand. Ugh, soda everywhere!

Solid 7-11. Convenient location. Tire pump automatically detects pressure.

Gas station with no restroom, that is not okay.

Called to ask if they were hiring. Got greeted with a rude and unprofessional person who gave me a flat out no and that’s it. Way to treat you’re customers with a simple question

I love 711, but all of a sudden you have to spend $1.00 to get cash back! In a matter of a couple hours this has changed! Time to pick a new fav store! I think that is ridiculous! No sighn posted or anything just employees saying this has changed!

Dont deserve No stars . The two older people on the evening shift one name is Steve and the older lady i dont want to quote it wrong but i believe she wears glasses. Both have greyish blondish hair THEY ARE VERY, VERY RUDE AND RACIST . IF U BLACK THEY WANT HELP YOU AND THEY INTERFERES IN YOUR PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS and as soonas you say something back they get loud and tells you to get out and there going to call the cops. I will NEVER ever go in this store again because they will treat you like s***. Ive never ever had this kind of treatment at 7-Eleven or any store before they are rude as f*** . DO NOT GO IN THIS STORE IF YOU ARE PEOPLE OF COLOR.

I have the 7/11 app and use it daily. Well today I went in and paid for my Fountain drink And got home and saw one agin they charged me for a drink that was free! I wonder what they do with the extra money at the end of the day! It was the maneger who did it to! Not the first time either. And when I called to let them know she told me to drive back there and she will see what she can do. I told her I don’t live in town she said ok and hung up. Guess what I will NOT BE BACK!
