This is a family owned and operated business.The storefront can be deceiving.It is open and spacious inside, with a huge variety of cellphone accessories.They also sell collectable toys and video games.They repaired my screen while I waited... All the while, having friendly conversation with the customers.The prices were very reasonable, and they stand behind their repairs. 😁If you have cellphone repair or accessory needs, Quinteros will professionally take care of it. 👍

Tell ya friends, tell ya kids:This place has great customer service. I lie to you not I only had $54 to my name and to get my phone fixed was $55. It only took him 15mins to fix my phone and he thru a screen protector on for the FREE(not saying he’ll do this for everybody) they give good convo and let you know exactly what’s wrong with it. Don’t go to those other guys; especially the ones across from autozone on Waco dr(they will mess you up and give you a hard time also unprofessional) I Highly recommend coming here. I’ll be back for that iPhone XR too

This place just sold my 60 plus old mom a new tablet. Samsung Note 10.1. Yeah, it was new in 2012. The box was all white, no Samsung logo. No paperwork. Obviously a hand me down. The charger is an old wide pin charger, and it is only 16 GB storage capacity. For this they charged her over $220.00. Non refundable. She couldve got one off Amazon for a little over a $100.00. Off of the Samsung website you can get a New 2019 Galaxy Tab 10 A (with improved everything) for about the same price they charged her.She says it hurts most because it was her people that took advantage of her. But con artist are loyal only to themselves.Stay away.

Great and, speedy service they are fair and, dont overcharge you for their services I will be using them anytime I have issues with my devices they also have great phone accessories!

In 20minutes we were complete just like New and save you money instead of buying new one just get it repaired!

I have been a customer of Quinteros for over 8 years. Ive never had issues with any of my repairs he has gone above and beyond to help me out, there has been times he doesnt charge me extra for a part. I dont know why these other 3 bad reviews, one he doesnt take advantage of people if you didnt like the tablet let him know, he is there to help not to rip off people and screens dont magically pop off!!

This place is a joke when it comes to cellphone repair. Took my phone in 2 weeks ago to3 have screen replaced and was told it would be ready in 3 days. After 3 days I was told the replacrment screen was being shipped from overseas and that it would be a few more days. Understandable but then it was on the truck and hadnt been unpacked yet somewhere in California so it would be several more days but that it would only take 20 minutes to fix it once he actually got the new screenSo on wednesday it finally is in his hands and im told it will be teady sometime friday because hes so busy. So guess what ? I call Fridsy afternoon to see if I can pick up my phone and he tells me he doesnt want to fix it with cistomers in the store becaise he might mess it up so hes taking it home to do and it will be ready when he opens on Saturday. So I go into the store at 1pm and he tells me it will be ready close to 6. I specifically say i will be back close to 6 to get the phone. I go back at 530 and they are closed until ??? Do NOT take your phone to this shop unless you dont want the damn thing!

There business was cheaper than others so I thought it would be a good ideas but you know what they say pay for quality not quantity but Horrible do not go, I took 2 iPhones I have there to get the screens fixed and they were fine for a few months but then I wasn’t able to the touch the screen and it’s constant freezes and glitching
