This people are spot on their business! I placed an order by email and it was ready when I got there. Very cordial. It was very busy when I visited; they were hopping. They never lost their cool. Very professional. Some of those people must come by that naturally because I dont know that training would produce that kind of level headedness; speaks to their hiring. Use em.
Tiffany is an amazing young lady. Needed to have something special printed out for the celebration of life, for my husband, she was working by herself with a line to the door. She treated each customer with great hospitality, she would check on me & when I asked for assistance she made an absolutely amazing piece of art which my son and I will truly cherish forever! Very rude woman working at the front desk. She seemed repulsed by me, for attempting to hand her my box… she advised me that I needed an ID in order to send the device (cell phone). This wasn’t a problem but her attitude wasn’t worth it. Maybe some racial sensitivity courses are in order? Just a suggestion!
The person who answered the phone at the customer service FedEx number did not listen to me.I am the customer calling to inquire about a package not received and I was inquiring for a local phone number to call to report or file a claim and she just kept talking on top of me!! How rude! Its hard to find good help isnt it FedEx when youre delivery man keeps making so many mistakes in the Avila apartments area.
Black lady with the glasses had a rude attitude talking to me and my friend “ y’all need help or somethin”We didn’t need help but why ask it like that?
Even though this is FedEx I still call it kinks. Great place to make prints and copies. If you dont know how to do it then the staff would me more than helpful to do it for you all you pay for is the paper.

My company uses FedEx for all of our postcards (around 4000 every other month), catalogs (around 300 every other month) and banners! They have excellent customer service, always quick to let me know if I forgot to attach a file or something seems off from our previous orders. Our items are always ready quickly and they let us know so that we can pick them up. When we come in they know us by name and always greet us with a smile! Strongly suggest these guys!
Rude staff...person with glasses in particular is a major (I wont use the word). Dont cop an attitude because a customer doesnt buy your packaging up-sell, then take it out on them specifically with you acting like the covid gestapo (masks are worn and theres plexiglass), yes you were noticed handling other customers 30 min prior NOT in this same manner. Seriously honey, you need to get L*** ....
I was hesitant to go here after all the negative reviews, but did not know where else I could go to have documents scanned onto a thumb drive, so gave it a chance. I am glad that I did. I was here at around 9:30 on a Saturday morning and received excellent service. I was unsure how to use the machine to do what I needed. Diana walked me through the entire process. She was very friendly and professional while helping me accomplish what I needed to do. If I need any of the services they provide in the future I will be happy to use them again.
Walked in with a pre-printed shipping label, immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. Was nice because I had no clue what shipping envelope to use. The helpful lady showed me which one to use and printed me a receipt. Was out in less than 3 minutes which was great because I was late for lunch. I wish I had got her name.
I used to frequent their old location near Hobby Lobby and it was always a great experience.At my most recent visit at the newer location, they wanted to charge me $25 extra as a “resizing fee” because I wanted the file printed at 84% rather than 100%. No thanks.I’ll be searching for a local company to give my business to in the future.
You need to notify customers that the fax and other services are only with a debit or credit card ... before providing the service.

This is the WOST Fed Ex location! The staff is very rude and constantly messing up very simple print jobs! Picking up a package also shouldnt be that difficult! Im talking numerous issues numerous times at this location. I my own business and team members have also had multiple issues! FedEx really needs to do something with this location!

My first time visiting this location and I was so thankful that Felicia was there to assist me with photo printing. I want to thank Felicia for being kind, patient, and just providing excellent customer service. Its people like her that make me want to come back to FedEx for all my printing needs.
If I could give less than one star for this location I would! Instead of doing the right thing and saying sorry we can not print your photo, here is your money back they decided it was best to argue with a paying customer for over a half hour, being extremely rude, condescending, and treating me absolutely horrendous! All because I wanted to print a picture for my boyfriend of a SpaceX rocket he worked on as a SpaceX engineer, to commemorate his hard work.
I usually go here to print copies from my phone. It is convinient, even though is kind of expensive.The crew there are nice and willing to assist.
Ended up having to call and put on hold for an eternity after paying, so no way to decide not to move forward.
The unfriendly rude woman named AJ makes me want to stand in line at the post office. She in dumb, inattentive, rude and never smiles. They tell you one thing on phone and another in person. Typical of society. Jarred however is extremely helpful.
Andrea was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help complete a rushed, last minute order. The job was done exceptionally well and the staff was a pleasure to work with.

Called in to find out last pickup time for priority overnight prepaid. Was on hold over 7 minutes.
Came in with a printed label and the email with the label. Was told to forward the email. It took forever for them to receive the email. Update your system fedex!
They helped me print invitations when Office Depot said they couldnt print small sizes. They guy who helped me was a life saver!

Ok these guys will not work with you at all . My package is in town but not due for delivery until Monday, So I asked if I could come and pick it up, they said no because it is in a container and company policy prevents picking packages up early . I will never use FedEx again .
Awful service from a young skinny black girl Gave ID -address matched -even dropped off a package with same information outgoing and I pick up every other week and she still wanted the shipping # for proof what BS. If this keeps happening Ill be glad to go back to UPS.
I was having a very very complicated and aggravating morning with County registration office not excepting app insurance card from my Progressive app or my current vehicle inspection so I had to find a place to print my car😡.8AM and NOTHING was open yet to help, except FedEx Office 💖💖💖💖The ladies of FedEx office are phenomenal, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.This will be my new go to print place.
