So this is by far the best ice cream shop Ive have been in awhile. Hands down from the process the ice cream is made to the customer service given...this place is an awesome place to visit if your in the Waco area and need a cold treat.

Cool place with a great menu of sweet treats and fantastic, friendly service. Stopped in after a couple of hours in Cameron Park, and it was the perfect cool-off. Prices might seem a little high, but they are not out of line with other premium ice cream shops, and the ice cream is outstanding. Kids (& grownups) will love watching the nitrogen fast-freeze the ice cream!

The guy was rude and ignorant about allergies. Those of us with allergies know that cross contamination happens, but these guys cross-contaminate like a 6 year old serving themselves at Golden Corral. The company’s official website says the are very accommodating and will be able to offer and allergy safe* experience. The ice cream was incredibly bland even with extras. I went because Waco doesn’t have many places with a posted allergy list and I would have enjoyed something from the grocery store much more.

The ice cream was very yummy as well as the waffle cones, and very fresh! The staff was very patient and nice considering it was our first time there. The atmosphere was great too! We will definitely be returning customers.

Friendly people/place...my daughter, cousin an I went here after a long hot fun day at the Zoo....was a great cold treat..fun to watch them make, so many options (but not overwhelming), taste great

This ice cream is amazing! Each cup is custom made exactly how you want it. I was very surprised at how extremely creamy it was once it was finished freezing. I normally dont eat the waffle cup part at most places since most of them are extremely bland. I was glad that I tried a bite of this one since it was delicious. It had a cinnamon flavor to it and I devoued the entire thing. The owner is extremely nice and was very helpful while we were there. If you are in the area you have to stop by and try it out.

This ice cream was superb and watching them make it in front of you was a cool experience!

After placing my order, it took them 3 minutes to make my kids size Bernoulli Brulee, which I think is reasonable. Personally, this size was perfect. You can choose from 5 different creams to make the icecream: original (full fat), custard (low fat), yogurt, sugar free, or lactose free vegan (soy). I got original and loved the creaminess. My co-worker got the lactose free and she stated that it was good, especially compared to other soy icecream shes had. Its not more expensive than Stone Cold Icecream or a Starbucks drink. The service was great!

This place is super fun for everyone! Perfect for the little ones to stare at and be amazed as well as a fun date to pick up some ice cream and walk around downtown or by the river.I took my younger brother here for his first time a week or so ago and he loved it! The lady who greeted us was very helpful to help him with his decision making process and recommended the best banana pie ice cream Ive ever tasted in my life 🤯😍 My mouth waters just thinking about it! I loved my first experience there and even watching someone else enjoy their first time and the large smile it brings to their face. They have truly perfected making a creamy smooth ice cream with the perfect ratio of mix-ins.

Stopped by tonight for ice cream and were pleasantly surprised. Older gentleman and young lady helped us. They were both friendly and patient as the kids made their choices. Ice cream was delicious and kids had a fun time watching the liquid nitrogen come out.

Super disappointed...i asked for low fat and saw him pour the full fat cream he used w my nieces order.. i asked if he was using low fat and he said yes 😳 ...i couldnt tast the flavor and the chocolate was pretty cheap tasting ... definitely not the nitro ice cream i had in Miami... the 2 star is because I asked for low fat twice and didnt receive it... had i received low fat I wouldnt have taken the time to write this review

This was totally worth waiting in the long line! Such a cool concept with a whole bunch of science-like terminology themed flavors! I got the Mint specialty and it was delicious! Highly recommend if you like ice cream and want to try a unique version of it! This place is so cool! Literally!

Im giving this ice cream shop 4 stars because while it was very good the price was a little high for the amount of ice cream you get which also greatly depends on the skills of the person making the ice cream. My daughter and I both ordered the same size and it looked like she received a whole scoop more than I did.

It was my first time going there. The ice cream is extraordinary awesome. Just seeing the ice cream getting made is awesome. The ice cream taste amazing. I got the Berry Delicious is creamy and sweet. It has has a cheese cake bites in it to make a creamy and mixed flavor.

