The ice cream is homemade and the cupcakes are too! Its incredible! They have a good bit of options for both ice cream and milkshakes. They also had cookies available for purchase as well as dog cakes for your dogs. The facilities were awesome and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Love it!

Ordered a cake for my daughter. The cakes was good but we were expecting the pasting to be more neat as well as the writing.

Absolutely amazing cupcakes and ice cream! The wedding cupcake has amaretto flavor which is my favorite so it was a sweet surprise and the ice cream burst with so much flavors! So yummy! The two ladies working last night we absolutely wonderful, kind and super sweet! Made our experience even better. Kudos to this place as it is a must try in Waco! Now please open a new shop in Midlothian...trust me youll kill it there! 🙂

Great tasting and beautifully decorated cupcakes. Always friendly, fast service. A little expensive but well worth it especially when ordering for a gathering. They have little cupcake treats for dogs, too.

This place is a definite HIT! The cupcakes are absolutely DECADENT!!! Had the Birthday Cake, Strawberry and the German Chocolate Cupcakes. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Will be coming back the next time I am in Waco.

The staff was really nice. The pink boxes were adorable. We literally bought one of evey cup cake they had on hand. When I say each one was moist delicious and flavorful I am not kidding. My family enjoyed them. Its a cute little shop that is truly worth a visit.

My daughter and I went to please a sweet tooth. Lol. First time there. They had a few cupcake choices. Very good looking. But, we decided on ice cream. I ordered the triple chocolate. Oh my goodness, it was so good. Creamy, thick, and melty in the mouth. My daughter ordered the mint chocolate chip. It was very good too. Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

Great service and friendly staff. I shop here to pick up baked goods for my guests. Its very consistent and paired with the other amenities I offer my guest. At the end of the day, I seem to always receive very high recommendations from them for doing the little things like leaving cupcakes. VERY GOOD SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM.

This was our first visit and we will definitely be back! All of the ice cream is house made in the store. . . They even toast the almonds in house. In addition to the delicious cupcakes, they have “pup cakes” which our little Rocky loved. Top it off with the most hospitable business owner I have come across in quite a while and you have an A+ experience!

The name and decor is cute, but please understand—these are gourmet. These cupcakes were perfect, not overly sweet, great flavor, moist cake not doughy. Id say they were the best I ever had. When Im in the area again, I will definitely be back!

I am not a fan. They use a frosting that seems like it has a little too much Crisco in it, as it has a greasy mouth feel. And they’re sweet, sweet, sweet... cloyingly so. I even tried one of their “Girl Scout Samoa” inspired brownies (which is what the picture is) last time instead and was underwhelmed by it as well. They have great reviews though, so I guess a lot of people disagree with me (they must like diabetic comas). I’ll go to Silos, NBC, or anywhere else.

Typical good product and friendly service from the Smallcakes franchise/chain but was disappointed that several items displayed on the menu were not available and have not been available for some time based on feedback from the workers. Also, the credit card machine was not working (again, evidently for some time based on the workers) for contactless payment or inserting your own card, had to hand it to the worker. Would hope this store could correct those items.

When she told me that she carried gluten free cupcakes, I thought there would be one. She had a good selection and they we very pretty and tasted wonderful. They keep a great stock so you dont have to order in advance. You can pop in and pick up which is great because I am very spur of the moment. Of course they do special orders too.

Best cupcakes in Waco!!I love them they have tons of flavors the chocolate cupcakes are my favorite! Everyone is nice when you go it ! They have specials on Monday and Tuesday.On Monday its Mini Monday so you can get mini cupcakes cheaper . Then on Tuesday its Toddler Tuesday bring in a toddler and get a mini cupcake.They also have dog treats too!

Gluten free cupcakes on weekends...today I tried the ice cream...which I found to be the best around butter pecan is out of this world with a hint of cinnamon I think... And the chocolate ice cream has chocolate cake pieces which I adore and couldnt get enough of the little pieces in my mouth. The cupcakes looked perfect but were very pricey. I tried the turtle brownie & it was okay. The aesthetic was beautiful but resulted in too much icing for my taste. My daughter had a scoop of the mint chocolate chip & she didnt finish it.

Great place! Offering tastes of homemade ice cream, plus original cupcake flavors, milk shakes and a thing called a Cupcale Smash (because of course you need ice cream with cake!), if you dont like this place and leave smiling, theres not much else treat-wise that will make you happy.

Went in earlier this week to get some treats for my kids birthday. The ice cream and cupcakes were fabulous! However the little blond girl that served me was rude and seemed irritated when I asked questions about the cupcakes. I also had to repeat my order several times before she finally got it right. Other than her bad customer service everything was good!
