After not being able to hear 100% for many years I was amazed how much I was missing. With the help of Dr. Anderson helping me to find the right fit hearing aids PHONAK! My 1st day was awesome & everyday after only got better! Thank you Dr. Anderson!!

Dr. David was professional and very patient with me. The office was immaculate and they took all the covid-19 procedures seriously. (Masks, temperature checks.) They even had me call to get in, as they lock the door between patients. I would highly recommend this place.

Love these guys! David is always so friendly and helpful. Whatever issue I may have he is quick to resolve it. Would recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids with excellent customer service!!!

I am baffled at how this place stays in business!!!!!!!! They call and call and call you even when you have canceled your appointment. Luckily I figured out how to block their number by having to physically go up to verizon and give them my phone to ask how! Thats how bad it is with this company and them hounding you and wont stop!!!! My fiance had an appointment and canceled it and ever since then they have non stop called him. He cant hear anything on the phone as of now until we get to see a different audiologist so I had to deal with all the phone calls. We are both just so sick of this place and we havent even been to the appointment. Just the phone demeanor was enough to scare us away!!!!!!!! I think this would fall under harrassment at this point! The audiologist is also a complete quack! Someone below me said it right YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK INTO RETIREMENT!!!!

I went into the Waco clinic yesterday and just needed a few things done. I was not previously a customer of Connect Hearing but my regular place I go to didnt have time to see me, I called Connect Hewring and they treated me like I was the most important customer they have. The provider and the office manager were incredibly nice and helped me with a cleaning, my phone, batteries and in return I am now a customer! I recommend Connect hands down!

The only good thing is that the receptionist was nice and I got a bottle of water. I went for a free exam and it was a waist of time. I got what I paid for.I told the doc that if there isnt any background noise, then I can hear fine. I have to look at someone and concentrate if there is background noise. How did he test? Had me listen to tones in a silent environment. Um, yeah. Im going to test normal. Did he test in an environment in which I have trouble? Nope. He told me that some places just have poor acoustics.Update: While I was sitting in my car, I saw the doc come out and get lunch. Him acting like he didnt care now makes sense. Dont go here.

The manager ripped my wife off. He stated she had extra time because of this epidemic to change her mind. Then when it came time for her to take the hearing aid back, he changed his mind. She was undecided to get surgery or not. When she made her mind up the store manager lied to her, and said something NOT TRUE. Shame on them for taking advantage of anyone. I Just hope he can sleep at night. Carma will always win. Not very professional to say the least. When it is only about the money and not about the clients, You need to retire...…………...

Dave is always so helpful!!! He addresses any issues I have and offers immediate assistance. He has even gone out of his way on days off to help me. The entire staff at connect hearing is wonderful!!!!

Very informative. Help me get my hearing aids I have been fighting for a long time to get. I was told a yr nd a half ago I needed them but it took connect hearing 4 me 2 get them. So I appreciate so much thank yall nd I will recommend them 2 others.
