Knowledgeable about all of the products sold. Aside from the compassionate attitude, they truly stand behind what they sell you. Rarely do you find this to be true today. The staff of Martin Hearing are cordial, responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. The hearing aids they fitted me for have met my needs very well, and the staff have always been readily available to make adjustments and answer questions.

I was somewhat hesitant, for not realistic reasons, to go for hearing test and aids. I was very pleased with the friendliness of Dr.Martin and staff. Things were explained clearly. Although I do not have my hearing aids as yet, if they are as good as the test ones, it will be fantastic.

I obtained my first hearing from Martin Hearing two weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. I was given excellent information on hearing aids and was given a trial for a week. I felt no pressure purchase hearing sids from Martin Hearing. What I really liked was they give you options several different brands and price ranges. I have gone back once for a minor adjustment and the adjustment was successful and done very quickly. In all of my dealing with Martin Hearing was conducted in Avery professional manner. I strongly recommend Martin Hearing if you have a hearing problem.

I’m so pleased with the care I received at Martin Hearing. Dr.Martin is so knowledgeable all about hearing and what is available and there’s virtually nothing they couldn’t do with the hearing aids. I couldn’t believe the EQ settings for the user ant dynamic adjustments the hearing aids can automatically filter out when you get into noisy environments. I have worn hearing aids for 24 years, since I was 6. Last year I went to get new hearing aids at Martin Audiology and Ms. Martin recommended expensive Soundlens aids. They are so small they cant be seen in the wearers ears. I had been told in the past that my ears were too small for these aids, but Ms. Martin insisted that they would work for me. We paid almost $6000 for them, and almost immediately, they were painful for me to wear. After two weeks, I went back unsastisfied and Ms. Martin claimed that my ears just needed to adjust. For a whole year, I didnt wear them, and over the past few weeks, after being sick and tired of saying what? all the time, Ive been trying them again. My right ear is extremely irritated and I can barely put the aid in anymore. Its way past the month-long satisfaction period, plus weve paid them off, so Im sure nothing can be done. But at least I can recommend that no one go to this place to buy aids. I was given no options, no information, and was talked down to. Im sad that I have to write about this terrible experience.

Bought hearing aids here 5 yrs ago and moved away. One quit working so I took it in and was promised that for $ 300 it could be sent off and fixed and would be back the following Monday. I call on Monday and the girl acted like I was the village idiot. She said it had been mailed and could take up to 2 weeks to be fixed and sent back. On Friday they call and say it can be fixed but u had to find another hearing aid place to program it. Omgosh. I call Baxter hearing and make an appointment with them. Martin hearing says no prob it will be back on thursday. Not there. On Monday I go by to pick up for appt at Baxter. People over there are fantastic. He let me borrow some hearing aids until the onesent for repair comes back. Martins cant even program what they sell would not send my worse ene.y there

To see her for a follow-up after the initial purchase of the hearing aid is impossible. Her staff is RUDE
