I was appreciative of the way I was greeted upon arriving at the Beltone business office. The hearing test was as expected and seemed to be very thorough. I was a little surprised that no examination was conducted on either ear. New hearing aides were ordered in which I trust a lot of my hearing problems will be greatly improved. I do not expect all of my hearing problems to be solved by the new hearing aides but have high hopes for much better hearing.

I was taken very good care of by Susan. She explained about the new aids and answered all questions asked by myself or my husband. I am very happy with my new aids and will pass Beltones name on anyone who is looking for hearing care. Thanks for being in Clifton!

I have been going to Beltone for years with my daughter. The Owner Rachel is the epitome of what a manager should be. She is very very kind and always willing to work with you and your insurance within her means and Beltone Policies. Her Assistant, Amber has the best smile and is so warm and friendly and you feel like family. Susan is the tech and she is a really sweet person and is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services. We will never go anywhere else!

Let me preface my rating by saying. The challenge we experienced was not with the beltone product. Understand that the ability to smile and participate in frivolous conversation is the least important part of customer service. I could go on a tirade about the unprofessional office chatter. I could complain about the challenges we experienced due to their lack office management skills. But far more important is the shell game thats being played here. Remember, the street hustlers with the pea under the shell... yeah, that... Do your homework before making a decision to spend your dollars here. Understand their process. Make sure YOU, THE CUSTOMER, are willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are properly served.

I brought my father here after visiting another audiologist and doing quite abit of research online. My opinion of Beltone is the same as a shady used car dealer except Beltone is there to take advantage of the elderly. I find it extremely shameful how they use their tactics of discounts and other means to pull as much money out of their customers as possible where customers can get the same service for 50-75% less going somewhere else. Yes they are smooth talkers, Yes they have great TV ads but if you do a little leg work you will see what a ripoff this place is. I was fortunate that this was not my first place to visit so I could spot their deceitful trade practices. Beltone SHAME ON YOU!

Pleasant and helpful

In the summer of 2007, I started experiencing different noises in my ears, and slowly my ability to hear started to decrease. I wasn’t able to hear small sounds from a running microwave to the ticking of a clock. By the summer of 2008, I was getting to where I couldn’t hear people talking to me, and that’s when I set up an appointment with Beltone Hearing to have my hearing checked. After the hearing tests, I was told something was wrong but it could be corrected with hearing aids. I was so upset that I cried, and couldn’t cope with the idea of wearing hearing aids. I got them, though, and the first week I had them I walked around with the biggest smile on my face and continually asked my husband if he could hear all the sounds which up until that moment I hadn’t realized I wasn’t able to hear them before. I didn’t realize having hearing aids could make me feel good about myself, and it was like I was hearing everything for the first time. Good service, very friendly.

Went in to get batteries for 97 year old patient in Hillsboro in a rest home and I told the lady that he had just bought the over the ear phones not long a go and needed batteries. She sold me 40 of them. I went to Hillsboro(35 Miles from me) and they were not the right ones. I came back and told her and she said bring in the aids. I told her they were in Hillsboro and they should have a record of what they had on the computer. She did offer to do so and She should know since they were so new and for sure the ones I had were the wrong dam batteries. Surely she could find out since I needed to go back up with the right ones. She told me to get out of her store and stay or she would call the police.I called the factory and they said she should have all the data on her computer. The factory had all the data immediately. I think she does not care. We paid for the aids and she has the money and does not have to give service. He has bought 3 sets of aids and has about $18k invested in them from Beltone. I told her I would call the factory and she said there was nothing they would do about it.They have a branch store in Hillsboro that is open 9-3 on Mondays. The employee there is really nice.That is the only thing I can contact now.The man is stuck with his aids.,

Apparently very sensative about their Reserved parking sign griped at me for being parked there after their working hours she was going in to turn off the lights and lock up. Get your panties out of their twist. You have assuredly lost a customer if i ever have hearing problems. I will go anywhere else before i come to you. But by your crass attitude you probably dont care but maybe the people that read this will think otherwise.
