I was really disappointed when I took 2 packages in last Saturday at 2:20pm and was told they would go out that day and be delivered on Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. (Sending fresh baked cookies to a sick grandson).When I looked on tracking, I see they sat in the UPS Store for 3 days before they are being picked up today (now Tuesday). If it won’t go out the day I’m sending it, I’d like to be told.Their customer service is always excellent.
I walked in to a long line and admittedly assumed I was in for a long wait. However, the staff exceeded my expectations. Every customer was greeted as they walked in, mentioning they would get to each person as soon as possible. The service was fast. The person behind the counter is clearly skilled in multitasking with customers and knew what she was doing. I didnt get her name, but employee 111122 @ 10:18am was rocking it. One potential customer made the mistake of opening the door, seeing the line, and having the same assumption I did. She said loudly, Im going to take my chances with the other location. The joke is on her though, because this location is the most efficient UPS store Ive worked with in a long time.

Great employees that are helpful and have good suggestions. We have used their printing services for wedding seating charts, invitations, holiday and specialty cards. Their work always looks great and is finished on time. Brooke and Turner are great to work with.
The employees have been so much nicer and have been treating us a lot better for the most part, we’re in and out and have been enjoying our experience lately!

Bad experience today. UPS Store employee would not print a pre-paid label for me and requested $4.00 to print it and attach to the box. I emailed it and it printed too dark. This store had typed in the tracking # and re-printed it for me before but when I tried to explain it he said Youre not listening to me before explaining that he couldnt scan it. I requested him to cancel that shipment and just generate a new one for me which he said he couldnt do. 26 minutes in line and I thanked him for wasting my time and walked out. Had the employee listened to me and not made a poorly worded comment instead, I could have avoided a second trip entirely. I instead bought a new printer and printed it myself & dropped it off quickly outside. Lady out front was great to work with, nice & is the only reason Im not giving it 1 star.

4 people working in the shop, but 2 working counter. 1 was working a shipment of 30 items to Canada which takes a lot of time, and the other worker was slow. I was 4th in line and it took 30 minutes to drop off an Amazon return with a QR code. The two other people were not really doing anything. When I left,, 10 people in line,, most outside in the wind. This is POOR management of personnel and customers. With the lost Christmas return rush, there should be a dedicated person for just preabled or QR code returns. Next time I go to Kohls, as this was unacceptable.
Sent a large box to Canada last week and it only took one week ! It would still be somewhere in Texas if I had sent it through USPS. It was packed by UPS and they did a terrific job !! Thank you Chris employee # 111120
Went in yesterday and the lady behind the counter was very rude and hateful. I understand if you want to make people wait outside and force them to wear a mask in your store but she acted power hungry and was very hateful and rude. why do you have to treat people this way? I will never use this store again. there are other stores who want my business. I will recommend to everyone to stay away! Nobody has ever treated me this way .

They have always taken care of me but its been super busy there lately! COVID has really put pressure on the shipping industry so try to be understanding, but also plan accordingly.

Every time I have been here I felt suicidal after dealing with the people that work here. I think I finally have learned my lesson......... And the sarcasm continues..... Jordan, not only have you lost me as a customer permanently, you have inspired me to share my story everywhere I can. But if you need pointers go to the Fedex Store by HEB, they know how to treat customers.
I was third in line at the UPS Store, and was pleasantly surprised with the professional, knowledgeable manner in which Sam and Tyler dealt with each customer! How refreshing! I was rushing to meet a deadline, and Sam was so courteous and helpful, my stress all but disappeared! Tyler clarified a rather confusing document requiring a notary. Well done, Sam and Tyler! We are having trouble locating a package. But calling a local ups store the young lady ( Alexandra) was so sweet. She tried to help but she could not find it. Even during Christmas season it is nice to be helped by someone friendly.
I was in yesterday and had a great experience. There were two boys at the counter with a huge line! Sam helped me and I didn’t get the name of the other but you could not help but notice how wonderful of a job they did communicating with eachother and the customers in order to help the mass of customers. I’m elderly so things can be hard and confusing and Sam did such a precious job of walking me through my steps for a drop off. Can’t believe I’mGoing to say it but I almost can’t wait to ship another package with those to gentlemen!
Paid $200 to have furniture shipped UPS ground that was well within the size/weight limit per the website. The customer called me upset because it never arrived. I called around and they said it never left the store because the driver wouldnt accept it. I asked the manager why they wouldnt take it, and she said it wasnt packed well enough despite having several layers of bubble wrap and cardboard. She said it had to be in a box and withstand a 4 foot drop and 75 lb of pressure. So basically if youre package cant withstand being thrown off the truck, theyll refuse it. I dont know any cardboard box thats going to protect against being dropped 4 feet. These people are idiots. Call Fedex.
I had a sewing machine manual done here great job. Thank you. I also want to had a small quilt sent to my grandson and I am talking small less than 2 lbs wanted 40 plus change. I want to let you know UPS that thats is stealing from your customers.

I was late to ups store to pick up daughters bday invitations and she was in car with me. We were excited to get them and deliver them to friends. The store had just closed and I called and expected to get the “computers are off explanation” but Turner let me in and I got the invites! Awful! They don’t know what they are doing. I waited 35 min for just a simple print out and there was no other customer but me. After waiting that long I decided to take my money back and go someplace else for the printout and she did not even apologize for making me wait and not being able to help me.

Tyler and Emily did such a FANTASTIC job helping me out!! I had super heavy and awkward items to ship and I was at the store for 2 hours. They were SOO patient and SOOO helpful!!!! I would highly recommend going here for all of your shipping needs!

Staff have been friendly and helpful but only 2 regular registers and one code or pre printed register so line can be long causing long wait times.
This morning I found myself in a time crunch: I needed to print off 6 copies of my honors thesis and have them turned in to the honors program by 2:30 pm. I saw the positive reviews on Google about The UPS Stores printing services and decided to go there.The thesis itself is 165 pages - mostly black and white - with about 10 pages scattered throughout which include color diagrams. Not only did the UPS store employee - Seth - print off the copies exactly the way I needed them - 1 single-sided and 5 double-sided - he printed off, in color, the specific list of pages I gave him which included color diagrams and went through and replaced all of these specific pages with color copies. On the double-sided copies, this meant finding the pages, printing off a proper double-sided page, and inserting it into the thesis. He did this for all 5 thesis copies. Needless to say, I had all of the copies turned in hours before the deadline.I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is the best customer service anyone will ever receive for printing. Im stunned, and will be telling everyone I know to use this location for their printing needs. Thank you, Seth, for being so incredibly willing to help me.

Nothing good coming out of them lately. This last delivery employee cant find addresses, instead of making sure of the correct address he is dropping my orders at diferrent homes and folks are bringing them. Its past 8 pm and the tracking shows delivered 7:15. This idiot is liar, never showed up, or screwed up again dropped my package at another house. I need to call the main office in Waco and find out who is this dishonest idiot? Freaking UPS what are you all hiring? Idiots?

RUDE and very unhelpful to work with. Person I spoke with on the phone refused to help and expedite an order after I had received instruction from their customer service help desk to call the store and expedite my order.
HORRIBLE AND RUDE...I will never use UPS again. I went to the local USPS office and received excellent service and better pricing.