This was a definite enjoyable experience.

Another good place for ice cream lovers. You can customize and get your ice cream within few seconds as they use liquid nitrogen to make it. Process itself is interesting in itself. Havent seen too much of crowd inside the shop but that may be due to day and timings

We were looking for dessert after dinner and Sub Zero really hit the spot. The staff working was really friendly and were patient with our first visit.They quickly prepared our order. It was a lot of fun to watch them make the ice cream right in front of your eyes.The pre-made combinations they had were great and I had the Chocolate Conduction.

The ice cream is delicious and very reasonably priced compared to their competitors. The sciency approach makes it a ton of fun for kids (plus, you know..... its ice cream). The only caveat is that the line does not move quickly, and this place is definitely good enough to draw a crowd. Be prepared to wait if you go when theyre super busy.

Not like dip and dots. This place makes it smooooth. Watch them prepare and mix your choices at the treat bar. Add a variety of candies, cookies, cereals, fruits, or other options before they freeze your dairy or non-dairy base option. Whatever you choose, it freezes like ice cream. They have house-recommended mixes to. Recommend the banana cream pie bismuth made with coconut milk. Some of the best ice cream Ive had. Nice location in downtown Waco next to the Spice Market and courteous service.

More than ice cream...Its an experience...with science!I loved this ice cream shop. I got the peanut butter bond, regular size, with a waffle cone.They combined the ingredients in front of you. Then they blast it with nitrogen to flash freeze your ice cream. Preserving the creamy deliciousness within.I tried a bite with just the spoon and it was incredible. But then I broke of a piece of the waffle cone and used that as an edible spoon which made it even better! The staff was so helpful and friendly.And before I left I made sure to take a picture in the little Einstein cardboard cut out.We had just eaten lunch at fuzzys tacos next door so it was the perfect end to our meal.Highly recommend you try it!

WE loved it! How fun. They measure the amount of cream mixture, so I don’t know how it would ever be unequal like one poster said unless one person ordered more mix ins. You can choose yogurt or custard and even sugar free options. Very nice staff as well.

The experience is really neat. You choose an ice cream base, then your favor and any mix-ins that you want. They put it all in a bowl and place it under the nitrogen. Kids will love this part! It makes a large cloud around your ice cream bowl. They offer daily specials as well.

Very unique way to make ice cream as you watch. They pour the cream you pick the flavor you want and then the tough part begins....you have to choose what you want mixed in with it! The options are a bit overwhelming since they offer pretty much anything that can be added to your fresh made icecream. Notice that I didnt go into detail? You have to see it for yourself!

I ordered the mango ice cream. The process is too long to make, thankfully we were the only ones there. I can only imagine how much longer we wouldve waited if there was a line. The mango ice cream had an artificial taste. To me this is not worth the hype. There are much better ice cream places in Waco for the same price or less.

I LOVE this place!! I dont usually like ice cream but my fiance and I go here almost every weekend,its really good. A young lady named Kim is always so nice when we come in too!! Great staff.

Fun place, lots to choose and the employees did a fantastic job. I wish I felt like they cleaned their hands more often between taking money and stirring up that delicious cream. Their hands get way down in that bowl of pure goodness.

Ok this place is so much fun. I had no idea what to expect but when you go in you choose your mix and flavors and add on and they put it all together and MAKE the ice cream right in front of you. Meaning they freeze it using nitrogen while mixing it all up in front of you. So awesome and it really tastes great. One of my sons, who doesnt care for ice cream (how is he my son?), talked about how good this ice cream was.

This place is really neat, Ive never been to a place like it before. If youve never been, they start with a cream or yogurt base and freeze it in front of you with your choice of toppings. This place is great even if you are lactose intolerant or diabetic and cant have normal ice cream but want the fun flavors. They make it right in front of you and let you watch the nitrogen do its magic on your request. Definitely worth the money.
