Ive always had a great experience with FedEx until last 2 shipments. Both late which I understand. What I dont understand was why it kept saying a potential delay of 1 day and so I had to place it on vacation hold and then it updates on time again and I had to remove the vacation hold and on and on back and forth. SUPER DUPER FRUSTRATING! Im not sure if Ill be back after that.
The Customer service representatives have tried there best to help but a held back by poor rules that are in place. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered at 4:30 and required a signature, they attempted the Delivery at 12:48 pm while my parents were at the place of residence, the driver never attempted to make contact with those who where home but instead left a note saying they would try again the next day. I called when I found out around 1:03 and they told me that it was impossible to try and run it back around because the request has to be made before 1pm.

Normally FedEx provides decent service, but God help you if they make a mess of things and drop your package at the wrong address even though the address is clearly marked on the package. Their automated help number that they force you to call is of ZERO use in this. It doesnt even accept that you could be calling to report a wrong delivery and need FedEx to pick up the other partys package from your house, then go get your package from the wrong address, and swap them. Then FedEx hides behind this useless automated system (probably for reasons like this) and you cannot get to an actual human being to explain the problem. The only thing you can do is go to the address on the misdelivered package and hope that your package was dropped there, and work it out with whoever lives there, or carry the wrong package all the way back to the FedEx office where you can corner a real human being. TERRIBLE SERVICE IN THIS SITUATION

They deliver to my townhouse complex by leaving the packages outside the porch gates in the shared parking lot. Every other carrier takes the two extra steps to at least put the packages inside the gate on the porch.But thats not why Im reviewing. This afternoon, I saw the carrier kick my packages off of his dolly because hed overloaded it and didnt have hands free to remove them.It was a young brown haired man, skinny, in the 56 to 510 range. Driving a Penske rental truck, Virginia license plate 5867PE.

This is my second purchase sent to me with fedex and it is exactly the same product but from another store and it happens that I still have problems with fedex.the first time fedex gave me many excuses about my product and after a week of complaints and calls they told me that my package was lost.And now with my second order the package was delivered to my house but the box did not contain the product. It was empty and I called fedex and they just told me they couldnt do anything. I really dont understand whatI do not understand what kind of company this is, that has employees who steal the merchandise. !!!

I went to drop off a package and had to pound on the desk for five minutes to get someone to come to the front. FedEx is the worst.
400 dollar package dropped of at the top of a quarter mile circle drive for just anyone to pick up.I had to walk up and get it myself with my 2year old autistic son in my arm then put the 150 pound package on my shoulder to carry them both back to my home...ridiculous and lazy.
The girl working was very kind, professional, and a nice smile. It was my first time dropping off a package at this location, and was almost to late making it. The employee assisted me in finishing the label for my shipment since I forgot my tape at home.
Stated that they attempted to deliver a package, when I was home the entire time. Called customer service to see where the mix up was, and was told that the package never left the facility. I was also told that they would contact me to pick up the package, and never received a call. Kept calling customer service to see what the resolution would be, and they kept giving me the run around, hung up on me numerous times while I was waiting to speak with a supervisor, and just flat out rude. If I had a choice, I would NEVER use FEDEX again! Completely wasted my time!

Within the last week the delivery driver has has stated that 2 packages were delivered between 7:30 and 9:30 PM at night and did not do so we have 2 missing packages within a weeks time with 2 different investigations going right now !
They said they couldnt find the address on the 8th, they couldnt find it on a 9th and we are still waiting on the 10th. In spite of the fact that our address is on Google Maps.
Every time I needed to pick something up, you were pretty considerate and nice about it. There is one employee who seems to be having a bad day regularly, but so far the other other employees have carried her weight and the weight of the whole place. I wish I could remember her name, but my favorite employee is this professional, cheerful, attractive, and cute younger woman with a great smile and glowing eyes. I mean, I come in and she makes my grumpiness go away with her warm smile. Ha-ha. And she happens to have shimmering black hair, deep brown eyes, and beautiful dark skin. Okay, I’m happily married, but she is the kind of woman I’d get enough courage up to ask out if I were single, even though I’d have zero chance. :-) She is so polite and professional that I’m sure she treats all of her customers so respectfully. Seriously, she is amazing and has always made me leave smiling with her customer service and just plain politeness. She should be in charge of all customer service and you’d be re-branded and have a strong new image.

Yet again. FedEx goes above and beyond for their costumers. This location never fails to help its customers. From office personnel to the delivery drivers. I went to FedEx after years of disappointment from usps. Prices are more. But I never worry about my packages. With usps I constantly worried they wouldn’t show up. Because once something is lost in transit with usps. That’s it. It’s gone. Yeah they give you a refund. But I don’t order things to get refunds. This FedEx is the best and I thank everyone of you working there. If this gets to management please let the drivers know how thankful we are for them and you guys working the back. Thank you again. Service here is always exponential

I always appreciate my FedEx centers. With prepackaged and labeled items you can just drop off on counter and skip the line. You we wont receive a receipt that way. If you do need a receipt you have to wait in line.
Package was to be delivered thurs and out for delivery status, thurs, fri, and today = no package! Call toll free number to foreign country, ask to speak to supervisor, get hung up on.

I have been there several times and the older lady that works there is always extremely Rude! I dont know why Fedex would have someone like that represent them to the public. I will drive further away just to avoid dealing with that type of person again.
Seems like these folks never show up mat the times they show on their computers that dispatch has. Example today. It shows the delivery attempt was made two times. One, I was at an appointment the first time and the next time I for sure was at home and there was no knock on the door. The tag was placed two hours after the second attempt as I was outside and went to pick up my wife and we returned to find the tag. So someone is flat out lying again. This seems to occur frequently as it is not the first time. I try to use UPS if possible due to this.

FedEx express in rural areas around here are a joke. I tell all of venders if at all possible to use UPS because the service through FedEx is so bad. Put on hold for 30 minutes and never came back on the call when I was trying to find my package.

Absolutely the worst. If you see a Penske Van, it is a fed ex delivery truck from Waco location. They lost one of my Amazon and one Ebay order completely. After 4 inquiries and 3 hrs on phone they just laughed at me on phone when trying to get an explanation as to where or why or how I could locate it. Now 6 months later, Today they delivered one from Mass. that originated 2 days ago, while I sit and track another that started its journey 6 days ago and was in Fort Worth on the third, 3 days ago. Today is the 6th and they have no idea about this one now other than it will be given to post office for its final delivery at some point approximately on the 9th. Then the USPS will complete delivery. I hate seeing Fed Ex Waco looking like the Red Barron in a tail spin after its motor broke down from zero maintenance and up keep.
Take my day off to wait for my package, stay at home until I hear the Fedex guy knock the next suite and come back his truck with the package, and then I receive my mail,they told me I missed my package.why you dont look the suit number on the door.
Just left there and the lady running the front desk was very rude and had no interest in helping us at all! Very unpleasant experience.

Paid for overnight delivery. 5 days later the package was delivered to the wrong state. Package returned via FedEx ground. 12 days later the package is back where its journey began.
